It was one of the best experiences in my life. Rooms were cleaned everyday, I always had fresh towel, soap, shampoo and they made sure nothing is missing. I had a welcome bottle of wine and a bottle of water, free shot at the restaurant .The food was absolutely delicious. Everybody extremely friendly and professional. They pay attention to the smallest details. The vermouth is definitely worth trying as well 😉 I would definitely stay there again!♥️

My husband and I stayed there for the weekend, and the place is beautiful. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, very aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a good size, the bed is very comfortable, and the finishes are lovely. Plus, the room we stayed in had a beautiful view; at night, the city lights were stunning. A very peaceful and romantic place. They also have a restaurant and terrace. The food is very flavorful and the portions are generous. They produce their own vermouth, and trying it is a true culinary experience. I really enjoyed the flavor; my favorite was the red vermouth, with its exquisite combination of spices, herbs, and aroma. I highly recommend it for a getaway from the daily grind and to enjoy the place and the company.

I loved it. The service was extraordinary, the breakfast delicious 😋. The only thing is that the rooms are small and don't have many details, and I didn't like the apartment either, but I would definitely stay there again. I RECOMMEND IT.

I think the place is fine. Good location close to everything, pleasant rooms, delicious and well-served breakfast, and very pleasant and attentive staff. My comment would be to invest in slightly better pillows. Everything else is fine.

Es un hotel muy céntrico vas a pie al centro en 5 min ahí están las estudiantinas,el pupila el teatro . El hotel es nuevo muy limpio acojedor y a buen precio solo q para llegar si esta un poco difícil y no incluye estacionamiento. El desayuno poco pero rico lo recomiendo

Un hotelito verdaderamente bonito, el personal sumamente amable!!! Gracias la pasamos increíble. Un lugar muy recomendable y a 2 minutos caminando del centro. Mi habitación muy cómoda, solo le faltaba cortina pero es un lugar encantador !!

It's a very nice hotel. They welcome you very kindly, and you feel the warmth in the service. Overall, I liked everything. They give you a complimentary drink and the breakfast is delicious. The only thing I would say is that the water didn't run hot, but it's still warm, and the bed's wood made a noise. Other than that, we'll definitely stay here again. The food was also delicious, and the drinks were a 10/10! Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The staff was incredibly friendly, they really made us feel very welcome. We also liked how well the hotel is located, and although it doesn't have a parking lot, there is one relatively close. could continue sleeping (dawn of January 01)

It's a good hotel, well located in downtown Guanajuato. The food is delicious, and they offer a complimentary mezcal. I wouldn't recommend it as much for business travelers (which is how I used it); I'd recommend it more for tourists. My only complaint would be the breakfast hours—too late to start the day and work—and the fact that it's in a very noisy area at night. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. Aside from that, it's very comfortable, and I do recommend it.

Excellent location, close to Baratillo Square and the center. The breakfasts are gourmet, but they do get monotonous at times. There's no air conditioning in the rooms, and the pedestal fan is very noisy. Overall, it's good. They have Netflix, which is a plus.

It's a good place to stay or spend they nigth. They personal it's kind and reliable, they rooms are pretty good, nota excelent but it's enought yo pass a great time. They accept credit cards and cash. They place don't have parking lot, take that in mind.

Very friendly, attentive, and a delicious breakfast served promptly every day. I congratulate them. The only thing I didn't like was that some of my roommates were almost shouting in French, and I could hear all the good things I couldn't understand. But everything else was excellent.

Algo costoso para lo que ofrecen sus instalaciones. La puerta del baño de la habitación NO tenia cerradura, para que saliera agua caliente de la regadera tienes que esperar mucho.,literas incomodas y muy rusticas. Sirven MUUY poco desayuno.

The rooms are very hot, but the downside is that the shower water never got hot, and the bed was very noisy. Excellent location, excellent staff, good breakfast, and included breakfast. The complimentary drink was a nice touch.

We stayed for two days and the water never ran hot. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and made a lot of noise when moving. Everything else was fine. Great location and service.

Orlando Run

The room cost $1,600 for two people. (Apparently, most hotels in Guanajuato average this price.) It includes a complimentary drink and breakfast. The hotel is a bit quiet since the dining area connects to the hallways of the rooms, and footsteps, voices, and other noises can be heard. The hotel is clean and has a good view. It's a 10-minute walk from the main areas. The room was simple. We were given one with two single beds: the mattress was hard, but the base was one of those old-fashioned wooden ones that creaked all over the place. The pillows were like sponges. The fan made a noise like an insect flying by. The bathroom is modern and contrasts with the rest of the room. As guests, they offered a complimentary drink: a piña colada, which was delicious. In the morning, the included breakfast consisted of chilaquiles with egg, fruit, orange juice with pineapple, coffee, and a pancake. It was also delicious. We give it a ✅ The service from the breakfast staff was very cordial and attentive. Likewise, the service from the afternoon staff in the lunch area was also very friendly. The people in the reception area greeted you and were very welcoming.

We ate breakfast at the Oajillo cafe located in the hotel. The decorations are nice and it is a good location. We got a great amount of food for $70 pesos each ($3.50 USD) which includes coffee or tea, juice, small portion of fruit, a pancake, and a main dish. I ordered the chilaquiles as my main dish and unfortunately the totopos (chips) were very stale. Our server was not attentive which made the experience not as enjoyable.

Cumple con lo necesario un lugar para dormir y bañarse.. pequeño..limpio.. una cocinita poco equipada... y la verdad las toallas que dan están horribles... super usadas y todas huelen mal.. aclaro no están sucias... solo guardan un olor horrible...
