Lisa was extremely kind and very helpful my entire visit. Even though my order was very difficult she prepared everything flawlessly. Truly a great person to represent a company. Will definitely be back.
Great food and very clean. I used to work here and they've upped their game since ive been gone. Major props to the local owner and for hiring a good manager for the Wesley street location. He was pleasant, diligent and prepared our food just how we asked. Liked the new bread type with garlic butter and cheese. If I had a complaint it's that the garlic flavor was a little overpowering. That's just a personal taste, and everything else was great.
Kylan was awesome, great attitude, worked by himself with an endless flow of customers, always a smile. Food was great too!
Always love going here for lunch! The food is always fresh, the bread was soft and baked to perfection! The girl that basically runs the entire place on Sundays always has the best attitude and knows her job very well!
Ordered today on the mobile app. The place was really busy, but the girls were working so hard to keep up with the app orders and customers that were at their location. My sandwich was amazing and they had such a wonderful attitude. They don’t get enough credit for doing their job. Even though I had to wait it was well worth it.
My husband and I just got some great sandwiches. There was only ONE guy there for a Saturday night! I did not catch his name but he had Blue hair and was very nice, he chatted with us while he worked quickly to get our sandwiches done. Our sandwiches were great. I felt bad for this guy because he was the only one working a Saturday night shift. Having to do all pick up orders and walk in orders. He was definitely busy but had a smile on and was very nice and worked quickly. He definitely needs a raise or promoted because he was running the shop like a pro!
The new menu that they rolled out. ( it's been awhile. Yes I know ) is great. You really can't do much with a sandwich, which would be wrong. But these new combos are outstanding!! The 'Monster' & 'Outlaw' are my go-to ones.
I don't often rate fast foorld restaurants, but I wanted to this time because it was a really good experience and I want to recognize it. The line was out the door, yet I got in and out really quick. And as busy as it was, the ladies behind the counter were really nice and friendly. Had a nice word for everyone in line!

I wish I could remember the name of the young man that helped us tonight. We came in and he was so polite and helpful. We had a nice conversation and he made our sandwiches perfectly.
I will have to give these guys a huge thumbs up. I brought 6 disabled adults here to get themselves some dinner about a week ago. A few of the clients can be quite difficult to deal with in addition to the fact that they were NOT trying to hurry up, order and clear the line for the next few people. All 3 of the employees that were there that night were absolute champs while dealing with them. They never rushed them, the talked very respectful to all 6 of them, they remained calm, cool, collective and quite pleasant until they were done, checked out and left. I didn’t get names unfortunately but one of them was a young (18-20) girl with long brown hair and skinny. The First Gentleman was dark complected with curly hair and kinda short. The other gentleman was a black man around (30 ish) tall, kinda husky and I believe his hair was a bit dreaded on both sides. Either way, they are all excellent employees and definitely set examples for anyone who they might train or work with in the future. Thanks guys!

Went in with my husband and the environment was very lively . The sandwich artistes made our sandwiches with love! They put enough of everything even salt and pepper! We did catch them when they received a shipment of inventory but they did not hesitate to ask if there was something we needed . My husband went in to the men’s bathroom and he said they were surprisingly clean for a men’s bathroom so that says a lot! We will be coming back whenever we crave a good Sandwich 🥪

Store was very busy Friday evening. The pretty young lady with glasses was really amazing. She was moving so fast and seemed to have 10 things going simultaneously. Very impressed. She deserves a raise.
Little bit of a wait, as Subway does not hire enough people to run the franchise more efficiently. The employees were kind. Just seemed overwhelmed with online orders. Sad to see people bash the employees over something they don't control. Only 2 people were working. It's expected there will be a wait. Tip: do not order subway online!
I was very pleased with my visit to this subway. The blue hair young man was pleasant and had a good attitude. The young lady with blue hair didn't seem too happy and kind bummed us all out. Other than that, I am looking forward to the new sliced meat's.
The employees in particular Freddie & Jaden were amazing! They provided the highest level of customer service and because of them, I will definitely be back 😊 however, the restaurant managers/owners should do better for them and put some type of shading on the windows as the sun was beaming in and I can’t imagine how hot they felt behind the counter by the ovens I felt so horrible for them! The powers that be, please treat your employees better as they deserve better. I was dying and I was only there for about 10-15 mins I couldn’t imagine working in that heat all day 😓
Usually don't have any complaints. Went in this evening and the 2 guys working were so high they couldn't function. Took 30 mins to get 2 sandwiches and we were the only ones in line.
Ordered on doordash. Bread on both sandwiches was rock hard. I don't play about my sandwiches or money so I drove up there. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. They were nice and calm, even tho I was shaking. I would go back but not doordash them. Hopefully they pay better attention to what they are sending out that represents their work.

