This is the spot in Green Acres Mall commons for your wings, drinks, quick bits while watching the game. The one thing that stands out is the quality of the picture from the tvs and the sound quality. Came by after work to catch the yankee game once I knew wouldn't make it home in time. Had a blue moon and sampler platter. Really enjoyed watching the game there, quality was great! So my experience was phenomenal!!

This location has plenty free parking for starters. Currently they're running some great tap beer specials $3 tall glasses!!! Another special you may have heard about is the BOGO Thursday boneless wings (which I realize now I'm not a huge fan of because the meat come in different sizes. They should all be plump pieces. Reminds me of the movie Casino when Robert DeNiro was upset about the blueberries in the muffins- they should all be the same...lol So the BOGO boneless special is only available for the 6 piece and 10 piece. Comes with some celery sticks and carrots. There's a plethora of flavored sauces and dry rubs to choose to fancy your wings. Enjoy. My Garcon was Tosh and she was very nice and helpful; a pleasure. I even witnessed her professionalism with others who were near by. Request her if you visit this location. There are plenty of tvs to enjoy. There's tables, booth, and bar seating here. Merch is also available- see pics. To-Go orders are in the rear to the right, it has its' own entrance as well. There's a cool lunch special also running currently which include $2 beers and a few menu items. Stop in and enjoy yourself. Mention my name and they'll give you a good seat ;)

I came here for take out in a Tuesday night for the special. We came close to closing so it was packed and there was a long line. We probably waited over 45 minutes but the waitress and other employees kept us updated. The wings were hot and yummy! I will definitely return!

The burger I got was good. Fries were great too. The takeout hostess was very nice and accommodating. However, the process could be better. Orders are taken from customers before food is given to customers who order online. My payment could take 2 minutes but instead I'm a wait 15 minutes behind others making orders while my food gets cold

Anyeli was the worse waitress we ever had. She had such an attitude as soon as she came to the table to take our order. Not once did she ask if everything was okay. She was standing in the front of the place where you walk to get seated applying lipgloss or in the back. Other tables kept complaining about her service. She needs to work on her customer service skills & if shes not satisfied she shouldn’t work here.

After ordering ONLINE and being notified that my order was "ready," I waited inside an additional 25 minutes! I don't know if it was the large number of people waiting for orders, the time of day (late evening), or what, but no one was particularly happy to be doing their job. Perhaps having more staff would be a benefit... who knows??!!! Oh!! And the food was not the tasty B Dubs that I've loved forever! The wings were overcooked (unusual), and there was hardly any lemon pepper (rub) seasoning! Maybe it was just this experience... I'll give it one more shot... update to follow!

The food always tastes good, but the service and atmosphere aren't. There were no greetings from the staff member who handed me my takeout order. Plus anytime I order takeout here things are missing from the bag, (e.g. sides) so always check your order. My fries and my salsa were missing, but I checked before I left and got my stuff. However, the employee sighed "Oh you want salsa" when I mentioned it was missing from the chips. Of course, I paid for it! I enjoy getting takeout, (don't dine in, the place smells like weed) but all of my order items should be in the to-go bag upon arrival.

Honey chicken wings were kind of tough. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was very small. About 4 inches in diameter. The chicken ceasar salad was ok. No where near top ratings. The vinyl party seat was terribly worn with many scars as the photo shows. A waiter dropped most of the cups and pans that were on the rounded tray onto the floor. Spilling a great deal of liquids on to the runner/floor. Cups, pans and utensils were retrieved but 22 minutes later, the liquids were still on the floor. Overall, the food was good. Not excellent, but just good. I would not dine there again.

The food here is always exactly what you expect. Nothing more, sometimes less. The servers are usually very nice but the service is always slow. I’ve been here several times. This last time I just walked out after being sat with my kid 10 minutes and not even a hello from the server. The place seems constantly understaffed so the manager should have servers greeting customers and letting them know they’re seen. Orders also take insane time to come out. The good attitude doesn’t make up for the waste of time this place is. They need a better system of faster workers.

