Green Valley Smokehouse

​This place was perfect after a long day. The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. It is the kind of spot you want to visit regularly. I am looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend giving it a try.

Took a beautiful drive from the AV to this wonderful, little hidden gem. Very worth the drive. The food was very good and left stuffed! Very friendly environment tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We shall return!

Swung by while driving to the reserve and it was quite busy, but the front of house staff provided impeccable, friendly, warm service. Authentic small town feel. The back of house staff whipped up a real mean smashburger and mac and cheese. From reading the other reviews, I was a bit worried it might be overhyped but I would def make the drive to eat here again and try all their other dishes.

took the drive out there on a Sat night . it was my brother's 46th birthday and they had all the right food on the menu and super friendly cook and waiter . lots of good drinks . the bill was really exciting to see for 5 people celebrating . thanks Guys good luck to you smoke house .

First time here at GVSH and it's everything you'd want in a smokehouse! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, absolutely delicious food, and a great relaxing environment. I tend to judge places by Mac'n'Cheese and GVSH scored a tantalizing ten. I highly recommend you give them a try. Your belly won't be disappointed!

Hidden Gem. A simple menu with incredible food, cold beer, and friendly staff. Small patio on the side was shaded and relaxing. Close to a convenience store that has a few gas pumps. Perfect for a road trip or motorcycle trip lunch break!

I like a small town feel and this place has it. Mom and Pop style and ready to make you feel at home. I ordered the smash burger to go because I had an appointment to be at. For the side I asked for a surprise and got the roasted green chili corn. I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was delicious and the bun was perfect. If you are not a local to Green Valley, which I am not, it is worth taking the drive on a day off or on a date night. The offer a wide variety of bottled sodas and floats, I can not wait to try one next time. This is the real deal smoke house, stop by and give it a try.

The homemade spicy barbecue sauce is wonderful And truly enjoyed the homemade blue cheese dressing This place is out of the way for many. But if you have an afternoon to take a nice drive and enjoy some fabulous food and a very friendly atmosphere; this would be my suggestion

My fiancé and I were doing some off-roading and I had seen this place on Google maps so we decided to check it out. So happy we did, everything was amazing. Friendly and informative service and delicious food. I had a smash burger and my fiancé had the brisket bowl. We were both very pleased with our choices. The place has a nice selection of beers and craft sodas too. What a great place to stop when you're in the area enjoying a drive and some awesome views .

We used green valley smokehouse for a private event and they were fantastic! Very easy to communicate and coordinate with and all the food was fantastic. They arrived on time the day of the event, set up all the food, and made breakdown easy for us. Would recommend them for any event!

We loved the food here! It was so good! It’s hard to find good bbq especially where we’re from. They had a patio and were accommodating for us and our dogs. The dogs got treats and water. Thank you chef. The restrooms were super cute too! Highly recommend! Nice place to eat after doing the Rowher Flats trail.

If I could give this restaurant and staff 10 stars, that still wouldn’t be enough. The food here is so good and so fresh. The fried pickles and jalapeño ranch dip are the best. Also had the smash burger and been brisket. The brisket is out of this world. Dylan and Bear are two stand up dudes who keep us casual and fun, while having some amazing customer service. This place is a hidden gem and a must dine-in location.

So my wife and I just tried this place out today. We didn't even know there was a restaurant in Green Valley but boy are we happy we looked!! The food was great and the area was very peaceful. I had the smash burger (which was amazing) and my wife had the chicken strips which were perfectly cooked. Oh yeah and make sure and try their hot BBQ sauce. Hats off to the cook

Super cute place. Love the decor. Staff was super friendly. Jalapeno poppers and the fries were very good. Smashburger was good. Pulled pork, not so much. Will return to try the brisket but definitely do not recommend getting any pulled pork.

Waited 30 minutes just for the waitress to say they ran out of everything. Would’ve been nice to know right away instead of wasting our time
