Opinions de Cici's Pizza Greenville
My family enjoys pizza quite a bit and visits here weekly. I enjoy the memories that I have had here as a kid, and now I enjoy myself as an adult. My nephews love coming here as well, and it has become a family staple. If you don't know about this place, then you can see for yourself.
This place was awesome! Lots of fresh pizza. The buffet was restocked regularly while we were there. Good selection and happy staff. Everyone in our party left with a full belly and a smile on their face.
The food was excellent. It's such a special place to my Son because we ate a lot at the Asheville NC location which sadly, closed years ago. The hosts and servers were very nice and the salad bar, soup, and pizza were well worth the extra drive. I would highly recommend CiCi s to anyone.
The pizza and food are decent but honestly thr best part is how involved the manager and workers seem. I feel like they work hard and try to make it thru a rush cooperatively. Made the mistake of coming in on a Saturday at lunch and it was packed but the manager on duty was very attentive to the bar and pitching in.
The owner of the place was something else, but after I talked with him, he seems to be a good guy. He lost his family members and friends since he decided that his business was more important than them. I was very sad by his conversation and I saw in his eyes the amount of pain he was carrying by being the owner of the place for 39 years. I am giving him all stars, but I pray that he would reached out to everyone who is more important than this company. Life's too short to lose yourself in the world of business.
I love the zesty pepperoni pizza. Great price also.
Bless it these people deal with a lot working with food. They had it looking good in there, though. Fresh food and a clean dining area. The big guy had to get onto a few kids that were being rough with the game machines. Apparently, some parents think Cici's employees are babysitters, too. We enjoyed going.
This CiCi’s location is top notch. It’s a cheap pizza buffet so expectations are low. But they exceed my expectations every time we go. My family of 6 can eat for $30. I don’t know how they do it yet the pizza tastes really good. They do a good job of keeping it clean too.
Very delicious pizza for a GREAT price! As of 2025, the price is around $10 with drinks included for adults. They offer pizzas, desserts, wings, and a salad bar. The pizzas are warm and they have a great variety! The deserts are top notch and the salad is fresh. If you don't see an item you like, they would make it gladly and quickly! Service and cleanliness is also good. Would highly recommend!
Very nice, not too big, but just right. They make their pizzas fresh and they will make a pizza you design!!! Oh and the serve salads that are freshwater a variety of dressing choices! WE LOVE Cicis Pizza 🍕 😋
Owner was Super nice and accommodating. We'll visit again. Based on the service alone
This is a classic that I never want to go away. The one in Anderson closed their doors and it's highly missed there. The pizza is hot and fresh. The salad bar could have more options added but still fresh produce is served on the bar. The owner works so hard and he's fantastic to all guests.
Keep in mind it is very wallet friendly; the cheapest buffet you can have. You don’t pay for service so please don’t come in feeling entitled since it isn’t like a regular restaurant. I like to go when they have their Monday/Tuesday $4.99 dine-in specials online sometimes. With a drink it’s less than $8. It’s tough to complain about anything, but the macaroni is terrible and the alfredo sauce is like milk thickness. The pizza on the other hand always delivers. During the busier times it gets refreshed often, and there is a wide variety. My favorite is the white sauce and spinach, chicken pizza, spaghetti pizza, and the meat lovers. Even the dessert pizza is pretty good. If you want to just stuff yourself, this is the place to go. This particular Cici’s is very clean too. Just avoid the overcooked macaroni and you’ll be good.
Went here for a friend's birthday. The food wasn't that good to me but in all fairness pizza from most places haven't been all that great. The staff were nice and helpful.
Cici's never fails usually my go to if Im feeling like pizza. The pizza buffet is always full the staff is friendly and they are quick to check you in
Thanks for this experience. Haven't been in years as I grew up going to the Anderson SC location. Clean and great food for the price!! #support
Excellent place, great variety of pizzas and also a great variety of desserts, all at a very good price and the place is very clean.
