Whenever I go to Panera I love the broccoli cheddar soup it just tastes so delicious my grandson had a cookie which he said was really good the scones that were pre bagged I didn't care for

When I got to Panera it was not crowded. I placed my order and it came out in a timely manner. The menu had vegetarian items, which I ordered. The meal was tasty and reasonably priced.

The Chicken Ceasar salad was so delicious. It was the best substitute for my all time favorite, the chicken tortellini alfredo. And their green tea was so refreshing. When they say, "Food as it should be, " they mean it!

Pleasant atmosphere, a lil ambiance but most of all my food was so damn delicious n fresh. I had to have two servings. I went with the seasonal greens, added slice tomatoes instead of grape, added black olives n sliced avocado and good golly mz molly, she betta watch out cuz I'm jumping over the moon right now with the energy n love this nutrition gave me. YUMZ, for sure, they will be seeing me real soon. Hope the rest of Panera Bread locations get down like this one.

The staff is very friendly and can be accommodating based on whos working that day. The staff prepares the food promptly, out of 10 of my last orders from this Panera Bread location only 1 mistake was made and was quickly corrected. Would recommend.

I live close by so I go here very often!! Love the employees they are super nice and accommodating. The manager Maria is such a sweetheart, she goes out of her way to make sure the customers are happy!!!! Recommend!

This is the closest PB to where I live and it's my go to whenever I'm craving a roasted turkey avocado sandwich on the tomato basil bread 🍞 😋 Very well run PB, always clean, courteous staff and meals done as you like it. Very fast and reliable. I ordered a deli turkey sandwich with mac & cheese. Of course, if you're buying Panera, you should expect high prices. For the price, it will never be 100% worth it. That being said, the food was great and I'd definitely go back if I'm in the area.

The Restaurant is always clean and inviting. The entrances are in the mall and from the parking lot. This area of the Mall is a Short Direct drive from Sunrise highway and there is always an abundance of parking even at the Christmas season. You can dine and leave and never have to enter the Shopping Center or, you can eat a delicious meal and begin your day of incredible Shopping deals and experiences.

Love to food price is a pain because I wanna go back and buy more but I'm too broke... 10/10 I recommend the mac and cheese, the yogurt parfait, and the green passion smoothie. Those are the only things I tried I loved them all...

The staff was extremely kind and very understanding. And their portion of meat they give you in their paninis and sandwiches are great. I've been to other Panera Bread stores and when they gave me a sandwich it was mainly bread, but this Panera does an amazing job at what they do.

Exceptional staff at this location. My daughter had an issue with her meal and the cashier took care of her ensuring a replacement. The staff in the back did an excellent job of managing to get food out quickly while accommodating requests from patrons. The store was clean, staff was pleasant and my meal was made just right. On Saturday August 12th around 7:30 p.m there was a lady who gave the manager a hard time which I don’t understand. The rude customer had told the manager that she is going to report her and I don’t think that is fair. The manager do not deserve to be reported. The manager is such a sweetheart, she have great customer service, respectful , patient and caring. The food was delicious and fresh. I am satisfied. I will be back☺️

Always love a good panera sandwich and soup

I’ve ordered from them before but this time they really screwed up. I ordered half a dozen bagels sliced. He charged me for a dozen only sliced half and gave me the wrong receipt. This kid at the register definitely needs more training. Spoke with management and they rectified the situation. New person that needs more training. Thank you again! Wonderful service

Their breakfast options are tummy friendly, their coffee fresh, and have stable wifi for that impromptu meeting with clients. Don't miss out on the almond braid twist. A little sweet, but great with your coffee. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean.

Today, after stopping for gas at BJ’s, I decided to grab a quick lunch at Panera Bread and I’m glad I did. It was hot outside, so I popped in mainly to get something refreshing to drink. I went with their passionfruit drink, which hit the spot cold, flavorful, and just what I needed. While I was there, I also ordered a sandwich with a side of kettle-cooked chips and a pickle. The food was fresh and tasty, and the portion was just right for lunch. The restaurant itself was spotless, the A/C was nice and cool, and the background music made for a relaxing vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a solid lunch stop thankful for the good food and good vibes!

