This place lacks every bit of class, the walls are dirty. The kitchen area is absolutely disorganized. I am very ashamed that people still have restaurants like this in a good area of NY. Not to mention that the lady grabbed the condiments with her HANDS!! food is reasonably priced though.

I was very disappointed the Egg Foo Young gravy was watery. The egg needed salt. The sautéed broccoli taste like it had pickle spice in it. This place must be under new management. I've been going there on and off for over 20 years. I won't be ordering from them no time soon.

The shrimp with lobster sauce had ground pork. The fried rice was too brown and the wonton soup was also too dark

This place is disgusting. I'm giving you a warning because I've just had the most terrible experience in terms of food. Not only is the place run down but the food quality is concerning. I've ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was completely dry. Tasteless, and it was like a chunk of doughed chicken that was fried and no sauce on it. It was disgusting and I will never order from here again.

I saw when the chef sneeze into his hands, he then went to the back and used his hands to rub seasoning on the chicken in a container. I was shocked when he sneezed into his hands he never washed his hands at all. My food was pre order when I get there it was already to go. I paid for the order but I couldn’t eat because of what I saw.

When I arrived to pick up order, they had no idea I had placed an online order. They NEVER checked. So I had to wait. The food was horrible. The fried rice had no taste and the chicken had a weird taste. I left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. It was not worth the wait.

Just ordered take out of their boneless rib and rice combo. I got delivered 3-1/2 bone in ribs which had about 2oz of meat, for $13. So disappointed as this was my go to for Chinese food.

Racist. Attempted to steal my change and threatened to call police when I requested correct change amount. Never again. Also I was told that Jade Palace caused a Herpes break-out among a group of highshool students years ago. It was traced back directly an employee.

As for the service: I called to make an order and was hung up on in the middle of ordering. I call back to finish my order and she hangs up again. As for the food: nobody liked what they ordered. I got the general tos chicken and it wasn’t good.