Always terrific and affordable. The food is delicious cheap pizza, all you can eat. Great for kids or people with a large appetite. They also have pretty good chicken soup and a salad bar.
Cicis had always been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. Even now over 20 years I still go and love it.
Cicis still amazing after all these years. The pizza was crazy good, the staff were busy cleaning and serving, and the place felt well maintained and kept up. Will definitely go again.
This place is a family favorite. I have been going here 25 years. The service is great and the food is great. They will make whatever pizza you want.
Came spur of the moment with my 6 year old. Service and staff were great. Manager gave off "dad" vibes in a great way
The staff was great, good was very good and a huge variety! Everything on the salad bar was fresh. Great restaurant and value
This is one of the best run CiCis Pizza locations anywhere. I used to stop in when I had a few bucks for a splurge when I was in college in Greenville almost 20 years ago. The same general manager is there today, still echoing the welcoming refrain (although a little quieter these days), "Hi! Welcome to Cicis!" If you're in the mood for all-you-can-eat pizza, this is the place to visit. You'll be pleased with how frequently they bus the tables and the great job they do keeping hot pizza at the bar in many tasty varieties. When I told my 10-year-old son about my college visits, he insisted on giving it a try when we were back in town last week. We weren't disappointed – it's just as good as I remembered, if not better!
The pizza was objectively good; crust is that perfect balance of crisp and chewy. Good quantity of cheese and toppings. I was surprised - was fully prepared for the food to be terrible, but it was good. Chaos in the dining room, though. Crowded, loud, and a bit stuffy. Whatever, the pizza was the main thing for me.
Love this place. I hadn't been since childhood and I came back recently. Now I've been 3 times this month😂 pizza is yummy, price is cheap, and they're so fast with clean up. Very friendly staff and the original owner is still here! You'll hear that familiar "welcome to Cici's!" as you walk in the door 🩷
What a great value! Under $10 for buffet and drink. Lots of different styles of pizzas and if you like can order your favorite and is ready in about 6 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Has self serve drink machine with Coke products. Has a nice salad bar included with the buffet, also a dessert bar is included. Lot of sitting area with a couple arcade games.
Buffet pizza that is great for a quick lunch on the go. I always order a specialty do it arrives hot out of the oven with just what I want. Very happy to oblige and generous portions. It didn't get 5 stars only because it is busy and a bit crowded at lunch and it is not your dedicated pizza parlor with all the trimmings. Just tasty pizza at reasonable price when you have limited time.
You think pizza buffet joint, seen one, seen em however service matters We’ve been to location twice (passing through) both times were above average. Great service, good staff, bar always had fresh hot pizza Every pizza I tried was good and the cinnamon rolls were really good. Again A+ service definitely stop here if you are considering buffet
It's not pizza hut of the 90s but it's good pizza and great price.
Used to take my kids when they were small. I remembered the fun we had then. Guess I was expecting the same vibe this time. There were lapses in the pizza getting out to the people. Other than that it was just okay.
Pretty good selection. Could have used some chocolate chip pizza. Crazy they took shredded cheese off the salad bar. Tables stayed dirty for a long time after customers left and it wasn't busy.
My son loves this place. It is cheap and the food is good! They do a great job of keeping pizza on the buffet and keeping the place clean.
Crowded!! Even early evening, 4pm. Packed with people and loud kids.
For the price it’s good they have a variety of pizza salad bar and dessert and has a really good soup good for saving money when taking a family with lots of kids out was very affordable
Cinnamon rolls are to die for. Pizza is really good considering. This one is operated well, but it is very busy at meal times and it's a buffet, so it is what it is. It has value for all you can eat at the price. Great if you love pizza. Watch out for all the "little hands" touching everything - your best bet is to watch for the pizza they just put out and get there before others do.
A woman named Maria attended me as soon as I walked in but instead of putting her phone down and having me pay, she continued to text. She seemed more concerned about texting than helping the customers. I kept seeing this pattern as the customers were walking in. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the food was good. Other than that the service provided by this woman was terrible.
