El hotel es muy acogedor, familiar. Desde el primer momento el trato es espectacular, cercano. La comida es bueniiisima, tienen variedad y siempre son buenas opciones. La cercanía de la playa es ideal, a 1 minuto andando y luego un bañito en la piscina. En concreto me encantaría agradecer el cariño recibido por parte de Maite, cuidando y mimando a mi peque de 4 años y super atentos. Volveremos a repetir sin duda!!

Hotel espectacular, muy acogedor, tranquilo, primera linea de playa, 2 restaurantes a cual mejor, habitaciones super limpias, el personal tanto de recepción restaurante asistentas son super amables. Es la 2 vez que vamos y cada vez me gusta más. Lo aconsejamos y repetiremos.

El hotel está perfecto para unas vacaciones. El restaurante excelente y el servicio de diez. La ubicación un poco lejos del centro, pero la zona es muy tranquila y la playa, muy cerca, es enorme. Sitio recomendable al 100 x 100.

La relación calidad precio es extraordinaria: comida excelente, desayuno variado con un panes diferentes, personal muy amable, la ubicación en frente del mar. Muy recomendable reservar un masaje con Esmeralda y Paqui, os harán disfrutar de una hora de masaje relajante mediante su propio ritual con aceites, toque de puntos energéticos …, que seguro te recargan las pilas Repetiremos seguro.

Estuvimos cenando en el Ñam Gastrobar y no pudo ser mejor, comida diferente, explosión de sabores y todo muy bueno. Servicio inmejorable y relación calidad precio estupendo! Repetiremos sin duda.

Loved this hotel, my sea view room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing, couldn’t get closer to the beach. I didn’t check out the pool as the beach was so close and was beautiful. I ate at both restaurants, preferred the Mediterranean one, which was slightly more relaxed but food great at both. Rooftop bar was nice but music was a bit dated and not much atmosphere. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Medional Alicante and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of my stay. The selection was impressive, perfectly prepared eggs, delicious pastries, and quality coffee. The breakfast room had a lovely atmosphere, and everything was well-presented and regularly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring Alicante. What really set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff like Daniela at reception, Anna and Maite at breakfast. Every team member I encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and were always quick to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail and customer service made a real difference in my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Just completed a 6 night stay in Hotel Meridional and really enjoyed. The location was just perfect right beside the beach. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was an issue. We ate in the hotel only once on the last day for lunch and was sorry I hadn’t before as the food, service and value was the best we had during the whole week. We had a late flight and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6pm which had never had before and was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel on the Mediterranean coast in a quiet place, very friendly and professional hotel's personal, very delicious breakfasts, clean and space room with a sea view, excellent service in all . In hotel Meridional are two restaurants with excellent cuisine. Massage services, special thanks to Annet who did the massage in the spa room. I will definitely advise to pay attention to this hotel, people stay enjoy and relax , good place for relaxing and en joyful beautiful surrounding in holiday.

My family and I have been to many hotels in this area but never to Hotel Guardamar, I totally recommend this amazing Hotel. Walking distance to the beach and shops, most importantly very clean and tidy, staff are amazing and very professional, Check in was very easy Bar and restaurant is 10 out of 10 can’t beat the waiter service and all the staff. We had a lovely vacation and will definitely be coming back! Oh and a massive “gracias” to Ana the lovely waitress who made our stay much more enjoyable

Booked a quadruplet room for a bank holiday weekend away with two of my friends. Very near to the airport, clean rooms and friendly service. We had a half board package. Decent choice of breakfast and three course dinner menu. Overall, fantastic ladies get away. Little further away from the Alicante city centre but perfect for those seeking a peaceful get away. Also, you can get a taxi ride to centre for around €57 one way.

More or less "On the Beach" with wonderful views from the room balcony's ! The rooftop Sky Bar views need to be seen to be believed. The food is of the highest quality with the staff accommodating , friendly and patient. All our requests were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Highly recommended for sports groups and events but also those wanting to experience Guardamar and its beauty and tranquillity. The beach is probably the best on the Costa Blanca.

