Excellent service from the waiter Francisco, the view the music the vibes and the food were just awesome, the price is very affordable, if you go to Guadalajara you can’t miss this place!! 100 % recommended!

The view and the food was astonishing. Definitely one of the best bars in Guadalajara. You do have to pay a cover to enter and make a reservation a few days before specially if you want to see the sunset. 🌅

Sat at a table with a beautiful night view. My carajillo was on point, strong and smooth. Music was not blazing and you can have a normal conversation without yelling. Service was great, Francisco was polite and attentive.

A great place to have a cafe & Topo Chico. You can see the world from up there. Our waiter was friendly and patient us dumb Americans. The food was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the fee just to get to the place, but I understand it deters the rogues.

The night sky view and service were phenomenal. Our server Francisco, was very thoughtful. He constantly checked on us and made sure our glasses were filled and our needs were met. He even helped us commemorate our anniversary by recording our toast with finesse.

The front staff was so sweet! Even before opening, he let us in to having a look. We was about to wait but, he kindly ask us to get in. Thank you so much for that.

It was a great experience with my friends, it has an amazing view, but the only think they don’t have is a full meal menu. But everything was great.

Well, let’s just say I’ve seen snails move faster. I truly can’t wrap my head around why it took so long when they’re only serving appetizers. With a view like that, you’d think they’d put a little more effort into making the food and service match the scenery. But hey, I’d still go back—mostly for the view, definitely not for the food."

El lugar tiene un concepto muy bonito. La vista panorámica es espectacular y perfecta para tomar fotos increíbles de la ciudad, especialmente al atardecer o bajo la luz de la luna. Me hizo redescubrir mi gusto por la fotografía. En cuanto a la comida, podría mejorar un poco; no hay platillos que destaquen demasiado, aunque las bebidas están bien. Los precios en general podrían ser más equilibrados, pero sin duda regresaría por la vista.

Complicado pues para subir al rooftop tienes que salir del hotel pues es un elevador exclusivo para subir. Antes te cobran la subida $150 (cover como en cualquier rooftop de USA). Es la tercera vez que voy y pues cada vez hay más gente. Los meseros muy en su papel, amigables y serviciales. Las botanas están X. Puedes estar adentro o afuera en la terraza. Lo que vale la pena son las vistas de la ciudad, el atardecer se lleva los aplausos. Lleva tu chamarra pues lógico hace mucho viento allá arriba.

360 Riu Rooftop is definitely a must if you visit. There is a cover fee to enter if you are not staying at the hotel. Kids are welcome before 10 pm. Staff is very professional and friendly. I did not need a reservation, and there was no waiting time to go up. The view is stunning. Hig heels or shoes that can damage the glass are not allowed 🚫 if you want to step on the picture spot. I had to take my heels off.

The views are great, especially at night. There is a $150 cover charge. The drinks aren’t good for the price, same w appetizers. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating w views though. Good DJs and nice vibes overall. My company really liked it.

Very limited food options (around six), and most of them included seafood, which i’m allergic to. I couldn’t eat anything and had to settle for drinks, which weren’t great either.

I tried to flag down a server for about 15 minutes, and then I gave up. They are critically understaffed and the hotel is likely much too large to be able to take this feedback in. It’s gorgeous up there and so well designed! Sad that they were unable to serve me with 150 peso cost of entry. Still worth it for the views! High prices, and not even slow service. Just no service.

An observatory in the middle of nothing. 1) you pay (~9usd)to get up (why if you’re going to consume you have to pay admission?) 2) its the tallest building in the area: all you can do is: “look down down to the ants” 3) theres no atmosphere- if you sit a the lounges you have no views - “for what you paid for” 4) the mariachi sounded like screams- it was a torture to hear. Conclusion; It’s a real sky bar… thats all you see. Wait until the hype is over… CDMX reforma as national reference offers better places with view - food and interiors really worth it at zero cost! If you’re looking for a BKK rooftop experience you’ll get 100% disappointed. The place is made for “locals” looking for a “one time” international high rise experience.

Arrived July 4th around 8:15pm had to wait 2 hours to get a table not a problem we waited. Finally, paid the cover fee and led upstairs and sat down , they said a waiter would come by. Waited about 20-25 minutes and no one came by to take our order. Fed up and left after all that waiting. Told the young ladies upstairs and they really didn’t do anything about the situation, not even the manager. Went downstairs told the ladies at the concierge they were a bit more apologetic. We finally were outside to leave and Pamela of operations of Riu was the only one who took the time to come out and talk to us and wanted to give us a refund. We declined the refund because it wasn’t about the money, it was about the customer service and blatantly being ignored. Worst service upstairs ever

It's unfortunate that this could have been a pleasant experience, however, the staff from servers to management failed to provide satisfactory service. Given my frequent business travels and previous stays here, it's particularly disappointing.

The view is really beautiful - we saw it right before sunset and at dark. I’m still not sure if it’s worth it though - the place is crowded, you cannot book a table at the actual rooftop - with a reservation you get a table at a bar one level below - it smelled like kitchen, the cocktails were absolutely awful, so all in all the overall experience is not positive - it’s overpriced and not worth it.

Great views but it takes 45 minutes to get one drink.

Food was average, drinks were below average. Service was awful and they have the audacity to ask if we want to give a tip to do it in cash. We saw our waitress once and they had to call her over to take our drink order. We also had to pay to go up there, do not recommend :(

I came here twice during my stay at RIU and both times drinks took nearly 30 minutes to come out, drink orders were forgotten, and the service was subpar. The food was fine but not exactly spectacular. Although the place is beautiful I don’t think these 5 star reviews are being authentic.

What can I say? We love discovering new places, and when you're looking for rooftop bars in Guadalajara, Riu is one of the first on the list. That's why we decided to celebrate my partner's birthday there. We made a reservation, but to our surprise, when we arrived, we were told the kitchen was closed. They closed early because they weren't busy. Hospitality isn't part of this place's philosophy. From the moment we arrived at reception, the person who attended us was definitely unprepared. I tried to talk to someone else; it was the floor manager at the time ( Joel ). The guy was even more clueless than the girl at reception. We just wanted an amazing evening and experience, but I think he never understood what we were looking for. He had the wrong attitude, mentioning a couple of times that if we wanted to go up, we had to pay the corresponding fee (150 pesos). A very bad host, I must say. We just wanted to toast and enjoy an incredible view. Paying was never an obstacle; a good host would have understood.
