I loved that when we came in they were playing Death (the punk band) really loud in the kitchen and then when we were waiting to pay GG Allin's "I need adventure" came on (one of my favorite GG tracks!) And it made the teenagers behind us feel really awkward and weird, ahahahah probably their first time in their lives hearing real punk rock! Kudos to their impeccable musical taste!! Down to hang out there again. Also, the food wasn't that cold so that was a first for Chipotle, good job!

food was ok...this was my 2nd time there in about 5 years...i didnt know if it was like a mexican subway...?? the lady was replying to my questions like i was retarded. but god damn that burrito is flippin huge.

For the price it really isn't something to write home about. Sure you can get custom burritos and bowls but is it really worth it? Also, it was actually hotter inside that out. Either they don't have an A/C or they prefer to make their customers hotter than their food. Parking is terrible as you only have metered parking. It's located smack dab on the corner so forget getting anything close. Honestly, I would recommend this place if you use one of those food delivery places. That way it's stress free and you won't need to worry about seating. Otherwise there's just better options around town.

Not well managed. Always seems dirty and often out of key food items. Seems like a bunch of poorly trained high schoolers not supervised well. Parking is tricky. Some Street parking at meters and a couple of pay garages nearby. Not very accessible but doable. Restroom. Outdoor dining.

not being able to put rice on my quesdilla.🤔...I was under the impression I could customize my order how I liked.

Located at the corner, there is some parking across the street or in the garage. Ordered through the Chipotle App for pick up. Any item, I ordered with extras, did not come with extras. A friend ordered a coke and for some reason the fountain drinks were not available; only bottled drinks were available. Food-wise, helping was more meager than most chipotle, but I did not get any food poisoning. Customer service seemed nice enough. Probably will order inside next time as opposed to pick up.

Bad employee attitude + cold food = A really bad burrito lunch break. How sad is that you order a burrito to take out b cause you have a 30 mm lunch break and when you try to eat it is cold and nasty food. Sadly, you don't have time to go back to this nasty place

What a disappointing Chipotle. This location is so bad. I understand there’s a worker shortage and they’re very short staffed but the guy working the Burrito/Bowl line just didn’t want to be there. Horrible service. Small portions. A bad experience start to finish.

1 cashier, 1 making the food orders while theres 2 guys cutting the chicken nd meet nd another guy washing his hands for 10 min then when done he is just walking around in circles nd he look lost didnt know what to do while the guy taking my order looking at them for help cuz there was a line ...not real Mexico an food it's all americanized oh wait were in pacific palisades no wonder they wanted chipotle there

inappropriate music playing in the kitchen.. very loud unable to listen to the girl who was taking my order . young kid was inside the kitchen taking chips from different chips bags … never comeback again ..

The co worker that just helped me at 7:48 pm on 4/20. He worked line and gave the worst attitude. Also when a customer wanted a cup of water he said he’s too lazy to go back to the storage and grab it. There were all the ingredients in the back as well but that was “too much exercise”

Does chipotle have some of the worst service ever. The portions are terrible and one of the girls working is terrible.

⚠COVID-19 WARNING⚠ 3-times at the cash register, when they ask you "Would you like a drink?" they have turned around and reached in the refrigerator, grabbing the top of my drink with bare hands. I warned them twice but they continue to do it. 2-times I was there, the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty and customers could not clean their hands. I told them twice about this. They fail to keep customers safe and will allow customers behind you in line to squeeze up next to you as they follow the food making process. The employees there either don't get it or just don't care about your safety during the pandemic.

every time I place an order online at lunchtime, I wait for it at the restaurant. when I try to figure out the reason for the long wait, the staff replies that they don't have chicken or rice or anything else. I end up wasting time and not getting food while howling. take action on your non-fraudulent staff who cannot prepare ingredients on time.

Definitely the worst chipotle I've been to. Worst service. Food is terrible. Just went there asked for double meat then they tried to charge me twice (two meats, double meat) which is not what I ordered. The girl did not give them anywhere near that amount of meat. The absurd price for the disgusting food ended up being $24, a single salad bowl..when I asked to talk to the manager I got sidelined. I ended up paying and vowing to never come back

By far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to! They always have one person taking orders, one ringing and one to fill online orders… and like 10 people all in the kitchen kickin it… talking and having a good time with each other. Meanwhile there’s a line out the door and they're scraping the bottom of EVERY food container!! Today they were out of pico, black beans, veggies, sour cream and guac.. and they’re “limited time brisket” was char’d so bad it was barley edible. But the worst part is how filthy that store is! Trash and food everywhere, the trash by the utility counter and soda machine have merged to where the trash is all over the counter! It would have taken a few minutes for one of the many people hangin in the kitchen to notice and fixed that major health code problem! Very sad for such a good restaurant to have such poor quality in a community like the Palisades!