Hotel is fine and clean, but more of a UK three star than a four star. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Room had all the basics in it and there was a lovely view of the sea. The rooftop bar was fabulous, although the seats weren't very comfortable. But they served great cocktails in a beautiful environment with great views. Always good music playing but not so loud you couldn't talk over it. Nice that there was a pool but it was too small to more than dip in it. The beach is only across the road though so I swam in the sea every day instead. Quick tip: swim in the morning as it's much calmer, as the wind picks up about 2pm every day. My criticisms of the hotel are minor things: It is quite noisy and echoey, so you may well get woken up by anyone on the landing or stairs, so take war plugs if you're a light speaker Cups are too small for tea While breakfast was a good mix of traditional cooked breakfast and continental, the cooked bacon, beans etc are in contailers meant to keep them hot but are often only luke warm, especially towards the end of breakfast between 10 and 10.30am. If anything runs out during that later time it often isn't replaced either. Staff don't re-lay tables after someone has eaten at one, instead additional cutlery and brown paper serviettes are in a container in the middle. Lots of people seemed to struggle with the coffee / tea machine when they first used ut so it would be useful to have instructions. Also the water in the machine is not boiling, probably fine for coffee but not for tea. All in all, it's a perfectly decent hotel in a good location, that's very clean, and is an easy walk from restaurants and shops.

Hotel Review Things I Didn’t Like 1. Refrigerator Issues – The in-room refrigerator didn’t keep drinks cold. We solved this by bringing our own cooler and filling it with ice each day. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t provide ice, have an ice machine, or even sell ice. 2. Weak Air Conditioning – The A/C blows air, but very lightly. Even with the thermostat set to the lowest setting, the room never got truly cold. 3. Low-Quality Towels – For a four-star hotel, the towels were disappointing. They felt cheap, as if they came from a bargain store. 4. Bed Design – The beds aren’t attached to the wall. If you’re traveling as a couple, expect the bed to slide around the room. 5. Restaurant Experience Unknown – I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, only the free breakfast that came with my upgraded room. Things I Liked 1. Breakfast Variety – The breakfast offered a good variety of items. 2. Spacious Shower – The shower was large and very comfortable. 3. Daily Housekeeping – Our room was cleaned every day and stocked with fresh (though still cheap) towels. 4. Balcony View – We had a balcony with a beautiful beach view. 5. We had an amazing dinner Ñam gastro bar. Surprisingly amazing! Evening staff, particularly a blonde wonderful with her smiles and great attitude. I want to say that the two ladies in morning staff made me feel really bad. I asked to see the breakfast before potentially buying it, and I could, but they made sure not to smile back at me or answer me properly when I tried to turn the situation around by asking if they where having a good morning. I have worked in the service industry for 30 years, and when I am a guest, I'm not the one who is supposed to try to make people feel good, even if it's in my nature. You are supposed to do that. Reception staff, nice people. Thank you for our stay. Might return to Ñam, but never staying here again.

horrendous service from staff, in particular one brunette female. pushy and rude to say the least. breakfast and dinner options are extremely limited. staff lack basic training and struggled to communicate with us the entire time. another big one is the sky bar, the only way to access it is a lift which is unbelievably exclusive to anyone who cannot use the lift. a member of our group cannot use one due to mental health reasons so this ruined the stay considering tthis is one of the only reasons we came. will not be returning and would not recommend. definitely not a 4 star.

No lo recomiendo para nada. El hotel de 4 estrellas tiene poco, El aire acondicionado no se puede ni regular, la nevera no enfria, nos encontramos con un cristal en el suelo de la habitacion que estamos a punto de clavarnos, no nos avisan de que la bebida en el regimen de media pension no esta incluida, el agua tendria que venir cerrada, te la traen abierta, rellena de una maquina y te la cobran a 2,50€, No me quejo del precio, sino de que viene abierta, al igual que no me quejo de que me cobren de la bebido, sino de que no avisen con anterioridad ni ha la hora de servirtela, ni aparece en la carta. La comida del regimen de media pension, me gustaria que el encargado del hotel la probara, se nota que te la recalientan en el microondas, solo hay para elegir 3 primeros y 3 segundos, y si no te gusta, te hacen ir a recepcion, estando sentado ya en la mesa, para ver cuanto te quitan si pides a la carta... Tendrian que ir los camareros, en este caso fue una chica fuerte con gafas que nos dijo que fuesemos nosotros a preguntar….el resto del personal nos atendio muy bien.

Nos fuimos por Agosto, nos pagamos mich por nada. Un Hotel con 4 estrellas pero es como un hotel de 1 estrellas. Porque la comida estaba muy mala, Los habitaciones estaban limpia, pero estaban mucho sonido de los otros habitaciones. Cuando estaban problemas, los gerentes no dan disculpe o nada. Si nos vamos a un hotel en Guardamar, mejor nos vamos al hotel azul con menos estrellas pero major calidad.