Cicis has always been a go-to spot for me, and it still holds up after all these years. The price is unbeatable, and you really can’t go wrong with an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet. I grew up eating here with my family, school, and church groups, so it’s always had that nostalgic feel for me. The pizza is just as good as I remember, with plenty of options to choose from. Whether it’s the classic pepperoni or the creative specialty pizzas, there’s always something to enjoy. Plus, the cinnamon rolls are a must-have! If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, casual place to grab a meal, Cicis is definitely worth it.
I miss the old Cici’s. I used to come here all the time as a kid and get the dessert breadsticks that were drenched in chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. Those have been gone for years, replaced by brownies and cinnamon rolls. Good, but nothing like the old desserts. The pizzas are not as good as they used to be either. I brought my kids here for lunch today and asked for cups to get water from the soda fountain (as I do at any other restaurant). The cashier told me there was a charge for cups. Fine; a few other restaurants do this and it’s usually $0.10 - $0.25. She charged me $1.69 per cup. To get WATER (which I specified). I gave the unused cups back and asked for a refund and paid the $0.60 for a bottle of water. This is ridiculous. I don’t know a single other restaurant that won’t give you a cup to get water without charging you as if you were getting a fountain drink.
Have always been very pleased with the price/value formula here with the Veteran's discount....and then I went in a few days ago to encounter a $9.10 price NET supposedly with the discount. This compares to the prior $6.xx just a few weeks ago. Also, they should stop letting people come in for the buffet if their plan is to simply stop putting out new pies in order to push everyone out in order to close. In the future I will do like the woman in front of me and just immediately order a pie to my liking as a "custom" in order to maneuver around this practice. Good salads, and that stupid little chicken soup is good too.
EVERYTIME I come at lunch and the Spanish manager is working, I always ask for the Mexican pizza, she say I don't think so or I look but nothing. I thought if there was room on the bar, which there was room, you could order. I know there was room bc she put a spinach and pepperoni pizza down on the bar. The MALE manager/owner is awesome though.
It was good had my son birthday party there. I just wish the dessert was fresher and they set it out more often. My guest had to wait for it. Then I was too scared to eat the salad because I got so sick last time I ate it. But overall the workers are nice. And the manager is sweet.
Head manager was very rude the whole time I was waiting to be served she was texting and speaking in Spanish to another customer I didn't mind but I speak English very partial to Latino customers vs every one else
The food is Great. The only thing I have to complain about is. When the taller older man is here working. I ask for a taco pizza and he has no problem making it at all does it right away with very great Coustmer derive smile on his face. So the past to times that I have came to eat in a Monday that guy is not here. But there is atleast 3 women that does work. I know names but I’m not going to do them this way and it’s not all the lady’s it just one and she is younger the rest. I hate to be this person but it’s fine happend way too many time. Main reason I come is for the taco pizza . Everytime the lady’s tell me there is no sauce to make it okay yea that maybe true but to me if I ask you and you sit there and think for a moment then I feel like your lieing to me. Makes me not won’t to come unless that man is here. He is very nice doesn’t have a problem with making the pizza at all. He could be the manager cause that’s what he looks like. But he is great these women either he needs to find better help or talk to these lady’s because this is not okay.
I increased my rating because the owner expressed the desire to do better, and when I visited again the food tasted better it was a better experience. (I was a bit harsh with a one star before.)
Buffet is $9.49 before drink/taxes. Very small area/selection of drinks. Very small walking area in and around the buffet area.
It was just kind of meh. Food is the same as any other CiCis, price is the same, arcade wasn't anything to write home about and though not CiCis fault it was loud.
I appreciated the variety of pizza. The slices were pretty decent and the price was awesome. There was a games room too even though we didn't get a chance to check it out. The ambience was fine but too crowded for me.
I know not to expect a lot but this place used to be amazing. The variety of pizzas were awesome, a taco pizza, and a chicken whit pizza. None of that this go around. Pepperoni, and sausage and s meat pizza and a white pizza with no meat. Salad bar yuck! My visits here are done. My kid ate less than 2 slices, and you know how 16 yr old boys love pizza. A waste of money!