Very slow and bad service experience. Food it's ok, I ordered a brisket burger but had no brisket 🤔, portions are reasonable. Enormous space for a group of friends. They offer free drinks for kids. Unfortunately the waitress didn't have much experience and look sort of lost. Wings for which they have tributes to be good weren't that good but the sauces. Restroom have graffiti on mirrors... For the most part the food here was decent. Some items were hot and others cold/lukewarm. Our waiter was very polite, but getting her to come to our table seemed like a challenge (this was around 12:30 A.M, they were not busy). The host/hostess literally stared at us when we walked through the doors and if we didn't state how many people were in our party, they would not have said anything. There needs to be more friendly and attentive workers here. I should feel welcomed, especially when money is being spent here.

I came there not too long ago and got chipotle bbq wings bundle (fries were really hard and the wings weren’t Good). Jerisha who was at the cashier who took my order was unwelcoming, she seemed as if she ahd a an altitude. I've been to different Buffalo Wild Wings location's before and had better experiences. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the hostess to even notice us and check us in despite the restaurant being only slightly busy, in her defense they appeared slightly understaffed, however - not busy enough to not notice consumers. We order the all you can eat Monday wing special - the food takes a slightly long time to arrive, and then when we were ready for another portion it was about at least 20 minutes of twiddling our thumbs because the waiter refused to check in on us, despite being around our general area to the point where we kinda had to say excuse me for him to notice - after another 10 minute wait for the next plate - it came incorrect and incomplete for myself despite getting the same all you can eat menu as the person across from me. I then asked for the check and refresh of waters, which again was ignored for another 15 minutes to the point where we just asked another server to see if we could get the check. The food was very good, but the service was some of the worst I've experienced. The gentlemen was polite I suppose but he didn't pay us very much attention, and couldn't even be bothered to check in on us at any point throughout our dining experience leading to a underwhelming experience and all you can.

I came here with my family. After we were seated, right away we needed to leave. The dinning area had a really bad smell to it, could be coming from the rug. But the smell definitely me us not wanting to sit there and eat. I think they should have a deep clean of the area and the rug.

Went in for the AYC boneless wing deal. Got sat for party of 5, only got 4 waters. No utensils or wipes. No refills on our empty waters or extra napkins. The mozzarella sticks were empty inside. Took 30-45 mins to get an order in for the AYC wings and when they finally came around they brought out the wrong flavor. Didn’t bring any celery either which normally comes with the 20 piece traditional order of wings. Last time coming to this establishment. Normally spend about $100-200 every month. Even though they seemed to be short staffed, the service has been like this even when they are fully staffed so there’s no excuses really. The business just doesn’t care for you as a customer. Better off getting your wings at the deli or corner store from now on. Came here for dinner and I lost my appetite from how hungry I got that we are literally driving to go get food right now after already eating here.

I just ordered from here via Doordash and I am sooooo disappointed in my order. Doordash does not let you leave reviews so I'm leaving it here in hopes that management sees this and does better because BWW isn't cheap takeout. I placed my order at 9:09pm and it was confirmed by the restaurant five minutes later. My expected delivery time was 59-69 minutes but i anticipated on it taking longer as food deliveries usually do. Tracking the food via the app, i see that my delivery driver is waiting at the restaurant. I also noticed that this driver was not the first driver dispatched to pick up my food. I'm like 'okay they had to get a new driver that's what's taking so long'. About ten minutes pass and my driver is still there. I contacted the driver and she says that the restaurant missed my order and was quickly making it now. It was 30 minutes more before the driver had the food. And it arrived cold. And made incorrectly. I dont understand how its cold when im 2 miles away and my driver didn't have any stops along the way. Mind you if i order Chinese (from the same distance) it comes too hot to eat. I also don't understand how my order is made incorrectly when Doordash literally gives you an itemized receipt of what i paid for. This was literally lack of paying attention and lack of caring. I spent $59 on a burger and fries, ten piece wings, fries, kids meal, 2 sodas, and one side of sauce. My wings were $17.79 and i asked for the sauce to be on the side so that the chicken isn't soggy. The instructions were not followed and it was soggy. Also, there was an option to get blue cheese or ranch instead of veggies. i chose that and received no sauce or veggies. The kids meal (7.49) was supposed to have orange sauce on the chicken. No sauce on it. None on the side. I chose chocolate milk as the drink, received white milk. And the extra side of sauce i paid for was missing. That's almost half the food i ordered made incorrectly. Had i been seated in the restaurant and served like this, things would've been returned however you can't do that with doordash and that's why i think these restaurants are careless

Sunday 12pm and the supervisor ask for our order in a very rude attitude, i asked kindly to get a different person because she didn’t even got the decency to listen our question about drinks we wanted to try, and i just wanted to enjoy my meal and not argue with her on her bad way to treat us. Worst Experience Ever. I went with a group of 4 on a Friday.. we were told 30 min wait for a table, the wait ended up 1 hour. Even tho a lot of tables were available. These are the size of popcorn chicken that are mostly breaded can’t believe these count as one boneless wings. Barely 6-8 pieces of wedges. And the bone in wing is so tiny. The Not worth the money I paid. One big almost empty box and for over $30 and my toddlers can finish this amount by themselves. Such disappointment for my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings.

