Came here for lunch for my birthday with my two boys and we had a great time and service was excellent. Our waitress named Monet was polite, attentive and sweet. Along with my kids she sang Happy Birthday to me quietly because due to covid Red Lobster no longer does that. That was very kind of her. Thank you Monet!😍
The place was busy, but not packed, and on any other night I wouldn't have timed this place. Our waiter, Mr. David was approachable for questioning, very hospitable, and used the time he had strategically well while keeping his head on a swivel (looking around the room). Our meals were dropped off at appropriate times which was ultimately acceptable for my wife and I. Thank you, David for servicing us and making this occupation look easy.
Very very good service. Keyon (I think that is how his name is spelled) which I believe is the manager was so pleasant, nice, and went above and beyond. He pretty much was educating our kids about lobster while showing it to them. He also helped my mother out of the restaurant since she walks with a cane. I called to ask a question after our visit there and the lady I spoke to was so kind and respectful. She didn't rush me off the phone. She made sure to answer my question. I know I probably got her name wrong but I think it was Tisha or Keyia. Sorry

The lunch was exceptionally tasty, each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. Accompanying the meal, the glass of wine was just right – a delightful pairing that enhanced the overall dining experience. The occasion was a business lunch with a client while working in Valley Stream, and it couldn't have been a better choice. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service we received was top-notch. Our waitress, Chelsea, was the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. She was very polite, an excellent hostess, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our meal went smoothly. Starting the new year with such a positive experience at Red Lobster has set a high standard for my dining expectations in 2024. Whether you're looking for a place to have a business lunch or just to enjoy a meal, I highly recommend Red Lobster at Green Acres Mall. Reviews won’t tell you the exact thing!! All servers looked very spontaneous and cheerful! 2/3 times I saw they were wishing and clapping on few customers bdays!!! Literally they were celebrating with them ❤️ that was the best part for me. . . and and Service was amazing. Foods were perfectly cooked also!!
First time visiting this restaurant in the US and had a great experience. There was a 7-8 mints wait before we were seated. As soon as we sat down, we were handed the menus and in 2-3 mints we received a complimentary basket of cheddar bay biscuit. The biscuits were warm, crispy outside and soft inside. We had ordered the rainbow trout grilled fish and grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon. Both the main courses came with 2 sides which we choose as baked potato, fries, rice. They were out of coleslaw which we wanted as side. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Definitely will go back.
Today for our anniversary and early mother's day lunch we went to Red Lobster Green Acers and had a great experience. We were attended by Sarder which was awesome service. Pascal enjoyed his steak amd I enjoyed the Lobster from the new Lobsterfest. It was 7 of us and we were attended too and the wait wasn't long. Will go again.
Christian was an amazing waiter! Super friendly and attentive from start to finish. He insisted on making sure we were completely taken care of and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience. His timing was perfect. He was always around when we needed something but never overbearing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Definitely made our visit better!

Our server Tamia was great! Very attentive and helpful with suggestions of what to try. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was lively. There’s not a lot of places left that offer such great service, would definitely go back.
Our waiter Jason was excellent! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Drinks were always refilled quickly, food arrived in a timely manner, and they checked in often without being overbearing. It really made our dining experience enjoyable. Great service all around!
I came in for lunch with a friend and our server Sarder was so wonderful. He anticipated our needs and the table behind us before we realized we needed him. He was very polite and charismatic. Truly made our lunch very enjoyable.

Best meal ever!!!! Our server, Crystal (on Tuesday, 9/16/25) was amazing. She was so friendly, nice and had the food served very timely. She was amazing! Akaila is an amazing host although she’s not a server she made sure to check in with my family to make sure we were doing alright. She also gave us the best seats and even made my brother a birthday card! She deserves a raise!

Kyrie the server at the Valley Stream location was fabulous he was attentive caring and showed compassion towards my 83 year old mother we were very impress the service and will recommend this restaurant to family and friends. Overall it was an amazing experience.