The food wasnt great. I went around lunch time about 4pm with myself and my kiddos. My kids even barely ate anything. By the time we got back to our table from the buffet, the food was cold. Even if it had been warm, the flavor was lacking severely. Service was amazing and staff was kind but the food was horrible.
We were traveling out of town and wanted to have pizza so we decided to stop at the Cicis. When we got up to the cash register we told the girl that it was four of us and we wanted fountain water. From going to other Cicis there's no charge for fountain water. We were charge for bottled water and we told the girl that no we wanted fountain water but she seemed not to know English very well. Not that this was a big deal but didn't want to pay for water so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and we told him we have been to other Cicis before and never was charged for water. He applied and says that it cuts down on theft to me I took it as an insult as if he thought I might steal from him. He said he could not do anything ok it's water no big deal then so me and the family went in and enjoyed ourselves. The pizza was very good and they continue to keep up making fresh pizza and cleaning dirty plates off the table. I wanted to request a stuffed crust pizza that I usually order at our Cicis near our home. I actually talked to the manager to request this and he says that he does not make stuff crust pizza for the clients inside his restaurant he only does it when you purchase an item to go. never was told that before at any Cicis At this point I could see that this manager is a hardcore Penny Pincher. They had the limited time chocolate dessert pizza that I noticed they do not add powdered sugar as it should have on it even though they have a sign in their window showing it on it but probably the manager wanted to save a couple of pennies by not putting all the ingredients on it. My overall experience with the place was excellent if you took the manager out of the equation. All team members were doing an excellent job.
Pizza was mid, compared to what I remembered as a kid, but that might just me my own experience. It’s very cheap, 22 dollars for 2 people, which I loved, but the deserts were undercooked and led to stomach problems today, arcade is not the same as before, now you have to get a card to be able to play, and pay for the card as if it was an amusement park and there are only like 4 games overall it’s the cheapest you can eat out, just gotta watch out for stomach bugs 😂
For the mere price of $6, it's a decent meal. They would have gotten higher had the OWNER not been seated beside us and BLOWING HIS NOSE AT THE TABLE *(LOUDLY)*. While he's very friendly, it was absolutely disgusting in itself to blow your nose at the table when the restroom is literally less than 10 feet away!!!!!
This place is nasty. The last time I was here was 8 years ago. When I came back, it was still the same. The walls looked damaged, and the pizza tasted like it was out all day!
Do NOT go here during peak lunch/dinner hours. The location is very small and cramped and gets overwhelming busy very quick. I went with my wife, and her anxiety went through the roof and couldn't even eat because it was so loud and crowded from the amount of people eating at the same time. The food lines get very crowded as well and seems very cramped/very little space to move around. The bathrooms were also not very clean, plus the fan in the ceiling was almost coming off the wall. Besides all of that, the food was decent for what Cici's offers, but we will definitely NOT be visiting this location again. I would advise others to steer clear from this location and try to find pizza elsewhere if you are in the Greenville area.
The salad gave me a chipped tooth…
My recent visit was just awful I have never tasted pizza like that it was also very cold to a point the pizza was cold as well some of the pizza tasted old and cold and not done in the middle but the crest was hard and crunchy i was very disappointed the best thing they had there was the salad it was great and fresh my hats off for that it was just amazing
I used to go to CiCi’s where I lived, until it closed. I didn’t know this location was here in Greenville. I haven’t had CiCi’s in a long time…this place was not worth it. Got to the door about 11:05am. Door was locked. Waited outside until about 11:15 when they opened the door. Sign outside says they open at 11am. Then, we get inside and the lady behind the register was clearly just upset to be at work and was not welcoming at all. She continued to count money while we stood there waiting. Then, the entire time we were eating, she was yelling at an employee in Spanish. The pizza was luke warm. By the time I got to my table, it was cold. How is the pizza cold and they literally just opened? Cinnamon rolls….are the best. That’s why I gave 2 stars for food. Other than that, I’d give 0-1 stars. Chairs were still up on tables and it felt like we were at chucky cheese with a ton of kids running around screaming. I have no idea why people bring their children out in public, but can’t seem to control their behavior. Anyway, save your money. Go to a real pizza joint. 👍🏼
Worst experience ever at a pizza buffet. The staff all act like they can’t speak english so they ignore you when you’re ordering a specialty pizza. The place is dirty. Couldn’t find anywhere to seat because it hadn’t been buffed. Horrible experience. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this catastrophe.
