I recently purchased lunched for 30 people in my office at this restaurant we ordered all sorts of pasta and salad let me tell you everything we got was unreal the pasta reminded me of when i was in Italy and the salads where so fresh this place just became my new go to spot for all my lunches and any events i throw in the past the owner really spent so much time with me on the phone going over every detail and treated me with the up most respect and the delivery was so fast i highly recommend everyone going there

Where do I begin. I have hired this place for my son’s bris and Yossi and his staff did a phenomenal job. His workers came in, set up, made sure the food was presented and store correctly. I hired them again for my son’s Upshern and once again, shocked us all. Their food was amazing. We had bagels, all different types of Pizza, pastas, Shashuka, salads and a lot more. So pleased with their service. People throughout the event asked me where the food was from and how delicious it was. Best part, catering price was actually a normal price for what ordered. Thank you Yossi and his team for once again making our event special. Definitely will be hiring you guys again. Oz and Chaviva.

Their bagels are baked the old fashioned way, just like they were produced in Brooklyn many years ago. Crispy and well baked on the outside, and chewy on the inside. And they taste absolutely amazing.

This restaurant has a lot of good food options for those who can't eat gluten very have a small gluten-free pizza option which is good. Just to be clear when you order a gluten-free pizza they give you a small pizza pie because for some reason they don't allow people to order a single gluten-free slice.

We placed a sizeable order to be delivered. The food arrived exactly on time. The trays of pastas, and eggplant selections were hot and absolutely delicious. The salads were very fresh, plentiful and beautifully presented. They also included serving utensils for the trays of hot food and for the salads. Their customer service is excellent. The food is excellent it’s delicious and healthy at the same time and having a vegetarian/ koshered diet has really contributed to me being healthy and in shape and shredded . Mr and mrs erivk are great people and I can’t get enough of the grilled eggplant and their salads and the desserts are a temptation of their own. I have friends that make fun of me sometimes for eating so much from a koshered spot but they don’t know what they’re missing out on😋

We ordered a bagel spread with cream cheese, tuna, egg salad, lox etc and a panini tray. As well as desserts. This place exceeded our expectations, in both delivery and taste. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone was asking where we got the food from. When they delivered it, the guy brought everything in and spread it out throughout the table. The pizza is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. It's in a convenient location if you live in North Woodmere, and they're even open on Motzei Shabbos, which is pretty cool.

The only negative aspect of the service is that not having certain bagels just because they were closed for a week. Then how did they make the other bagels?

Mediocre pizza. Asked for bagel and cream and bagel with butter. Did not ask for toasted. Both were toasted and had the tiniest amount of butter. Would not recommend.

Good food but they had the nerve to raise a bagel with scrambled eggs and a small coffee to $11.00 from $8.50 This is not inflation. I consider this gouging! Other stores are between $7.69 and $8.50

Someone I know had a bad experience here where they were treated unfriendly due to their skin color and made them feel extremely uncomfortable.

The girls from Felicia’s Bagels work in this new establishment- But they didn’t bring the cook. Home fries were old and burnt , the eggs look like they were cooked in too much oil. Shame on you guys - $10.80 for home fries , eggs and a bagel Not eatable Tried calling the phone numbers listed to complain - don’t work Not any of money ever again. Buy dozens if bagels from here all the time . This just turned me and my Money away

Horrible customer service. Don't come here if you like being treated like crap. I ordered a Panini, I had enough time to take a massive duce. And then the guy who took my order comes back and says, only whole wheat bread. I said ok. Not sure what took so long for him to find that out. 10 minutes and 1 duce later, he tells me we don't make paninis today! WTF. He ended up making us a soggy and bland pasta dish, which led to duce number 3!! We threw it out. It was horrible.

Charges $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. I had to go home and add more cream cheese. It covered half the bagel. And when I tell them they look at me like there’s something wrong with me. No apologies. Just a stare.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this pizzeria. I ordered a pizza pie and two orders of garlic knots, but when I got home, I realized they hadn’t given me any plates, utensils, or even marinara sauce for the garlic knots. Anyone who orders garlic knots knows that marinara is supposed to come with them, it’s basic. I went back the next day to speak with the owner, and instead of helping, he laughed in my face and told me that they “do have marinara sauce, you just have to ask for it.” That makes no sense when marinara is supposed to automatically accompany garlic knots. To make things worse, one of his employees actually called me a liar right there in the shop. This is unacceptable customer service. If you choose to order from here, double-check your order before leaving, because apparently they don’t care enough to make sure it’s complete. And to the owner: laughing at customers and allowing your staff to insult them is not how you run a business. Some basic manners and respect would go a long way.
