A much better option than the overrated Tok's across the street. Full breakfast for under $200 in a cool, pleasant, and well-lit space, with very good service. There's no longer a buffet, but the menu is extensive and the quality is quite decent. In the afternoon, the menu is also good. I tried the August seasonal menu, and while it's not the best chiles en nogada I've ever had, it was quite good. A great plus is that they have several vegetarian options.

Terrible service, attention, and product. We ordered chiles en nogada for the Mexican Independence Month celebrations, and the promotion outside the restaurant said there was a discount on takeout orders. We waited over 40 minutes for one chile (169 pesos), and they "forgot" to give us the discount. So it took even longer. The receptionist excused herself by saying they had a lot of orders, but frankly, the place was empty. We wanted to order the combo that also included soup and coffee for 200 pesos, but they told us they didn't have any takeout containers (seriously?). In the end, they gave us this. No napkins, no bag, or a decent container. I wonder if people seriously accept this kind of presentation from a "restaurant." Besides not having any side dishes, being small, slow, COLD, with faulty service, no napkins/utensils, IT'S NOT GOOD. The nogada tasted like walnut ice cream, it had neither raisins nor walnuts inside, and the chili wasn't even properly washed.