Disgustingly dirty interior. Portion sizes are ridiculously small. When I asked for a normal portion size they took food back out of my bowl. They refused to give us cups for water even though there were cups sitting on the counter. Never coming back.

Until that time, I periodically made delivery from this restaurant. But I won't. Recently, a very long wait for the order! This is despite the fact that the restaurant receives an order 20-30 minutes before my arrival! And I still have to wait! During lunch time they do not have ready-made ingredients... Stuff is veeeeery sloooow!

Oh my gosh!!! What is happening here!? That kitchen was like a the 60 minutes undercover special … “how dirty & disgusting is this restaurant’s kitchen.” the rice n beans had gone sour, chips were very stale,they were out of tofu w no urgency to refill it… is there an adult on the payroll here? If there is an adult, they must be on challenged significantly, because this was a terrible experience.

Terrible service. Small portions. Apathetic staff. I go here often because it's so close to my house. I wish it would go under new management or have a visit from corporate. I'm eating this relative to Chipotles in general. I have been to dramatically better franchises

How do consistently run out of guacamole 2 hours before closing? It makes no sense. Also frequently run out of other ingredients, like chicken, well before closing.

I actually hate leaving bad reviews but this place is not good. Go to erewhon up the street, you’re better off buying food there.

The lip Al high school band had a fundraiser her on 2/1 from 4-8. The kids got out of practice around 6:45 and at 7:00 pm they claimed they had no steak, guacamole and Pico de gallo. The only food we could order was whatever was in the food area, which was old and stale. Chicken was old. Chips were stale. Crew was already doing closing procedures like cleaning the grill and they had 2 hours to closing, which was 9:00 pm. They didn’t care about the fundraiser, all they cared about was getting home. It does not take 2 hours to close. I complained to their corporate and did not care. They only offered remedy for my meal, but nothing about the fundraiser. They purposely cheated these kids out of money for their fundraiser. They should be ashamed of themselves. Now everyone who reads this will know. I happened to have met the chair for the city’s Chamber of Commerce. I will make sure he and the city know what they did.

The girl at the Pacific Palisades shop was sweet and recommended that I get the steak bowl. But the meat was so tough and grisly. I had to throw most of it away. Never Again...This is the second time I have tried Chipotle and it was terrible both times. I honestly don't understand the popularity.

Guy served me a bowl with no choice of rice other than the brown rice left over they had I asked for two scoops of chicken and only gave me half a spcoop because thats all they had apparently. I then told the tall gentleman I wanted to cancel my order he just rolled his eyes at me and said “ight”. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Whoever is the owner of this place should try harder. And the parents of the kids who work here should teach their kids what it means to have good work ethic. Employees weren’t wearing masks. There was barely any rice and I asked for fresh rice. Instead I am given 2 barely scoops of rice. I still have to pay the same amount as if I had received 2 regular scoops of rice. I am severely disappointed. I would’ve been happier spending more money somewhere else to actually get what I wanted. What a disappointment 😒

Staff is not so friendly and skimp of the food! The chips have too much salt. The guacamole is sometime brown . I wish they would focus more on customer service and keeping their ingredients fresh. Chipotle used to be better. I was happy I had a chipotle close by but I think I will find an alternative place to eat!!!

First time I ever left a Chipotle, my go-to fast food in every city (I travel a lot) without buying anything. EVERY meat & plant in the bins was bottom of the barrel and had been sitting there all day it looked. And it’s 7pm on Friday night! Hello. Dinner time! They’re open until 9p but no intention of putting out any more fresh food. It’s the tiniest Chipotle I’ve ever seen and as I sit in my car writing this I’ve only seen 2 other people come here during my entire experience here. They’re days are numbered at this rate because this place is gross. They had one employee dishing up food and handing the money. Didn’t see him take off same pair of food service gloves once. This place is gross. Where’s the food inspectors in this town? Oh yeah, another broken govt agency in the corrupt State of CA.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I've been to several other Chipotle restaurants throughout souther California and this is by far the worst one. Although food is cooked great, my experience with their costumer service was HORRIBLE, the girl was serving food portions way too small and was trying to charge me for double protein. She then called her on duty manager and she was even worse. Please Train your employees accordingly, so we don't waste our lunch breaks trying to explain ourselves to your rude employees.. . .