Let's start with one simple request to not be seated by the bathroom got me not seen by a server for 10 minutes. I had to ask the boy the puffs for a server. He said he would send the server over. Rob was kind and respectful without major attitude. Please retrain your servers to be like Rob. Gentle and kind. Does this establishment not allow customers to have requests. Then out of no where the lights were turned off in my section although the manager saw i was working at my table. Retain management to read the room. Particularly when the room was quite empty and I was working in my pc while dining. The energy here was awful. I won't return and patronize this establishment again. Asked for guacamole and was charged 2 bucks for less than 2 ounces. Now to get started in the wings. Over cooked dry and asked for dry rub. This established has no idea what dry rib is. Frying with m wings and sprinkling seasoning on one side of the wings is not dry rub please use Google or Pinterest and research. Lastly wild sewing while patrons are eating is disgusting I had to cover my food to not have a blanket of dirt. Smdh never again. And I've did to the waiter handsomely because he resented it. Not because of the food or lighting or negative energy.

This is the second time coming to this location, and I'm very disappointed. The first time I came for dinner with my kids. They took a very long time with everything. The food was cold and spent almost two hours in here for just an order of wings and food for my kids, and the restaurant was not busy at all. I am a chef, and I understand restaurant flow. So there is days service is not always perfect, and the server was nice, so i let it go. And the restaurant was with dirty tables and just looked unorganized. So, the second time I visited is today, I was in the area, and I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. I normally go to the one in Valley Stream, which is always great. But they seat us down, and the restaurant is empty with like 3 other tables and 18 minutes go by, and no one has greeted the table to take our order or even let us know they will be right with us. Young ppl work as servers. Food was oook… the server, wish I had taken down his name, he messed up my order. He then decided he would add on 2 extra dollars on the tip given. I, of course, did not save my receipt, so I was unable to prove it. They call it hustling; I am writing a review to make customers aware that this is a trend that has been going on for a while, not sure if it’s just in NYC, but it’s very unprofessional. It is said by banks that once the charge is made, unless you have receipt, you are unable to dispute it, unless it’s done with store manager or CEO. My opinion is: If they feel they have to hustle ppl for money, then maybe they should go to school and get an education so they don’t have to feel like the trash they are. If you hate your job so much and are only working for the money, then stay home and collect food stamps. Hustle the govt for it, don’t go to work and steal money from customers who earn their money the legal way. Or go sell some weed and fetanyl, we need less addicts in the world, and they don’t mind you stealing their money, they obviously don’t care about their lives and are too high to notice you have hustle them for their money 😆🤷🏻‍♀️ One less problem we have to worry about in our country.

Service was terrible. We waited about an hour for our food. People arrived before us received their food before us. Low on staff. Rude workers.

I don’t really write reviews let’s start there…. Me and my wife ordered drinks before we put the food order in her drink came first I had to ask 3 different people where was my drink then the appetizer came mozerella sticks no small plates ! Then the entre came no utensils they gave us plastic utensils ! Meanwhile the empty appetizer trey is sitting on my table the whole time nobody picked it up first review ever !

The kitchen missed my order, we ordered 30 pic wing but we only get 20. Am tired of waiting so I told the waitress to cancel the 10 I didn’t get. But she still charged me 30pic and tells me I need to wait and take the 10to go. Because I ordered so I must pay and take them. Unbelievable. End up getting the manager then offered the right amount. Will not come back.

1/10 Disappointed. Didn’t even finish my 10 piece because the wings were stale and undercooked. Tough to eat. This location used to be on point.

I would give a 0 star if I could, terrible experience. I ordered 30wings with 6 flavors, clearly written on there (and I paid extra for the truffalo sauce too, was very excited to try some flavors that I haven’t had before), and then came home, opened the box and saw this...it came with one miscellaneous flavor on all 30 wings.....I can’t believe they can’t even complete such simple easy task, this is all they do but still can’t do it right...So then I called the store and explained the situation but was put on hold for over 30min and eventually THEY HUNG UP ON ME....can’t believe this is how they handle mistakes, very immature and irresponsible!!