This location is very clean and even though it is in a mall making it more frequented with customers the staff does an excellent job keeping it clean and the wait is very short to get your food vs other Paneras I have been to. It also has many small intimate seating nooks for a pleasant dining experience foe a Panera. I did not take more images of the seating since it was full of customers dining and did not want to impose on them.

Passed by to grab some breakfast while waiting for maintenance service in South Shore Hyundai and it was actually pretty good - I ordered one half ciabatta bacon turkey bravo with chips and my husband ordered one cheesesteak ciabatta with chips - totally loved his order! I usually choose the turkey sandwiches but after having tried this warm cheesesteak one, ill definitely be changing my orders in the future! The place opens early - compared to the rest of the shops in the mall - if doing something at the dealer you can definitely kill some time there The place was very clean in general - except for the bathrooms 😅 Service was pretty efficient and quick Will definitely return 👍🏻

Ordered coffee, a drink, and pumpkin muffins. They were all good. Very nice place. Plenty of seating. It's located inside mall. Drive to rear of mall for direct entrance, otherwise locate where they are in the mall by using the map. Nice staff. Pretty reliable service. I recommend this location.

Lunch - sandwich and soup, the pick 2. Corn chowder a little runny, but delish, and a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato, crunchy edges, and pillowy soft middle. Prepared quickly, staff pretty efficient!

Main food quality is always good. But the sides suck. The apples are too sour I gave it to my dog he wouldn’t eat it either.

I had a wonderful experience at this Panera Bread. I had an allergy concern and they guickly gave me the information which ended up being accurate. I had the Panera Bowl with brown rice and chicken teriyaki. It was good, a liitle salty but tasty.

I love panera bread, but i hate the prices, you can spend way too much money and still be hungry.

Love the Greek salad as always! The broccoli cheddar soup is so simple and satisfying. The staff here was very friendly and helpful! I just wish the portions were a little larger for the price.

Food was good, service was fast, my issue was u had to ask someone to clean the table. But inexpensive and tasty plus healthy is alwsys a good option so there is that. Plus they have a relatively good selection to choose from. Plus they are in the mall so there is generally parking available, workers are friendly.

Lobster season is back at Panera! So I decided to give it a try. It was better than I thought. The lobster roll had lots of meat, no fillers. The Mac and cheese was creamy, had lobster chunks in it, and nice flavor. As you can see in the photo I almost ate everything. My only comment is I wish my bun was toasted with butter, but it was it good overall.

The fruit salad and bread with Chicken was awesome! Their was a cue on the Saturday morning that I was their but the food was worth the wait! I highly recommend, and will definitely go back and try out something else interesting on their menu.

1/5/19 the CASHIER was not friendly at all, and no smile,,,that makes a big difference to me when I spend my money, service is just as important as food,,,Eunice was her name tag,,,Spanish manager,,fat guy,,,is always rude ,,other than that, nice place to relax and enjoy a quick bite,

Coffee is not kept hot or just running out at all visits I have had over weekends. Occasionally I have seen not all milk types are there or empty. Experienced the same with other paneras too for coffee service and it's worse experience than any other coffee places.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable seating. Had tomato soup, Asian sesame chicken salad no sesame, mandarin chicken looked like cold cut. No utensils in takeout bag.

Only went here for the bathroom it was clean and opened to everyone not just customers.

The tomato soup was delicious. The baguette that came with it was hard or stale and hard to bite into The mac and cheese was salty and the bowl it came in was not cleaned very well since I could see dried food inside The wifi was not very good. This location is in a mall, so it was a bit louder than others. Overall did not enjoy the experience and probably wouldn't choose this location again.

You don’t get much for your money ..soups like chicken noodle 80% of it is water ,it has good flavor but it remind me of canned soup ..sandwiches are good most of the time ...but the best thing is the clam chowder .. if you want something small or light this place is ok but if you are hungry hungry go somewhere else..🤷🏽‍♀️

The food doesn't seem fresh, the butternut squash soup is too sweet seasoned with artificial sweetner, and the staff can be a bit more professional.

