The first time I go to this place and I was surprised, excellent service, very clean and excellent hamburgers, I definitely recommend it for sure, a customer from today. Maybe the place doesn't look pretty from the outside but it's clean inside and even the employees wear face masks to cook and serve

Terry's has the best burgers in Greenville! My wife and I highly enjoyed our experience the last time we visited. And sure you will too! P.s. you gotta try the "Bubba Burger"!! It's HUGE!

We were there about 1pm on a monday. the French fries were made fresh. The hamburger meat was fresh and cooked perfect with fresh veggies. The two of us ate for $20. We will be back!!

Excellent place to get a burger. They have 3 size burgers, the 1 lb Bubba burger, what I believe to be a 1/2 lb regular burger, and a 1/4 lb small burger. Terry's offers Philly steak sandwiches however, i havent tried them yet since this is my goto for burgers. They make their own regular fries, but also have seasoned fries, onion rings, and tater tots. They all taste great and have an excellent price too. If you haven't made it by yet, this is the place to go for burgers.

Regular 1/2 pound burger all the way cooked to order with great curly fries. Only 50% seating because of current restrictions but a great spot to pop in for a great burger with good people.

I love eating here. Some sandwiches are pricey. BLT $7.25 just for the sandwich. Burger combo is about same price and it comes with a drink. I won't buy anything except the burger combo from now on. The place is very clean and welcoming.

Seriously one of the best cheese burgers I have ever eaten. We pulled up and thought the place was closed, actually pulled away and seen the open sign. It was around 1:30pm so I’m sure the lunch rush was gone. I live down by Austin but will definitely remember this place and eat here again.

The place is pretty well kept. The service is very thorough. Really retro style interior and simple menu design with classic options. Very good for the very affordable price of usually >10$ per person. Excellent for a quick lunch.

A great place for fresh pan grilled burgers. The fries are also hand-cut and fried fresh to order. There are curly cut, seasoned fries and onion rings available too. There is an optional menu of steak fingers and the like but I haven't tried those because I go here for the burgers. Typical meal pricing for a burger, fries, and a fountain drink is about $8.

I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and fries. It was AWESOME! The quality, quantity and price beats the fast food places for sure. Now that I know where they’re at, I’ll never eat at the fast joints again. Thank y’all very much.

Terry's Place is amazing! The burgers are large/thick and the fries are tasty! I got a regular combo with cheese and my husband got a bubba (biggest size patty) with chili. Our total was barely over $20. It is definitely a place we will visit again, especially when we have family or friends visiting from out of state.

Definitely makes you feel like this is the place where long-time Greenville residents would come. You would have to be a resident or a reoccurring visitor to know this place. The burgers are great. The fries are cut fresh. You get your money's worth eating here. Love it.

Want a bomb burger? Well, definitely, don't skip this little hole in the wall! They make them fresh as they are ordered so that takes a bit more time than most burger places. But in the end your taste buds Will be thanking you! They are a little steep on price but you do get a massive burger that's gonna leave you stuffed with top notch ingredients! I replied absolutely, this kind of service is almost none existent in todays environment. So if you want old school American style diner food with great service, come here to Terrys Palace! Great, straightforward burger place. It's cool how it's set up in an old gas station. The staff is very friendly and triple checks your order. The burgers are simple and good, as are the seasoned fries.

I gave it 4 stars because I ordered the catfish plate thinking 2 fillets would come with it, but there was only one. For the most part, it was pretty good. I was told to try the burgers so that's my next experiment..

Haven't eaten there lately but the food is good. The service is ok, I think they need more help. It's a small place but clean. In my opinion I think they need to expand or renovate. Prices are a little high but a good place over all.

I didn't get one I got the half with fries and a drink. It was a good experience and will probably eat there again as it was close to the hotel u stayed at.

Very good food. Burger are awesome and well prepared. Fries are a bit on short portion size. I really would appreciate it if they would make this Handicapped accessible. They have 2 steps at entrance and no ramp. Pls ask them to add a ramp, they’ll get more business in the end.

Only one thing they forgot to put my bacon on my burger, I live 15 minutes east of town, everything tasted very good. I had a bubba burger and fries, it had been several years since I eating here.