Every time we order from this location, they are out of basic sandwich items. Last time it was every kind of cheese...this time it's tomatoes & pepper jack cheese..and that's just what I order. No telling what else they are out of. Someone is dropping the ball when placing the truck order!! Bread & meat is about the only thing they know how to order.
Disclaimer: if you order from the app or Door Dash or whatever, there are no issues. Order is correct and delivered quickly. But if you come inside, be prepared to not be acknowledged at all. I have had this happen twice and it's extremely disappointing. One employee was working pick up orders at the front and didn't even lift his head to greet my family, the other girl was standing in the back checking her phone. She also didn't make an effort to greet us at all, or say "be right with you!" That would have gone a long way. After standing there awkwardly for five minutes we decided to take our business elsewhere. Again, very disappointing.
They said the do not honor coupons or the sales shown on TV and they usually only have 1 person running the store. I loved subway but the one in Commerce needs new management or something I will never return there and you can thank the crew for that
The employees were friendly. The store was trashed. Food and hair was on the counter by the check out. Every surface was nasty. Bathroom was nasty. They were out of almost every thing. We asked for double meat and cheese but didn't get it. Our chips were better than the sandwich. We left still hungry.

I've never had issues with this location, I even knew a couple of the workers pretty well. However, I showed up to this location 6/16/2020 at 8:45pm (the store closes at 9:00pm) and was automatically turned away by the worker. The open sign was still on and the doors were still unlocked. The worker (whose name I later learned was Danielle) was already putting up all of the food. I hesitated, checked the time and saw that it was still 13 minutes until closing time. I was told this worker has been written up before for the same actions; closing early. I sat outside trying to find a way to contact corporate, when a second customer attempted to walk in. The worker, Danielle, raised her hands in frustration and was literally shooing the customer out of the store. She was being very ignorant and honestly showing some attitude. She ran to the door and locked it, so no other customers could walk in. If this is a repeated offense by her, why is she still hired? I have contacted corporate, hopeful to see some resolution to this problem. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this really irritated me. Showed up again at around 7:00pm (6/17/2020) and the same worker from the night before was there again. I simply wanted a sandwich while I was on my lunch break, but again was told "I'm not taking your order, nope I'm busy." She continued making an online order while slamming stuff on the counters. She continued to mumble curse words and refused to take my order. I asked her "So why did you close the store 10 minutes early last night?" And she replied "I'm supposed to close the line at 8:50." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but since when has that ever been a think at Subway? Employees should be taking orders up until 9:00pm. I asked for the managers number but she refused to give it to me. I stood for a couple more minutes, without causing a scene, but decided to leave after she still refused to take my order. This worker (shown in the pictures below) need to be terminated immediately. Not only is she refusing service, she inhibiting the possible business they could receive from me and countless others.
The place was dirty the counter where you pay had crumbs all over and the floor was dirty all over just dirty. Also the drinks were completely water, not watered down just absolutely water!
Just came in at 9 and there was only one worker who was very RUDE! She had an attitude towards me and the people I was with. After we had sat and ate she asked if we were done if we would leave so she could close and it was only 9:40 the sign said they were open 'til 10, even I know that's not an okay thing to say to a customer. Usually this location is awesome never had a problem before and I'm usually not one to complain but I was really offended by the way we were treated, probably won't be back.
Food poisoning that has been occurring all week. The woman just really had a hard time understanding how to prep a sandwich since it also took her 20 minutes to prepare that order with only one person ahead of me. If it had only lasted 2 days I wouldn't be as mad, but a whole week? That just tells me you don't follow proper health guidelines. I lose money being out of work. Will never eat at this location again.
I ordered my sandwiches online and waited for over an hour!! They kept pushing my order to the back because i wasn't Uber. I watched them make it and had to have them re make it 3 times because they kept messing it up!! The guys in there were so stoned they couldn't pay attention! Worst experience ever for subway! Guess I'll be eating firehouse from now on!!
A ton of health code violations. The guy making the sandwiches would go back and forth from the back touching supplies from packages on the floor then he would touch sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands. One other big issue is portioning. Just tossing whatever onto the sandwich.
Me and my girl ordered through door dash last night ... we think whoever made the sandwiches was mad kause it was almost time to close ... they dumped half the bottle of mayo on both sandwiches and all the salt n pepper they had n the shaker on them sandwiches. And made them wrong .. yesterday night prolly right before close . And nb answered til tonight but no manager was there only the shift lead . He was cool tho but he couldn't help kause he's not a manager
My wife ordered 3 sandwiches and drinks, chips also a wrap from here. I get there to pick up the food, 3 people working 1 at the register, 1 making the sandwiches and the other doing nothing. There was only one kind of chips that I do not eat, the particular soda that I needed was out, I didn’t get the wrap because they were out of the bread. I asked for a refund for the wrap and I was told that I would have to get the refund from offline. 3 people working but only 1 actually working. Will not be eating there again, very poor customer service.
This was the worst mess of a turkey sandwich. Mustard all over the entire thing, hardly anything was recognizable on the sandwich. There is alot of competition for sandwich business this is now not a choice.
Absolutely hate that this is the only subway in town. I have nothing but problems every single time I come here or order thru the app. Today I decided I would order an HOUR AND A HALF early , to ensure that for once my subs would be ready when the app says they are ready. I came in an hour after ordering ahead, and not a single employee had even checked the mobile orders. I have now been standing inside this store for 20 minutes waiting on my order that said it was ready 30 min ago. Ridiculous. They also cant keep a decent staff, they have a crew for a few weeks then its a whole new crew. Idk whats goin on up there but corporate needs to pay a visit to this dirty location ASAP .
We ordered 4 sandwiches from the Greenville subway, and it appears the village idiot made them. they only made 3 of the sandwiches, another was burnt, the third and fourth were not made with selected ingredients (not even close). I have acid reflux and the addition of jalapeños made me ill and unable to eat it. what a rip off. then they refused to make it right...
Place was filthy. Almost out of chips, lettuce was brown, spinach wilted, out of cheddar cheese. Won't be returning. Second time for bad experience at this location.