We were having a long weekend. A birthday during a family emergency. Back and forth from the hospital. But 73 is something to be celebrated. Needless to say we got there late. Our server was Jason. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. He was patient and attentive. Everything was good. Even for getting there just before 10. We kept them there late and they were nothing but kind. Management kindly help us out when we were leaving. They really gave us the space to unwind and celebrate. It was a great birthday dinner and everyone had a good time especially the kids. I thank Jason and staff for the kind treatment and words. We will be back.

I have been to red lobster many times but this time was different. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, sat quickly and taken care of with such grace. My server Tammy was double sat with a table I met a moment earlier in the restroom, a woman and her elderly mom. Although we sat all at the same time and she was busy, I was touched at how attentive she was. She was efficient, prompt and sweet. Respect on the love she showed us and and that table next to us was beautiful. She was heartfelt and Im so happy we popped in. Thanks for a great experience Tammy.
Music was going; people were talking, but it was quiet enough for us to hear ourselves (weekday btw). The ambiance was fine and my sesame-soy salmon bowl was tasty, but it was the attentive and creative Ahsaki, our server, that topped off the overall pleasant experience.
Just came to say, our server Ahsaki was beyond amazing. She has the best energy and went above and beyond. Because of her, our experience on a random Monday evening far exceeded expectations and Red Lobsters standards.

People can take a customer service lesson from Sarder. He is the most bubbly, patient, and informative person I’ve had the pleasure of serving me in a long, long time. He clearly understands the fundamental foundation of any business.
Came into this location an hour before closing and was not rushed which I really appreciated. Had a server name Myles and he was amazing. Gave suggestions on cocktails and food to get no long way whatsoever and the food was delicious. Myles checked on my table 2 to 3 times throughout my dining time which I really appreciate it because it was not overdone, but just enough to keep tabs on my experience. Will come back here again & if you come look for Myles he’s great!
I it was possible, I have given a 20 star rating, From his initial introduction Khyri, over exceeded my expectations . He was very friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and presented himself as if we were royalty. The delivery of our food came out well organized. Our salads came out in fine dinning ware and a selection of dressings. He was very informative about the available items. I haven’t received this level of care at a restaurant ever. Because of him I have shared my experience with all my family and friends. We look forward to visiting this red lobsters again. Thank you Khyri for a great experience!

What really stood out was his positive attitude—he served with a smile the entire evening and created such a welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure of celebrating the birthdays of 2 people at this location on my visit. Our server Sarder A. went above and beyond from the beginning until the end. He was patient, pleasant and accommodating to our individual needs. He even reached out to the Manager on duty when needed due to a few food restrictions. I would definitely return especially if I can have him as a server once again or someone who displays the same type of customer service. Thanks again for everything. Ashsaki is the best waitress there. She made our dining experience supreme by making our 8 year old feel comfortable ordering and eating here. We’ve been going here for years (10+) and it seems the management has changed for the better as well.
My friends, staff and I have come to this place and dined in there and that the food was wonderful that we enjoyed it all. The staff had Lobster & Shrimp Linguini, the friends had Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, and I had New! Mariner's Seafood Boil. All of us shared the Mariner’s Seafood Boil Family Meal. The food and service were awesome and wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people in their eating, drinking, talking, and others.
Wow! I haven’t been to Red Lobster’s in years and came to celebrate my grandmother’s 87th birthday. Sarder was my server and what a sweet server he was. Made sure we had a really great experience and the food was great! Thanx so much. It won’t be years until I come back because of him! Great service.

