They stole my order. I ordered buy one get one free and only one was delivered. I called and the manager was very very rude and disrespectful. I regret that I’ve always bought pizza here for over two years now and only to have this horrible experience. He lied that it’s only for large orders when I proved to him that it was wrong that size 12 shows. Same buy one get one free… he put the phone off on me. When I called back he became very rude asking me to call uber that it’s not their store problem. Just imagine that… ?

Do not order or eat here. Ordered 2 pizzas and one of them had a piece of GLASS in it and had someone almost CHOKE ON THE GLASS. called and all they said was they would be another pizza over after they said they had no idea where the glass came from said no to it. Then they said the manager would call me the next day and it’s been a week and no call. So be aware of what your about to eat because they definitely don’t care

Ordered a pizza with 2 topping and they barely put anything on the pizza. There was a whole slice with no topping and other slices with a single pepperoni. I'll probably go again though

THE EMPLOYEES CONTAMINATE THE FOOD AND EAT PIECES OF THE FOOD AND LEAVE EATEN SAUCES IN THE PIZZA BOX FOR PICKUP!!!! I came to pickup my order after mistakenly choosing pickup instead of delivery. I came home to find my order of 8pc buffalo wings sticker on the box, but there were only 6pc. I opened the pizza box & I see the blue cheese ordered with the wings is open and dripping. Clearly the employees are eating out of the food, contaminating the food and leaving dipping sauces open and dripping for customers to pickup. The manager, Hermanprhhe, stated it was impossible… multiple times… and then that there is nothing they can do…. THAT IS NASTY. I ORDERED FOOD AND IT WAS HALF EATEN BY THE EMPLOYEES AND STILL GIVEN TO ME. I asked for the supervisor and, at first, manager Hermanprhhe tried to withhold the name and contact information on how to refund a contaminated order I received. I finally received supervisor’s name, Mangor Singh, and arrival time for Monday after asking Hermanprhhe what he thinks it would feel like ordering food to come home and find it half eaten and everything contaminated….EWWW… The supervisor is not due back until Monday, a day and a half later from Saturday night’s issue. Hermanprhhe states supervisor is in from 11am-6pm, but may only be there for 2 hours on Monday. Since there is confusion on the hours of operation for the supervisor, I asked manager Hermanprhhe to have the supervisor reach out to me once they’re in. I also confirmed, from Hermanprhhe, that there are cameras in the shop and that it goes back 6 months, they do not record over days. I confirmed this would not be the first of the conversation Mangor Singh, the supervisor, would be hearing of this issue. I confirmed Hermanprhhe was aware of the complaint when he repeated back to me in his words, that the complaint consisted of 8pc wings being 6pc with the 8pc sticker confirming 8pc. He also confirmed an open, dripping blue cheese that was ordered was found in the pizza box itself. I thought this was a clean, safe place to order from, but never again will I order from this location. The food and decisions of it being served is not safe with the people currently employed there unfortunately.

For the Life of me what's going on in this company Isn't Papa John a American style pizza company... This country Is going down the toilet .. So now I have to talk to ppl in Bangladesh to order a dam pizza, I can't even understand them ...

So call manager was being rude and unprofessional. The manager called me back about my order I explained to him it was a miscommunication he ends up telling me Oo your harassing us your harassing the lady in the front only because they gave my order to a Spanish guy and not me a female customer telling me Oo why didn’t you let us know who was there when I didn’t know who is working down stairs. I was rudely spoken to and it’s ok I told him I was not going back and forth and told me he would call the cops on me just because of a miscommunication there was with someone downstairs taking my order without me knowing. Threatening to call the cops on me over an order that was a miscommunication and I had to handle it on my own !! I’m in shock a manager or supervisor will speak to a costumer this way.

I went to Papa John's 583 W. Merrick Rd., Valleystream on 20th April to pick up my pizza order because my wife had already ordered online and she had paid but I thought the pizza was one order but my wife ordered two pizzas. So I went there, I told my wife's name and said give me my order and he started looking for it so I told him that there is one pizza order but I didn't know my wife had ordered two pizza so he Told me tell me your order number because it's not one pizza it's two and I went back to my car and brought my wife's mobile phone and showed it to him He saw the order number and gave me two orders of pizza and when I took the pizza and told him that I was not lying to you, he abused me in his own language in Punjabi language and I said to him. I understood Punjabi language and I was very hurt and he harassed me and followed me and abused me in front of my family in Punjabi so what should I say to him and I will not go to this location again. now I go to another location to get Papa John's pizza because my kids love Papa John's pizza and Now I go to another location to get pizza but I'm so sad that he did this to me I just wanted to say this and I haven't slept in two days because he insulted me in front of my family that . I was a customer and I didn't say anything wrong to him, I didn't abuse him.

I ordered pizza from this place and received it cold and burnt. when i called to speak to a manager about it I was given an attitude followed by him telling me it wasn't there pizza after sending them a picture of there burnt pizza. He said he would get back to me yet I'm still waiting to hear from him. VERY RUDE and unprofessional

They mess up your delivery order on purpose so you don’t have to call them again to deliver. Look at the wings, they drained it in BBQ sauce on purpose. They don’t normally put excessive amount of sauce on it. That was too much and uncalled for.

I’ve ordered from this location in the past and I’ve never had any issues until today. I ordered their new Crispy Parm Pizza and 8 piece honey chipotle wings. The wings arrived to my house BURNT! I called customer service and they suggested that I call the store directly, which I did. The guy who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and said that’s how the wings are made and said he could replace the wings for me. I said that I wanted a refund for the wings and he said that he couldn’t give me a refund. I’m never ordering from this location again.

Ordered a NY style pizza. Pizza was delivered, opened the box to find that my pizza had no crust, only 2 slices. Called store manager, he says to me the NY style pizza has no crust. I asked him so why does 2 slices have crust n the others doesn't. N the pic shows crust. He says to me that they r very busy and oven must have cutoff the crust. I told him it's not my fault n I paid for a pizza with crust. He stated that he would send me another pizza. 2 hours later still no pizza. I will definitely call their corporate office to complain. This is crazy!!

This place is insane. I believe I was discriminated at this store. I filed a formal complaint and hope it’s actually looked into unlike these other complaints. My order was marked ready so I went to pick it up. I gave the name and waited while others picked dip their meal. After 10 minutes in the cold waiting area I asked about my meal, I was told to wait but showed a ready screen form the tracker. Then the worker told me to go wait in my car he’ll bring it out. That did not happen, instead he watched me through the store window and ignored me. I called customer service for help and even they couldn’t understand why I was refused my food. Now I have to wait 2 days for feedback. I paid for my meal online beforehand as well. Wasted my time and money for bad customer service. Listen to the reviews everyone, this place is horrible. Customer service said my complaint is #41-322292, order #827774708. Seriously look into this place.