Im writing again. I went there on Sunday and paid for my meal. I even tipped. These people ended up charging my credit card for more tip without my permission TWO DAYS AFTER. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Came here with my friends for a birthday reunion.Worst service ever , order and still waiting 45 minutes for the food we order. Waiters are rude and looks like they are forced to work here. 1) Horrible staff 2) Horrible food service NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

I am compelled to share my experience at this location, which was incredibly disappointing. Our server was inattentive and appeared more interested in chatting and laughing with a coworker than in attending to her tables. She even missed the fact that one of her tables walked out. Each person's food arrived 30 to 45 minutes apart, and my 8-year-old daughter didn’t receive her meal until an unacceptable hour and 45 minutes after we placed our order. I was the last to get my food, and by that point, everyone else had already eaten; I had lost my appetite entirely due to the poor service. When we requested to speak with a manager, a gentleman approached us but never truly addressed our concerns—O'Neal Washington, the actual store manager, should ensure that the management team is present and responsive. The man who seemed to be a lead server named Mark, offered a $50 discount on our bill but failed to remove the charge for the item I had to turn away. I strongly advise against visiting this location until significant improvements are made. It’s clear that better training and staffing are urgently needed here.

Every time i order a drink from here via door dash, they forget the drink. Every time without fail. I promise you the only thing they are consistent with at this location is consistently failing to add a drink. Want to know how I know the door dash driver isn’t taking the drinks for themselves? Because they take a picture of the food at the restaurant and send it to me via the app before they deliver it and everytime, without fail, there is either no drink or its the wrong drink. (The picture usually shows the staff holding the order with the wrong drink or no drink) How do you manage to have ineffective staff like this? Like where is the quality control?? All it takes is a moment to review the items on the receipt and cross check with the items inside the bag. Absolutely appalling.

Very disappointing...food was spoiled the tacos were sour and we just bought them..we had to throw them out, the tortilla chips had an awful refried oily burning taste..inedible.I ordered 12 wings got 11..it was not a good experience and I will not be eating there again.

Do not go to this location if you want what you are paying for. This was 15 boneless wings for $18.49 Asked the manager at this location if she would pay $19 to eat flour in sauce and her exact words were, “what’s wrong with it?”. Ordered at 6:06pm and that picture of what was served to us came out at 6:46. So 40 mins to serve garbage and expect people to mot ask questions. I want to point out that it wasn’t the fault of the service staff, so we paid our bill, tipped her as we normally would and left. That’s the last time for us at this location. Nothing is ever going to change here if a manager doesn’t think anything is wrong.

Disgusting is an understatement. Do not even think about going here. I found hair in my food and the quality of food was just awful. For what they are charging they need to do better.

Waited 5 mins in take out counter.no one came to take the order. When I asked for who is taking order waiter ignore me..I went 12.10p.m mid day it was slow so they can't make that excuses they were busy..never coming back here..

Wings harder than rocks..... After a day of running errands with my children they decided they wanted Buffalo wings and Mac n cheese so I ordered it. When I opened the box the wings look hard and dry but I thought it was just me..boy was I in for a surprise when I took a bite. The chicken was as hard as a rock. I wanted to take it back but since I live very far i couldn't do so...my children couldn't eat it as well therefore i just tossed it. This is the 3rd time I've gotten bad food from them..... NEVER again will they have me as a customer.....

I was so disappointed with this place. Apart from the dirty floor and utensils our food came out cold, fries was hard, our waitress was all over the place, service was horrible. We waited for food over 45 mins and only 3 small tables were occupied with customer.

Ordered 30 wings with 5 sauces, added a garden salad and fries. From past experiences at a different BBW, all the flavors were separated, which was helpful as we order some milder flavors for our toddler When the order arrived, we only had 22 wings, all the flavors were mixed together, and there was no salad to be found. However, there was an empty bowl…which we thought might be for bones, but we weren’t sure…pretty disappointed with what we received.

I was very unsatisfied with this restaurant because I ordered Buffalo wings like on the website and got something completely different. I received tenders instead of wings and when I called the store they said there was nothing to do and I would have to drive back to resolve the issue. The food wasn’t even fresh and I waited 35 mins. If you are deciding if you want to eat here, DONT, you will regret it.