This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our server Crystal is top notch. Pleasant, friendly and super efficient. Great service from the beginning to the end. The food was way beyond expectations. High par. I had the ultimate feast with lobster tail, sirloin, Walt shrimp and shrimp scampi. Finally a place that cooks a steak just like you want it. I asked for medium. It was spot on. The drinks were great. You will not be disappointed if you come here but it will make your experience EXTRA amazing if you get Crystal. I was so hungry sorry I only got a picture of the yummy sangria.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming they seated us right away with no wait time, which was a great start to the evening. Our server, Ahsaki, was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire meal. Without me even having to ask, she brought out a birthday dessert and sang “Happy Birthday” to my mom, which made the celebration feel extra special. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Ahsaki was incredibly attentive, checked in on us regularly, and made sure our food was exactly how we wanted it. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. She has a great demeanor, and I sincerely hope her manager takes note of the wonderful work ethic she brings to the team. We went to the Valley Stream restaurant. Staff is very Friendly. We were created with smiles and warm welcome. The Manager came over to check on us and to make sure we are ok. Jonatan was our server, he was amazing. Meals were up to standard and delicious. It was a comfortable place to have a birthday lunch with love ones. We were asked upon entering if we are celebrating an occasion, My sister mentioned it was my birthday (which I didn’t know she would have said) and in the end, we were surprised with a dessert and warm birthday wishes. We always go out to eat, but this restaurant is very clean and top notch. We didn’t wait long for our appetizers nor the meals Thanks to the chef, management and the entire friendly staff for their hard work, prompt services and delicious meals. 💐🙏
My family and I went to Red Lobster restaurant for my husband's birthday. We tried different dishes and they were very delicious. We were served fresh biscuits and water as we waited about 20mins for our food, which wasn't that long because by us chit chatting time flew by so quickly. The waitress (Naiya) is a very wonderful person, she keeps checking up on us like every 8 minutes updating us on our food and drinks. After serving us our drinks and food; Naiya still checks up on us. I requested the most delicious slice of chocolate cake for husband ❤️ and he also got a birthday song, sang by Naiya and another waitress. Oh I can't forget to mention the manager who was also very kind and friendly she ask if we were okay and asked if we would visit again soon. We had a wonderful time at Red Lobster restaurant, and I would recommend this place for everyone, especially people who love peace, a quiet, beautiful atmosphere, and most of all, delicious foods that's just affordable 😋. The place was crowded and short staff. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, great management, she stepped in and made sure everything went well. We started with the fried calamari, and for our entres, we each had the endless shrimp. The new item on the menu, the entrees, Rangoon Shrimp, is very good. Crab stuffed shrimp, battered and fried with a fiery Asian sauce. It's very tasty. The shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp kebabs were a bit on the salty side, but squeeze some lemon, and it works out just fine. We skipped dessert to full off the endless shrimp. To drink, I tried the $5 wine special, a Cabrenet. For those who prefer something other than wine, try a $10 margarita Ove all a nice evening.
I like the new menu items, but the food is VERY Salty. My server was good: attentive and informative, but the hostess was terrible. Very poor communicator, it was almost like engaging us was an inconvenience. I really think this franchise should atart hiring 30+ staff who have some experience in providing a great eating experience.
New CEO is doing his thing because i was done with red lobster since its been trash the last few years, but theyre trying to get back. Hostest staff seemed a little disorganized but we were seated pretty quickly. Biscuits were great. All of my food came out quickly but respectfully $55 my ultimate feast should have more than 7 shrimp scampi and the snow crab legs are giving skimpy 👎🏿. My lobster tail was over cooked as well. But my server Nick was excellent. Friendly, fast, and got us everything we wanted. If the CEO is really in tune, he’ll bring back the OG red lobster happy birthday song lol