Me and my family come here almost every Tuesday. The Manager, Sonya, just accused me of walking in with a cup in my hand and trying to eat without paying!!! Mind you I may recall her once cause I got a whole pizza because she never had the one I requested after 3 requests. The last month there has been a tall manager here. So she was not paying attention 1 when I walked in stood in the line until I gave me child my card to pay and walked the entire length of the restaurant to go to the bathroom and back . 2, the entire time I was sitting at the table waiting on my family to fix their plates as I sat with the kids! 3 when I walked OUT to go get something from my car and re-entered. I presented my receipt to confirm that I had IN FACT paid. She did not apologize NEVER but went on to talk about me to the customer in front of her and her staff! It’s their policy to greet customers upon entry and exit! Guess she failed that assignment.
The food is ok for the price but the people working here oh my god the need anger management classes the manager and the pizza cook really can you fight after work 🤷🏻♀️ the pizza cook threw the pizza roller to the floor 😱 yes he did and then my son ask the manager for help with the napkins dispenser and he was rude really that’s why you are here for to help you customers 🙄
We usually stop by here every now and then but they charged me for a children’s buffet for my 1 year old daughter which is insane. I thought that children under 3 would eat for free. Overall the food is good but that’s my only complaint. As she doesn’t even eat much.
Me and my family love Cici's. We only get to have it on the way or while we're at my Fiancé's parent's house. We stopped here for dinner on the way up and thought it would be normal. The salad bar looked well kept and most of the pizza looked fine. I got a plate and got multiple slices of different kinds of pizza. I started with the macaroni and cheese pizza and on my first bite there was some oil or water stuck in the pasta. There was also a weird taste to the cheese so I decided to eat something different. The off-taste was there for all of the pizza I had. My Fiancé noticed it too. So, I tried to get some pasta. The pasta ALSO tasted off and even the sauce couldn't help. The only good things we had were the cinnamon roll things and the brownies. If we ever decide to stop back here again I hope the quality goes up as well as the food losing that weird taste. It was also crowded a bit and some parents were letting their kids run rampant by themselves, that is not on the restraunt though.
They only had like five pizzas made, and there were at least 15 to 20 people in store and more coming in and so me and my family didn’t sit to eat because they couldn’t keep up with demand
The lady that was supposed to be at the front taking orders and cashing people out needs a new job. When I walked in I had to stand at the counter for a while before one of the people that were handling the pizzas in the back came around to ring me up. Right when I was about to be cashed out the lady that was suppose to be up front came up from behind him to watch what he was doing and then proceeded to stop him before his could cash me out to charge me for a fountain drink. Mind you, I didn't want to pay for it because I just bought a drink from the place next door and allegedly there was a sign up front saying not to bring outside food/bev indoors but the sign is so small you barely even notice it when you walk in. So after five minutes of arguing with the woman she charges me for a drink anyway because she thought I would be stealing drinks from them even though the drink I had was completely filled since I JUST bought it. If this is a policy that yall have that is being taken this seriously, you NEED to have this rule in big, bold lettering out front where everyone can immediately see upon entering. And allegedly this person also mistreats her coworkers because I overheard that this woman cursed out the gentlemen that initially came to take my order before she disappeared to wherever she went. The absolute worse customer service I have ever received in my life, not even McDonald's was this bad.
