Without a doubt, one of the best bars in downtown Guanajuato, it's a small bar where they pay attention to every detail, from their wine selection to the quality of their dinner dishes. We ordered melons with serrano peppers as an appetizer and two main courses; everything was delicious, and the service was particularly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Francisca is a one of a kind place in Guanajuato, where you have a wide variety of wines, including local options, by the glass or bottle. The location is great and the place is comfortable, and the real star is Jessica the owner who is a trained sommelier and loves to share her vast knowledge about all her bottles. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and even if you don't like all the wine (there are some very special vintages!) she will make you excited to know more! Highly recommend.

There's nothing to criticize about this place. The menu is appealing, but when the dish arrives at your table, you're pleasantly surprised by the exquisite presentation. The wine list is more extensive than the food list, so if you're unsure or can't decide, let them recommend something. I also appreciated their promotion of good national and local wines. We loved everything, so we returned for weekend brunch. The place is small, so if you're in a group of more than six, they might have to find a way to seat you.

The wine selection is fabulous and the servers have so much knowledge and are super friendly! The kitchen also makes amazing food all day long! They are know for thier dinner but if you havent tried their brunch which they do ln the weekends. Its amazing!! Probably one of the best menus in town!