Tonight was quick family meal together after work and school. The New York Liberty was playing and the atmosphere was calm and chill. Our servicer Nick was amazing, he was very attentive to all three families during our meal. He concentrated on all of our needs individually but it was a waited to be served. Thank you for the new meals on the menu my husband enjoyed the boil as I enjoyed the new caramel beverage. Once again Nick asked all of my family members including my 4 and 9 yrs old children what would the like to have to drink and eat. Nick helped out with making family memories.
Service was great. After my meal happy hour started and the bartender did not disappoint. I really have nothing bad to say. Time and money well spent.
I returned to this establishment one week after I had the most succulent lobster. Naturally, I thought it was a fluke, but on this second occasion my partner and I both agreed that the lobster was excellent.
Nick the server was pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful. He did a great job! On another note the biscuits are not as good as they used to be.
The food was actually pretty tasty. Last time I was in this location was around 30 years ago- the decor hasn’t changed, and that’s ok! I would’ve like to see more lobsters in the tank, it just didn’t look good as a decor in the waiting area My gripe was paying premium pricing for specialty drinks that were watered down. My suggestion to patrons is to stick with the classics and you’ll be happy. All in all, a decent time.
The food was delicious. The chicken is very tender and the pasta with cheese just hit the spot. The floor is sticky. The seat are oily. The cleaning rag are used over and over again. Couple of big tv which is a plus. Would recommend. Overall it was good except the cleanliness. Wait time is 20-30 minutes.
Went to Red Lobster in Valley Stream, NY for a family dinner. Once we were seated, we were greeted by a server who took our drink order and helped us with a few menu questions. The restaurant had a good-sized crowd, and there was background noise in the bar area. Our beverages arrived promptly along with some warm biscuits. There was an assistant manager who was walking around, checking on patrons to ensure they were having a great experience. Our food arrived after a short wait. Each food item was well-prepared, with the exception of a few scallops that were slightly overcooked. I found a table display advertising a "3 Course Shrimp Sensation." I opted for this meal and I really enjoyed it. This meal was also a great value. We are really looking forward to our next meal at Red Lobster.
I went for a dinner on valentine's day and it was an hour waiting after reservation. Few people skipped the queue as well by having a private chat with that lady(!!) who was bringing people to their seats. Next a table of 8 is divided into two teams and we got our seats. The entire area was too crowded and sometimes smells. But the server was prompt and food that we ordered were good too. I am impressed with generous serving size.
I have been going to Red Lobster for years, but after this experience, never again. I went into the restaurant, waited a long time for the bartender to even recognize or interact with me. I breathe and I’m patient. She finally comes over, I order my beverage. That comes, I order food. She brings my salad, no biscuits. The guy next to me comes after me, and gets his food and two sets of biscuits. He looks at me, I look at him. I said to myself, okay, I’m ready, I’m bothered. I ask for the check, I leave the bartender a small tip because the service was horrible. I check my credit card, and she gave herself a 18% tip, when the service was horrible. I am livid!!!! I disputed the additional tip. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won’t be back
The restaurant is good and is in a super mall. They have a lot of parking. 80% of the menu is always the same, but they always have specials. First, when you arrive on the weekends night, there are a lot of people and you have to wait a long time. most of the time they never make a waiting list, meaning they never put you on a list, or they dont tell you how long you have to wait, and to top it off they seat the people who arrived after you, which I find to be in very bad taste. So what's the point of them writing your name and telling you 20 to 30 minutes and feeling people who came after you? The food is super good and always hot, but they need to improve the service from the waiters. The drinks, the appetizers, the salads, the soups, everything was very delicious. But they have to pay attention to the quality of the waiters and pay attention to the customers, sometimes you have to wait for your bill for ten or twenty minutes and the waiter disappears. And it has happened to me on several occasions, I usually go to that restaurant at least twice a month.