I went in with my family to eat after a karate tournament, we paid for food I don't like pizza so i order wings so we sat down and I went and got bread off the bar I was willing to pay for the bread but when the manager brought me my wings she was rude and talking about I couldn't eat off the bar I told her I would pay for the bread but she told me that I had to get my wings and leave or she would call the police I told her to call them and that was going any where my sister end up paying for the bar in which I did not eat off of I had already spend $33 dollars for my cousin and my grandson and self I will never come back you guys need some workers with sensitively class there .
So me and a group of brothers went to it after bike night. We told they stop Serving the buffet. When we step out side to talk about putting a order in the lady there locked the door behind us it 9:02pm they close at 10 pm. We wont be coming back they dont even Deserve a star. That lady should be fired. For the rude Attitude she had.
I recently had a birthday party here, for my 2 year old that ended in horror. From a bug that was found in our salad to food poisoning through out the party. My 2 year old was sick almost the moment we left. The whole ride home he was covered. I called the store to have the owner call me to figure out what we could do and I have not received any calls I’m beyond frustrated and pissed. What was supposed to be a memorable moment turned into horror. Update: I filled out the questionnaire thing on the website that was suggested to do and as of a week today. I have still not received any phone call or anything very concerning and disappointed.
I walked in with a group of friends and I’ve been here before multiple times and have sat down without eating just spending time with my friends and the guy in front had the worst attitude to me and my friends. Just not having the best respect to his costumers! Very disrespectful!
Terrible service. There were mostly teenagers working but the manager was an older Caucasian man who was even more rude than the younger staff there. I requested a pizza and was never brought my pizza but other customers were brought there pizzas. I stopped the manager to let him know I had not received my pizza and he was immediately rude about it in his response back. It was terrible and I had my sister and her family with me she wanted to try the buffet with her family. They are from out of state. I will never not do I recommended anyone ever eat there.
Maria M was terrible when I came into this establishment to grab something to take to-go. I asked her for a to-go container and asked her how long would the wait be for fresh cinnamon rolls because the ones that were out looked like they had been sitting for a while. She says you will have to pay for a whole order of them if you want them fresh. I said for only wanting 3 or 4 ? So I get what’s on the bar and she proceeds to start talking in spanish and I know it was about me because of how aggressively she was speaking and when I approached the register to pay she tried to stop. This is by far the one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location and she makes this place look BAD. Her attitude and customer service is just horrible. I will not be coming back here because of this experience. Management needs to do an evaluation on all the complaints against her and actually take action ! It will only get worse. She needs to be put in the back where there is no customer interaction or customer interaction is limited.
My family came in last night to eat a group of 20 and we experience a horrible experience with Hispanic woman with scars on her arms made my family feels as if we were immigrants slaves and she was screaming you people making Derogatory racial remarks. As an African American, we were very uncomfortable with our children. Please don't bring your family here.
This place allows animals in and the dog owner didn't even wash her hands. The manager told me that it is not a problem and that I can't even get a refund for my food because I refuse to eat after someone who has an animal just nasty the way the manager responded to me.
What I experienced on yesterday left a real bad taste in my mouth. I have. Never in my life been treated. The way I was treated the young lady who seemed to be Mexican. With black hair and scars on her arm I believe she was the supervisor or the manager She treated us as if we did not belong there. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience? It turned into a nightmare because the supervisor or manager.Call the police on us and said that she was uncomfortable with us.Be in there because They (African American) always do that ( She was referring that we never pay for our food) crazy thing I haven't been there in year's so I was confused Long story short. Customer service was horrible and I felt bad for the young man who was my cashier. Cause he had to look on his face was nothing. He can do because he too was African American It's crazy whenever we think about race or Racist activities. We always feel like it's a black & white thing. But we have to also bring awareness to the fact that mexican americans do not like african americans as well and this was so uncool We as African Americans. We go to these establishments and we pour our money in these places because of the fact is some place to go with our family and our children. But at the same time, they don't really welcome our money.A bad taste in my mouth 😑
My family went for dinner. It was crowded and there was a young man in the front checking people out. He forgot one of my cups and when I asked for it the manager yelled at him and told him to be paying attention. He was very nasty to the young man. It was almost standing room only and he was doing his best. I told the young man that he was doing a great job and I'm sorry that his manager treated him that way. Especially in front of customer. The food was pretty gross, 3 of the soda drinks were flat. Will not be returning. Especially not supporting someone who treats his employees like dirt. If you can't handle it without being angry then don't expect a child to be perfect.
