Excellent chicken, very juicy and delicious with its chili toreado, its hot sauce, and tortillas. I ordered a quarter of a chicken for $45 pesos. It's better than the competition's. They don't sell it like that. 😊😋

Rotisserie chicken in a place with no seating, though it doesn't really need it. The menu includes several combo meals with rotisserie chicken, crispy chicken tacos, potatoes cooked in the chicken's own drippings (greasy and delicious), and a few other sides. The salsa is very good. I'm not giving it five stars because the quality is so inconsistent... Sometimes it's good, sometimes pretty good, and sometimes quite forgettable. The service isn't anything special either, but you're never there for more than ten minutes, so it doesn't really matter. I understand they offer delivery, but I've never used it.

Lo bueno: precios atractivos y buen tamaño de las porciones. Lo malo: las papas casi siempre vienen con gusanos, la salsa a veces cruda, como que solo les dió tiempo de licuarla.

The flavor is good and the price is too, the problem is... 1. It's dry. 2. They don't accept cards for delivery. 3. Because of this, they made me walk quite a way. 4. The cashier clearly didn't know what he was doing. I wanted to pay partly by card and partly in cash, and he said no, that they only accept one method. 5. The chicken is cut very roughly, like it was done haphazardly. Otherwise, everything is fine. I paid for the 255 package and I feel like it will last me at least half a week. The salsa also has a good flavor. The fried tacos are also good; the tortillas are somewhat better than those from a store. It's just those details that bothered me.

I hadn't ordered from them in a few years, so today seemed like a good option. I requested delivery, which took about 50 minutes. The delivery driver was very friendly, as was the person who answered the phone. Unfortunately, the chicken looked and tasted almost raw, nothing like the rotisserie chicken from other brands or the kind they used to make. It was like they cooked it just long enough to make it not raw and then took it out. The tomato sauce had a strange flavor I couldn't identify, and the tortillas were cold. A total disappointment. My dog, however, was happy; he really liked it.

Yo era cliente de este pollo, durante años, pero... Hará dos meses para acá, muy mal,el pollo ya no es igual, parece otra receta ahora está naranja, los tacos tampoco están iguales, cambiaron de cocinero ! Pues muy mal, porque no le explicaron cómo hacer las cosas !!!

Solo tengan cuidado y revisen las papas ya que van 2 veces que nos venden las papas hechadas a perder.

Dude, the salsa has no flavor, the tacos taste more like potato than chicken, and the chicken doesn't taste as good as other chicken tacos. The potatoes are good, though. Cheers!

Terrible service. I ordered a chicken over the phone and the lady yelled at me. She said she had a very large order before mine. We still placed the order, and she told us it would be delivered within an hour. The hour passed, so we called and she told us she'd forgotten, that it wouldn't be delivered within 20 minutes. They called us back. The chicken never arrived, and they don't answer our calls.

Terrible service. 0, and this is the third time I've placed an order (almost always at 3 p.m. or earlier) and they haven't brought me anything. Why 3? At first, I thought, there were too many orders, and I couldn't get it. I'd have to give them another chance, but nothing. The chicken was undercooked. We didn't eat the salsas, but we did eat the tacos and the chicken. We got horribly food poisoning. These situations, which put the health of your customers at risk, are unthinkable. I read very bad comments about rotten and wormy potatoes, and the truth is, they are! How disgusting! Last time I order chicken from that store! The tacos are rotten, burnt, I don't know, disgusting! The potatoes, as they say, are probably reheated from days ago! The tortillas are cold, dry, and hard, the salsa is all tomato-soaked, DISGUSTING! And the chicken is dry and raw!