This meal was very disappointing because I expected a lot from their chicken alfredo dish. A lot of people talk about this place with such high appreciation, so when I went and tried it and got bread with my alfredo and chicken meal I didn't like it that much. The chicken was just nasty, I really don't know how to explain it, but the chicken was not my favorite. The noodles were actually very tasty and it made me think that I should have just gotton the alfredo meal instead of chicken alfredo. Lastly the bread that came with the meal tasted stale and hard. Not a good experience for my first time here.

Placed a 60 dollar order and i did not get a receipt from the machine. They took 20 min to get my order since my name was not coming up, the pizza was cold and the cashier guy ignored me. If we pay as much for this food the customer service needs to improve

I feel that the Panera experience has been slipping over the years. they're sandwiches are not very good. they're soup is worse. personally, I think this was my last trip there. I don't think I will be eating at Panera again

Their prices are higher than the other Panera’s in the area. Also the portions are so small. Like every plate is half full small. So I feel like I don’t get what I pay for. On top of that, some of the cashiers are so not loving what they do and ring in your order incorrectly. Panera’s nationwide has a policy to offer you a complimentary cookie or something when they mess up your order. This place don’t seem to offer that either.

So bad…everyone is behind counters preparing and serving food, but don’t try to get to the soda-it’s a sticky filthy mess. The garbage is full to the rim with trays stacked up next to it…no one is concerned about the sticky nasty floor or the mess at the garbage. Even staff walk through the sticky mess to get what they want and keep going. I forgot to mention the dirty tables. Thank goodness I was traveling with wipes to clean up. All I can say is…SHAMEFUL!!!!!

I don’t usually eat at Panera, but my son likes it, so we stopped by. Unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated. The food is overpriced for the portion size you pay a lot and still don’t feel satisfied. On top of that, when ordering through the self-service kiosk, you can’t complete your order without leaving a tip. Why am I being required to tip when I’m doing all the work myself placing the order, picking up the food, finding a seat, and even clearing my own table? Who exactly is the tip for? Honestly, it feels like Panera should be tipping me instead. Either lower the prices or rethink this tipping approach because right now, it just doesn’t make sense.

I used to love this place, but they left out my fruit cup. I went back to get the fruit cup I paid for and they had an attitude with me. I felt very disrespected and they need to train their employees to be more pleasant. I will give 1 star for the food but no stars for the way they treat their loyal customers.

The audacity of the general manager named Maria and the way she treated me yesterday was less than professional not even cordial. She spoke to me in a derogatory way that left me feeling disrespected. I kindly requested for something that I've always requested for many years of patronizing this Panera and when I requested for it again as usual she gave me a rude & disrespectful no as if I knew her as if I owed her something. The way she responded to me set the mood. I spend a lot of money in Panera Bread. The least I can get from there is professionalism and kindness. I will not tolerate anything less than that. It's mainly principle and when you're a manager you should have higher standards on how you deal with your patriots/customers. And I'm not done I'm gonna take this to corporate. Oh and she really thinks her boss Jose is gonna have her back as if their friends. If Jose doesn't change how his general manager MARIA speaks to patrion/customers at this facility I will go above Jose. Because this is my Panera Bread I've been coming here for years. I have seen employees & GMs come & go for years so there's no way I am going to allow Maria or any employee to speak to me how ever they want. Maria you are a high level EMPLOYEE always remember that! Learn to have some respect for the people the spend money at this location thats your job! If you don't like it quit!

To the franchise owners ,Oscar (the manager at green acres location) is running your business into the ground and will eventually cost your business legal fees and more . I had the unpleasant experience talking with this incompetent manager today. I called in to complain about the people that prepare the food because they do not read the notes for rapid pick up , therefore getting orders wrong constantly (dangerous to someone with allergies). I let Oscar know this and his sarcastic response was "well ,just order it this way". Excuse me but i do not need to change the way i ordered my meal to accommodate your preps that clearly do not read the notes that give very specific instructions on prepping the meals .Oscar not only hung up after i told him i would like to file a complaint with corporate but he also refused to fix the issue. It takes one individual to ruin an entire brand, Oscar is that individual.

Ordered a Caesar salad and got a chicken Caesar salad instead when I asked to correct my order the employees had such an attitude and told me to throw out the wrong order myself. She was so upset for me calling her out on her mistake ! Will not be going back to this location.