The food made me and my kids sick. And the spanish woman at the front has a nasty attitude! Not to mention I asked for a personal pizza and they gave me slices with extra mushrooms thrown on top!! Horrible experience!
Worst top 5 lunch ever. Tasteless, little variety, pizza barely topped very skimpy. Owner fussing at employee at buffet line where people could hear it. Wish I had that$22 back. My son had not been since he was a kid and we drove way out of our way to go super disappointed. Nothing like when he was a child.
It’s was my son 11th bday and already had a party but he wanted to have one with his school friends on this past Sunday I had 10 kids five adults and she treated us with so much disrespect. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. Her name was Maria. Well that’s the name she gave me. She was treating me as if I was lying to her about how many people why would I have to lie to you? Them when she seen that, I wasn’t lying she tried to act like I was in the wrong. If it wasn’t for kids being there, I promise I was gonna cuss her out this place used to be a fun family, friendly place to go I will never came back and I will be putting the video I have on social media so the world can see and never go back there
The manager that took my order at the register seemed offended that I asked if I could order a supreme pizza and have it brought to our table. My wife and I noticed that he was borderline rude, and certainly unfriendly. - This visit reminded us why we have not gone to CiCi's pizza in over 7 years, and we never will again. - The service attitude has always been terrible, even despite the "Welcome to CiCi's" shout when walking in the door. - We felt anything BUT welcomed there. We won't be back.
Worst customer service ever. Most of the employees dont speak English or pretend not to so they dont have to help you.Manager is rude and judgemental. Used to come here often to save on cash while my husband and i healed up to get back to work full time after a bad car accident(got rear ended) left our savings depleted. I don't drink much junk soda and juices, I like to drink water seeing as I'm on a cleanse (my husband has been trying to give up soda too so occasionally he will try to eat there with just water as well but sometimes caves in to getting a drink.)however the manager assumed my husband and I were poor and ONLY AFTER taking our money when we purchased 2 adult buffets at full price with one drink for my husband, sat our plates on the table, husband goes to pour a drink and at the station the manager loudly chastised my husband about being too poor to buy 2 drinks and told us a LIE that it's mandatory to purchase 2 drinks when you buy 2 buffets when that is not stated anywhere in the store or on the menu sign. Then goes on after having other people now gathering more to see the "show" he created and literally laugh at us as a joke, he goes on to announce that since we're poor he'll help us out just this once with a cup..... omg that was public humiliation, for no reason to PAYING PATRONS. My husband saved face for me as IM the one on the cleanse that causes him to only buy one drink!! The manager publicly called us poor and literally said"it's the cheapest buffet in town if you cant afford to buy 2 drinks and not be poor, then dont eat hear." (Minus some really unnecessary nasty words i did not include)...... who says that to your PAYING CUSTOMERS?!!! And also I would get water if they didn't charge me for a cup of tap water! I'm not paying $2 plus tax for sink water. Not fair. We should have went to golden corral, a better buffet. At least their clean and not run by children with bad food safety practices. Being in the food industry myself there's a better way to handle customers you don't like. Seriously his buisness is doing so bad financially he has to bully customers to make $2 DOLLARS!!!!! Good hardworking people we have jobs we pay taxes we even foster dogs from shelters. Why are we being humiliated and treated like trash the way he talked to us. I'm sure most of the customers may not care after reading this cause it's cheap pizza. But hopefully enough of you reading agree that bullying customers is not good buisness practice. Maybe every news station i can call will care?