Mobile Ordered food on 2/20/25 around 7:30pm in the parking lot so I didn’t have to bring my sick kid in. Said it would be ready around 7:55pm so I watched them this whole time. When I picked my order up, the cheese pizza was left out of my order. There were 3 male employees but only one of them was actually working. The other 2 were talking to a group of boys sitting in the lobby. Kylan being one of them. Kylan was also in the back most of this time instead of helping with orders. The one guy working (looks like a new guy) said sorry about the pizza, but didn’t tell me they were working on it. He had a lot going on. He was making every order, every mobile order, and working the register. Besides when Kylan decided to only take the pizza out of the oven and not even help box it. When I get home, my flatbread looks disgusting. It’s missing ingredients that I ordered and looks completely rushed thru. I’ve just tried to call this location 3 times (9pm) and no one answered the phone. I did leave a message. Then I tried calling the number for Jessica Bates at the bottom of the receipt. The store’s lobby was disgusting and so was their attitudes, besides the poor curly-haired guy struggling with everyone’s orders by himself.

We mobile ordered. When we got there we were told “that’s all the chips for today”, We aren’t opening more boxes until tomorrow.” Mind you it is 6:20pm. Not near closing time. We were allowed to order certain chips through the mobile order but they only had two kinds still left on shelves- of course one was spicy which my kids won’t eat. So asked for refund and was refused. Also ordered a Gatorade zero online. Was told I could pick something else bc they don’t have any more of that either. I expressed frustration that mobile order allowed me to purchase things they don’t have. Was told mobile order was different than what is in store. I said “I literally picked your store location to mobile order- it should reflect what you have in store”. He was so very rude. Not to mention the place was filthy and the sandwiches were not fully wrapped in the bag. We are so spoiled to our own local Subway and won’t take it for granted ever again. I don’t see how this business stays open.

The vegetables were all mixed together, there was food and sauce all over the prep station and the employees were more worried about making their OWN sandwiches than getting our order done. The environment was disgusting and there were people laying down in the booths sleeping. 100% will not be coming back and even contemplated eating our dinner or throwing it out.
I've came here before and it was great but last night the two guys who were working were horrible. They gave me small portion of tuna on my sandwich and my salad bowl I had to go home and add lettuce to. I will never go back.
From the moment I entered until I left the store, 42 minutes passed.. the person who was preparing my meal very slowly. when my sandwich came out of the oven, I left it there and attended to the other people. when I completed my order the drinking machine out of order but they did not tell me anything. I told them I did not want the be ida and they told me to grab a water. the place is dirty. they just have to go to understand.
Cookies/drinks left out of online delivery orders, even added olives to my sandwich by mistake once, which ruined the entire sandwich for me. I don't ever call and tell them about it. This time when we called to ask for help with a mistake we made while placing our online order, the lady got an attitude and said thanks for calling them hung up within a minute of the conversation.