This place is short staffed. I hate the fact that you have to wait 10 mins to pick up your online order. Always one person on counter I expect my online order In and out experience.

Terrible service experience earlier today. There was only one cashier on duty during morning rush hour. Waited more than 15 minutes in a line of 10 people just to obtain a mediocre overpriced coffee. While this was going on, the ostensible manager was counting coffee cups while completely oblivious to the customer logjam. Disgraceful and inept customer service. Not to return to this facility!

This is the worst Panera in the area. Horribly managed, poor staff attitude in the kitchen and subpar food quality. Even when you confront the manager after a bad purchase they do nothing to help. This location should be shuttered. We order a family size soup every time we come here and it is always a disappointment. You can’t charge $20 for a huge cup of water and carrots. Furthermore a manager not willing to correct the problem should be fired immediately, period.

I always order ahead through the app and my order is always ready when I arrive. The employees are pleasant. UPDATE: 5/17/2021 What is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait when I arrive? If there is a line, expect to wait until the line is gone or someone comes from the back. They do not utilize the shelves designated for pickup orders.

Standing in line for almost 10 minutes. Two associates at the register ...one associate was the manager and walked away before asking to assist me. Three people walk in who had rapid orders and were assisted right away. When I was finally assisted I asked the associate was it the store policy to have people waiting endlessly in line while rapid order customers are assisted right away. This associate had a major attitude. If you have no problem with waiting endlessly to be served and for rude service, this is the location to go to.

This is the worst Panera I've been to. The place is not clean. The bathroom is disgusting, and most of the time they get my order wrong. I've even been sold food that was over cooked. For the life of me, I couldn't understand why this place is run so poorly until I came across the manager. That man is not efficient at his job at all. He is rude and lacks customer service. He would rather lose customers than to correct the wrongs of his staff. Because of this, I will not go to this Panera anymore.

Ordered from here and the food was cold! Also, the food tasted very weird, made me gag and I couldn’t even finish it. The sandwich I ordered was small and the cheese was burnt. Usually the food is good but I guess ordering from the store is a different story. Disgusting!

The worst experience ever today. I am frequent costumer. 621744387062 The manager was very unprofessional and the ladies at the front as well talking among themselves and laughing. I asked if they had bags of coffee. An associate said yes. I asked grounded or whole bean. She answered grounded. I said let me have one. How much is it by pound and paid over 26 dollars expecting at least 3 pounds. The associate walked to the back after I paid and came back with a box of already made coffee. Maybe she did not understand so I said I wanted ground coffee she said this is the only one. I requested to speak to the manager because I didn't want a box of already made coffee. The manager did not even bother to look at me and threw a bag next to me with 2 - 3 ounces of coffee and a folded box. She did not even looked at me threw it and walked away. HORRIBLE. Very disgusting as I paid around $26 dollars and she did not even bother to speak to me. All of them very rude and disgusting. Real bad service, this place gets really busy sometimes and the counter usually have 1 person working, they should one person ONLY dedicated to Online Orders. After your online order gets ready you still need to stand in line to pick your online order, what’s the point of me ordering online when still have to wait in line. I usually come here after work to get something to eat .On this day , August 7, 2025 around 7 p.m. I witnessed a terrifying event at Panera Bread in Green Acres Mall. I sat in a single both and there were a group of teenagers sitting in the double both behind me. I was eating my food and all of a sudden a fight broke out. There was two young women fighting like cat and dog. They knocked my food and plate out of my hands and almost damage the store property . Thankfully, there were two NYPD detectives who entered the store to pick up an order. They jumped in to stop the fight . I’m disturbed by this! I mean , you come in to grab a bit and have to witness this. The manager didn’t get involved , he called security but they didn’t do anything , they just stood there not helping the police officers . It was a female officer at that ! She did her best to separate the two young women from fighting. This Panera Bread always allowing random people to walk through the store just to use the bathroom. It isn’t safe to dine in anymore!!! I think the best thing to do is lock-in and save your money. At this time ,in this season, I do not recommend for those to visit this Panera Bread. It is waaaay too risky. You want to be safe and have an enjoyable time eating out , not to come here and see fighting taking place. Go to a different Panera Bread. Look elsewhere or place an order through pick -up; Grab and Go. It’s too much drama here!!!!!