I ordered via Uber eats and the food looked like it's leftover from someone else. Look at the amount of Coleslaw and fries. The taste is awful. I ate from other Red Lobster locations and I must say the taste was good but this location seems determined to defame the brand. Never ever ordering from here again.
This location is not one of the best of the chain. Service was slow, considering it was not that crowded. It took close to 45 minutes to an hour to receive the food. I ordered a 2 combination and received the fish after the main plate came out. It lacked favor and no thought to presentation (not expecting 5☆ quality but pleasing to the eye). The drinks were below average. Only there for someone's birthday. (Picky eater). I most likely will not be returning there, to say the least.
This time around I didn't like what we pay for. It wasn't that busy but we had to wait for our drinks and server. As for the food what was on the menu wasn't what we got. The steak wasn't cook and hard to cut.. the lobster was even tuff. Even one of the plates they brought out for the biscuits was dirty that was the first straw. I really don't write bad reviews but this time it was necessary 😔
It's our first time in this particular branch of red lobster. We are not really satisfied just because of the service. I can say that they are very slow. We even have to raise our hands so often and make our neck long to be able to be noticed. We understand that if their short staff or so many guests. So we try to be calm and patient. But truthfully, we didn't enjoy the stay. Some of our orders came cold and very salty. We definitely won't want to come back again.
This location has gone down tremendously, smell of carpet. Taste of food, servants working there are to busy flirting instead of tending to patrons. Take out on Aug 3. I’ve had the worst experience at the red lobster in valley stream. First there was a delay in seating us, when we got seated it took 25 mins for someone to acknowledged us and it was only because I said something . Our server was Nicholas we had him a few weeks prior and the service was poor. Thankfully the manager Keion was able to rectify the matter. Today It was just two of us, he started off with asking us what to drink….We asked for water with lemon and a raspberry iced tea…he brought over only 3 biscuits which didn’t seem to make sense and brought back the drinks but no lemon in the water….he took our order and brought the appetizer without any utensils. I had to ask for plates and utensils and more biscuits . When he came back we received plastic utensils and was told that there were no sliverware available and the biscuits would take 15mins. We waited and waited for another 25mins and no biscuits. We the heard the server tell another person to serve us our food. When we got the food it was luke warm. We got a shrimp trio and lobster and shrimp pasta. It was all dry not edible. As I was eating I felt something in my mouth. When I spit it out it was a patch of hair what seems to look like someone lashes. I became completely nauseated that I had to run to the restroom to vomit. Another 20+ mins passed by our server never came to check on us to even ask us how was everything and if we needed anything. Meanwhile we saw him assisting other tables Next to us. The way he treated us was as if we weren’t there at all. I had to ask the buss boy to get the manage Sam to assist. Sam looked at the hair said he needed to investigate and never came back to follow up. Nicholas just slapped us with the bill and left. I’ve never been treated so poorly. There was no empathy at all as if the food being served was free. This is the second time in a few weeks I’ve had Nicholas as my server. We were going to request another server but then decided to give him another chance since maybe it was a bad day last time but this time the service was worst from him. I felt like McDonald’s served me better than him. As a manager in the hospitality industry this behavior is by unacceptable. This facility lacks professionalism and good customer service. The employees lack empathy and the atmosphere is very ghetto. I employee seemed to be there only to collect a paycheck and not provide quality customer service. As a paying customer this is unacceptable. The food is costly and no customer should be treated this way. This is my 3 time in about a month and it’s gotten worse. The treatment we received makes us feel to never want go back. Poor service by employees and then hair in the food by unacceptable and disgusting. I rather go eat at McDonald’s. Nicholas is a poor representation for front of the house and needs to be coached and counseled or terminated. He got a second change and failed terribly. Corporate please follow up with this property.
I will not eat here again even tho I been going to this red lobster since I was a teenager. The waiter was extremely rude talking about me to other servers because I asked for mashed potatoes instead the hard dry over cooked potatoes that comes with the snow crab legs. So the male server who brings the food I asked him is it possible to get mashed potatoes instead of this overcooked hard potatoes he said sure no problem dont worry about it I got u. The female server saw and took back the mashed potatoes while I was about to eat saying he’s not allowed to give u this you gotta pay for it. I said well he already gave it to me and why can’t it be substituted because it’s potatoes and the one I have is overcooked and hard. She had a very nasty attitude even after I asked the supervisor for her not to come back to my table she still did as if to say I run things here and staring me down listening what I’m saying to the new waiter. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and spend my money here again because staff isn’t properly trained and management don’t care because if they did the same waiter would not have been back at my table staring me down like she owns the place.
Went in today, got seated, then waited 15 minutes. We were not greeted. We didnt receive water or biscuits. So we left. We were excited for shrimp, so it's unfortunate. :(
Restaurant was not busy, but yet waited obscene amount of time for waitress before ordering, during meal and after meal. Barely any choices for salad dressing. No broccoli. The items on the Admiral Platter were over fried. Only 3 shrimp on the platter. The salmon on my wife's platter was extremely small and under cooked. I used to enjoy Red Lobster. But the prices have become out of control, pasta item choices such. Service has become horrible and I am never eating at Red Lobster again. I used to eat at these restaurants regularly
My server barely came to the table . Did not bring our starter. It was my brother birthday and they didn’t sing happy birthday to him when they sang to everyone else. When we were leaving , she dropped the takeout bags on the floor. She then threw it on my food after she brought the takeout packing to our table . HORRIBLE SERVICE
