Forse il miglior ppdto dove ho mangiato nel comprensorio di Pila. Ampio locale rustico sulle piste con bella terrazza esterna. Tavoloni multifamigliari self service stile autogrill ma ottimo cibo in porzioni superabbondanti a prezzi più che ragionevoli. Finalmente un luogo il Valle d'Aosta che non pela i turisti! Bravi: vi farò ottima pubblicità perchè siete lungimiranti e pure molto gentili. "I'll be back!" Eh eh
Arrivato scettico dalla quantità di persone presenti, sono uscito molto felice e soddisfatto. Piatti, anche tipici, molto buoni, e finalmente con quantità abbondanti. Rapporto qualità-quantità-prezzo secondo me ottimale rispetto allo standard delle baite sulle piste in Italia.
Le baite in montagna hanno sempre qualcosa di speciale, questa non è da meno.
Se scii a Pila non puoi non fermarti all'Hermitage. I titolari sono unici, personale attento ad ogni richiesta, piatti saporiti e molto molto abbondanti

Mi hanno consigliato bene… ottimo cibo e il personale non si fa scrupoli nel riempire il piatto in maniera più che abbondante, magnifico il panorama, ottimo il bar per una mini pausa ! Che dire 5 stelle e lode ! Bravi tutti compresi i ragazzi che sbarazzano sempre con il sorriso!
Ottima location per mangiare sia all'aperto che al chiuso. Piatti molto gustosi e abbondanti ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante sia un self service il cameriere si premura di tenere i tavoli sempre in ordine.
Imperdibile se sei a sciare a Pila! Grande possibilità di scelta, prezzi adeguati alla situazione e porzioni molto abbondanti. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, molto consigliata la polenta in tutte le sue varianti! Vai a occhi chiusi, fidati di un genovese!
Ci siamo stati un venerdi ed era pienissimo. Abbiamo dovuto attendere tantissimo per pranzare ma ne è valsa la pena! Cibo buonissimo, porzioni esagerate, tanta scelta! Consigliatissimo!

We ate here every lunchtime on skiing holiday. Great place with good food choices. Great atmosphere. We had sunny weather so it was great to get the deckchair out and sit in the sun. Very relaxed place but it can get busy.
Easily accessible when skiing the long blue slope #15. Accommodating and smiley staff in the restaurants, good selection of food from the smorgasbord-type lunch style. 15-17 EUR can land you some smashed potato/polenta, salads and meats - which is sometimes too much for a lunch break. Also, their bombardino rocks.

A must be place! Best food along Pila slopes. Wide sort of choices, Matteo is the best owner ever. And just before the run restarting,, get a Bombardino, and you will be fuelled for another 4 hours!!!!
My girlfriend and I went to this place thrice over a five day trip and each time was better than the last. The bar serves lovely cheap pizza and extremely tasty fries, with a staff that’s kind, fluent in English and capable. The interior is beautiful and one of the best on the Pila slopes, and it’s well placed for all levels of skiers to meet up as it’s right at the bottom of the snowpark. Highly recommend on a budget.
Great place on the slopes. They understand how you must manage great numbers in guests. Good food, good drinks and little waiting times. Friendly staff and clean tables. For me this is the best place in the ski area. Highly recommended.
Nice pit stop with ample terrace, restaurant, bar and super tasty, local food. Very reasonable priced and easy to access
My sister is skiing with two children, and has thoroughly enjoyed the welcome and the bombardini here. :-D

Absolutely the best place on Pila district. Valpellinenze soup is so tasty and good, polenta, carbonada and stinco al forno are the best place. If youi are cold take a "bombardino" and you will be ready to ski for hours. Staff is really kind and gentle! Absolutely, really, the best place!
Prezzi onesti per essere in una località di montagna. Patatine, formaggi e cotoletta buoni Personale gentile e posto accogliente. C'è molto posto sia dentro che fuori e c'è la possibilità di usare le sdraio. Ottimo
L'Hermitage è un punto di sosta immancabile per spezzare la tua giornata sugli sci. Riposo e ristoro, bel panorama, gente contenta, allegria e musica, tavolini anche all'aperto. Personale gentilissimo!
Rifugio situato in un ottima posizione, è proprio dentro una pista che è molto usata dagli sciatori per spostarsi, scendere o risalire con le seggiovie. Prezzi un po’ troppo alti, ma la qualità del cibo è buona, ottima per chi deve mangiare al volo o va di fretta. Struttura grande con tanti tavoli e sedie, adatta per chi si vuole rilassare e per chi si vuole fermare un attimo dalla sua attività motoria. Personale super disponibile e simpatico.
Pausa panzo sulle piste con prodotti e piatti tipici, dicono anche buona la pizza. Ottima la fonduta in crosta di pane

Beautiful day on the slope we had lunch on the sunny patio. The picture is from the top of the lift, the Rifugio is at the bottom.
Was definitely our favourite place on the slopes, good value for money, tasty food and drinks and lots of space for big groups, fast service, think we tried most of the menu over several days!

Great choices of traditional alpine cuisine to keep you fed and watered on the slopes. Plenty of options for food and drink. Can get very busy with ski school groups or just busy but there are lots of tables inside and out. Not the best toilet facilities on the slopes especially as you have to negotiate a few flights of stairs in your ski boots to get down to the holes in the floor!
Se siete alla ricerca di un panino con hamburger precotto e poi riscaldato, questo è il posto giusto. Ma non finisce qui, gli unici contorni da aggiungere: “insalata e pomodoro” ovviamente non conditi. Pur avendo formaggio, mozzarella, crauti (c’erano negli altri panini) non si possono aggiungere. Ciotola di arachidi vecchia e rancida. Unica nota positiva le patatine fritte, molto buone. Comunque hamburger secco riscaldato tra i peggior mangiati nella mia vita. Ho riferito anche in cassa di essermi trovato malissimo. Mi spiace solo non aver fatto una foto. MAI PIÙ