Worst place ever. Food and the wings especially were disgusting.. every time I go there it’s always a wait and it’s a long wait 45 mins to a hour. Ordered a burger with fries waited 30 mins for my food on top of waiting to get a table.. the food finally came then I found a hair in my food.. had to wait another 20 mins for them to bring me another one. Service was garbage and the food was nasty. Would never go back or recommend this place.

Was holding out hope that this establishment would do better but unfortunately it hasn’t. Entered the restaurant and there was no one to greet you more than likely because there is hardly any staff and she was busy serving. Took 11 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Dead of winter and we were told they do not serve hot beverages because it’s a “wing spot”. Finally sat and it took another 12 minutes before someone came to take our order who happened to be the same lady that eventually greeted. My husband ordered the wings and wedges. Which again took another 12 to 15 min to get to the table. What’s was shocking was the size of the wedges. We assumed they were for a kids meal but was then told. By the manager. We don’t cut them. That’s how they send them. So disappointing. Further more. Had to keep our coats on cause the place was freezing. Won’t be visiting again. Manager was not very friendly. Do better.

I went there on a Saturday night, the wife wanted wings. I didn’t and order a Philly cheesesteak and potatoe wedges that were $1 extra no problem. What I got looked like baby miniature wedges and my Philly cheesesteak was NO LIE on a hotdog roll, I thought I was being pranked. I don’t mind paying whatever to eat out but nickel and diming customers for miniature food is diabolical, do better.

This is the second time we go here, we ask to be Seated around the bar and are tokd its closed. They seat us in a a corner and no one comes to serve us. Second time we get up and leave. Worse thing is no one at the restaurant we walked away. I wonder what would management think about this. Horrible.

I did a take-out at this location earlier and it was a horrible experience from the beginning to the end. Google doesn't even know the right direction to get you there. While passing the location Google told me I still had 4 minutes to get there. I went along and it was at a Old Navy down the street I was taken to. I went back and yes. It was the same place I drove past. Next issue, I ordered the 20 wings with BROWN SUGAR HEAT and some wedges, I got some plain, no flavor at all, not even a pinch of salt or wven dust on the wings, it was so disgusting and very disappointing, I was on the road for hours and was super hungry. All I could do was have some of the wedges and take the wings home, almost 2 hours away from the location. I wish I had just checked the order before jumping back on the highway. I always enjoyed my buffalo wings but I think this was a really bad low.

they’re never consistent especially on uber eats. i sick and tired of ordering stuff from them and they can’t even add everything in my bag. multiple times i order from this location and they always miss my items in the bag it’s a reoccurring thing. idk if they need new management or new coworkers but they need to get some new ppl in the place. ridiculous.

I just got out of surgery and had to send my mother to pick up food. My mother’s English is not the best and the so called “manager” that was working in the pick up section refused to even listen to her or pay her any mind. She tried calling me and putting me on speaker to speak to the man, where he ignored her not once but twice. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept my food sitting cold for 45 mins until I called and spoke to his “boss”. Where they finally handed over the food to my mother. Which came cold. Horrible service, I expect better from my neighborhood.

I have a pet peeve when it comes to my food. The pet peeve is when you give directions to the Cook or the person taking your order and they still make it a standard way. This is why this location is losing business customer service is everything! Terrible customer service and they don't listen to the directions of how you want your food to be made. I put for my wings to be well done and I can tell they didn't even listen to the request.

Third time they messed an order up. They mixed all he wings in one container with label stickers and got that wrong, why would anyone mix 3 flavors??? Fries were almost non existent. Place was empty but waited 30 mins for 15 boneless wings. Server came out and dropped the order in the table and turned around and left. Not a word , and I sat patiently. 4 hard chewy/miniature ones- went in the garbage. 30 plus dollars for that mess is disgraceful. A McDonald’s chicken strip meal puts this to shame. Save your time and hard earned money. No stars deserved but had to put one in order to post Lol, the receipt is is faded you can’t even complain.

It was my first time there and most definitely the last too. The wings and the fries were way too salty. Mozzarella sticks were ok but definitely not worth almost 9 bucks for 6 of them. The chicken in the sandwich was dry and tough. The food came out cold. Only thing that tasted decent were the sticks. Wasted over $50 on such an unpleasant meal.