Maria M must be who the last person was speaking about in regards to the kids cup issue bc she did the exact same thing to me at register. Walked in with my two children as we do pretty often. The price increased so I inquired why the price changed. Usually my 1 year old is free if he does not drink any fountain drinks. I have never been charged for my 1 year old and it’s not the principle of even being charged. When I inquired about the price she had the nastiest attitude. Rolled her eyes at me and told me to look at the menu. I continued to pay and walk away but she started talking about me in Spanish to another lady at register. She didn’t realize Spanish is my first language. Very rude and make my experience awful. Literally ruined my appetite. Won’t be back anytime soon. So disappointing.
Wish i could’ve had the food. Came in at 9pm on a THURSDAY afternoon, wanted to enjoy the buffet for 15 minutes most and was told the buffet (basically the entire gist of the restaurant) was closed and was told they could not serve us. There were over ten pizzas with less than 3 pieces taken on the buffet. How can a business run when their workers basically close an hour before the scheduled closing time? Shame on whoever the closing manager was, because as a manager myself i would never deny customer’s, especially an hour before close. Simply came in and had to leave.
Quality of pizza and the lack of exciting toppings and dessert pizza was lacking. She automatically assumed I wanted a Soft Drink as opposed to water and I had to pay for that. I Will Not be going back again.
Horrible service at this Cici’s location. I brought my kids here for the pizza buffet after their swim lesson. I did not plan to eat here. I was told that my children could not get the buffet if I wasn’t going to eat as well. That’s understandable. However, I still wanted to get pizza for the kids, so I spoke to the manager. I ordered 6 slices of pepperoni pizza. Once we got the pizza, I asked if the kids could sit down and eat the pizza and was told no. Unbelievable customer service from a “manager” nonetheless. Never coming here again.
They took my order incorrectly over the phone and then spitefully put the remade pizza into a dirty box with old toppings from different kinds of pizzas that were scattered underneath my pizza so that it wasnt noticeable.
The pizza was horrible and the dessert was not fully cooked wasted money and my kids time, they was ready to leave before me and my wife, never again
More personable staff would be grateful instead of rude standoffish people. The male owner/manager has a rude attitude when they close early because people are not coming in. The hours are until 10pm so customers are expecting service until 10pm or even 15 min before closing. They close 30-45 min before 10pm & won’t let you order. I understand wanting to be out the door by 10pm but service is supposed to be given til closing. Not being turned away.
I haven't eaten at cici's pizza since I was a little kid. Saw they were open and thought what the heck. I went inside and the lady at the front clearly didn't speak English very well. She was able to tell me the buffet was closed and it was takeout only though. I tried looking at the screen to see what I can order and it kept going black. I tried telling the lady this and she didn't understand. Finally I was like what can I order? She still didn't seem to understand so I just said forget it and left. Idc where you're from but if you're going to live and work here please learn English
The GM is so rude, everytime we go there he’s is rude. Used to be a nice place and good food… wings were fatty and gross, the GM never apologized about the food and had an attitude bc my son almost got hurt because the seat came off trying to sit down. Felt very unwelcomed now I remember why we started to go to pizza inn . Much better atmosphere
Every pizza was burned. Salad looked like it had been out all day and wilted. Sweet tea was sour. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever. Place had gone down hill severely over the years. Needs management to come down a surprise visit.
I went to Cicis pizza for a family day out. This place is very unsanitary. The workers touch money and debit cards all day, without sanitizing their hands they touch food. The front cashier became very irate when I mentioned Covid-19’ is still a thing and asked if she could use gloves. She said no! As fast food/restaurant workers, long nails shouldn’t be a thing especially because they don’t use gloves or hair nets. The ice machine was broken so our drinks were hot. Dead bugs were around our table. I asked for a manager and the workers refused to get the manager. First and last time at this place.
Way too many people in this building. Completely packed. No places to sit. They keep allowing people to come in knowing there are no empty tables available. Random people trying to take over other peoples tables. No space to move around due to how many people are standing. So many of the pizzas were burnt. The breadsticks were undercooked.
Food was not the best. I can buy that kind of pizza at the grocery store. Place was not well kept. Trash on the floor. Dirty silverware. Not somewhere i'll be visiting again with family.