Its was ok second time in years. Burger was very bland no seasoning at all and fries were hot but no salt. It was blah in taste, I heard great reviews but coming from out of state I wasn't impressed.

Apparently my thoughts on Terry's is not based on what I think they are truly known for n that's there Burger's. I had catfish filet, n my wife had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. We weren't to impressed. But willing to try it again but order a burger!

They have an amazing burger for the price. The Philly cheesesteak is extremely flavorful and crisped. BUT unfortunately they are a restaurant in Texas that doesn't serve sweet tea... at all. Otherwise it would have rated higher. The restaurant has been here for a substantial amount of time and it is the one and only complaint from any of the customers. Please satisfy your customer give them their boiled leaf sugar water.

They have good burgers and fries. But today I ordered a small combo with onion rings and I got 6 small onion rings with my perfect burger. Complaining didn't help. Usually I would give it at least 4 stars. But not today!

Good real burger, fries and tots are good also. Bathroom is awkwardly close to where food is being cooked. I don't think this would stop me from eating here again.

The best thing about this place is the service and the real burger patty ( it was pretty plain, but still better than your normal fast food joint frozen burger patty). The onion rings were extremely hard and the fries were nothing special. I was also surprised that the burger buns weren’t toasted. I was extremely disappointed overall.

Not a bad burger joint, they are lacking in variety of their burgers compared to what they advertise overall not bad very middle of the road. The chicken from the chicken sandwich was a bit over cooked so my little didn’t eat it, the seasoned fries are curly fries which is nice. May try again just to see what may be different. I will say they are VERY FAIRLY PRICED 💜💜💜

Didn't like to see what I saw. The customer went to ask for a different roll for her sandwich because hers was soggy and the man owner refused to help her and he threw her fries in the trash. The woman owner was embarrassed. I was there with my son and our food was ok. Atmosphere was tense.

We must of caught them on a bad day. Bc our burgers were dry and just weren't good.

Went to this place yesterday 1/8/20 When I say this place is a joke, I mean it! Ordered a regular (salty) hamburger with cheese, bacon, jalapeno peppers and it came up to around $10.50 plus a drink. I also wanted catfish (just fish) they tried to charge me $6.95 for 1 piece. I asked the lady who helped me was she really expecting me to pay over $6 for 1 piece of fish. Not in this life time! I will not be going back period. Miss the old owners, their food was better. (0 Stars)

I want to give this place 0 stars. Our family used to love Terry’s place, until one day my husband came to eat here and they MICROWAVED his burger. Are you serious? They weren’t even busy. He literally was the only person there. Disgusting and disrespectful. This place has went downhill.

The service was amazing! However, this does not make up for the food taste. It was horrible! The burger was gray and smelled bad. We paid for our meal, left, and got food from somewhere else.

The food all appeared (in my opinion) to be bought premade and shipped frozen. Patties, fries, steak fingers, onion rings, nothing appeared (in my opinion) as though it was made fresh. The food on my visit did not (in my opinion) match the experience of other diner's based on reviews. There are (in my opinion) much better local burger places. CB's is our go to, but Terry's was recommended. So we tried it. We won't be back. *Edited in response to the threats of legal action by the owner. This review is strictly based upon my experience and my opinion. I am not employed by Terry's, and therefore cannot possibly be certain that they use prepackaged, frozen foods. I have, however, eaten both fresh food and frozen food, and though I'm no expert in the matter, my experience with both is the primary source for my opinion.

I ordered two burgers with fries and onion rings, got home husband took a bite of his burger and had to pull out a hair that was in his meat. I call to let them know, so the lady said bring it in with the receipt and they tried to say that it was my hair. Wouldn't give me my money back, so I told everyone that was here there to check there food because I had a hair in mine. Tried to say that it was mine and we had witnesses. I don't recommend Terry's Place to anyone else. Will Never eat there again. Not sanitary, because the gloves that he touched the strand of hair, his hair and his wife with, he never changed them and continued back to cooking food for the customers that was in there.

The food used to be Great there when it was cooked fresh now they cook patties and sit them to the side and when you order they microwave your meat to melt the cheese and warm up the patty it’s just not the same as it used to be meat just doesn’t taste right when you microwave it to warm it up
