This place is awesome its simple effectiveness, and reminds me that Dunkin Donuts will always be a classic part of American society! They are open 24 hours last time I checked and they offer a variety of delicious treats and snacks, both frozen and non-frozen alike! Perfect for frequent family outings and providing edible rewards for your sons and daughters! Great for hanging out with local friends or simply sit back and relaxing by yourself after a long day at school or work! :)

I came in to purchase 50 munchkins and a pumpkin spice latte. First of all charging $3 extra for a Halloween bucket is ridiculous especially if your purchasing 50 munchkins. I recieved my latte and asked if there was whip cream. I was told theres a .50 up charge. I stated that it normally comes with whipped cream. I was told that I ordered a regular pumpkin spice latte not the signature latte. I didnt know there were two different pumpkin lattes as I always order pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk for my wife. The lady kept insisting I pay the $.50. The Spanish gentleman was nice and was like dont worry its ok. Its whipped cream let's be honest $.50 is ridiculous. I didnt leave a review 3 weeks ago when a Spanish lady in the front was rude and completely messed up my wife's drink. I do have to say the munchkins were fresh.

I ordered a large candy cane flavored coffee and it tasted like mud water. No candy cane flavor just a tiny hint of tge flavor. I had that same flavor at a different Dunkin in Franklin Square and it was rich and delicious. After I brought it back the girl was arguing with me that they put 5 pumps or swirls...nope there was nothing in that cup. I eventually changed it to my usual French vanilla coffee. I w a s really disappointed with the coffee and the service. The coffee hasn't been the same in recent times at this location it's very watered down

Coffee was bitter and donut wasn’t fresh. I’m surprised considering how long the drive through lines typically are, but I went inside for my purchase.

This is the second time that Spanish blonde lady charging me extra donut that I didn’t even asked for. This is basically stealing. Beautiful store beautiful location but this workers are terrible.

No matter how fresh a pot . Cream and sugar. It still tastes like boiling hot water. After each sip your waiting to tastes coffee

I’ve visited this place a few times, and the experience has been disappointing. The people who work there are not nice to customers. Their attitude feels unfriendly and unhelpful, which makes the whole visit uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this, because the service definitely needs improvement.

I went to this dunkin 3 times at around 11-3am and there’s this hispanic or some lady that doesn’t know english properly or just in general rude. We went and ordered 1 custom drink and a regular drink and both were given really messed up, dirty, and the customer drink wasn’t even blended when we asked for it to be blended, and when we tried fixing it or telling her what to order she gave A LOT of attitude and just overall really mean. never said hi, thank u, or anything just gave us so many stares when we were really nice and the complain can go over. i don’t need her working there when we come there next time. she was rude, never made drinks right, didn’t understand us properly but had good english with her attitude?

Went in to get a refresher, which I normally get from the Dunkin in Freeport. The person who made the refresher (Mikaylalean), handed it to me without saying a word. As I sipped on it, I realized she hadn’t put enough concentrate, so I went back up to the counter and nicely asked her if she could add a little more. She rolled her eyes at me, and Asked, “you actually need more concentrate“? I stood my ground and told her that I did because it didn’t taste right. That’s when the Spanish lady came over and took the cup to add more concentrate. I was then told that if I ever needed more concentrate in my drink, I would be charged more for it. The drink was placed in front of me without a word. That’s when I realized I would never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location again no matter how convenient it was. If I’m spending my money, I don’t deserve to be treated like this. So I’ll spend my money elsewhere where it’s more appreciated.

when we ordered, isaac the sales associate was mean for no reason, and all the tables were dirty, so we asked him 4 times to clean one of them so we can sit and take our food, he didn't want to, so after we sat on a dirty table cause we didn't have a choice and after that we told him that we will complain he said he's going to talk to his manager first, and then he cleaned all the other tables expect ours. Such a shame for a dunkin store
