Buen servicio , bien servidos los machetes , solo falta que se vea más limpio el lugar pero en general excelente

Lugar 100% recomendable para la gente que le gustan las quesadillas o guaraches! Él quesadillon loco mejor conocido como los machetes de la guerrero son un deleite con su gran variedad como lo son: chicharrón, pollo, carne, queso, picadillo y la famosa cubana que tiene un poco de todo. El costo por cada machate es de $60 lo malo de este lugar es que si tienen mucha gente o bien tienen pedidos grandes tardaras mucho en que te atiendan así que ve con tiempo.

A typical spot in the long-standing "Colonia Guerrero" neighborhood. It still retains the atmosphere of a neighborhood, although the neighborhood's bars and cafes are increasingly becoming an endangered species. They sell two types of quesadillas: regular and low-fat. Demand for their products is such that the "quesadillo loco" sells out around 3 p.m. or a little earlier. The quesadilla is about 50 to 60 cm long and contains a very generous portion. I love the "chicarron" and "beef brain" ones; the latter are the ones that go the quickest. The picadillo and tinga are not far behind in flavor (and fat). The place is very hot due to the proximity of the grills and its small space.

The stews are tasty, but it would be ideal if they offered a greater variety of sauces and accompaniments such as cream, cheese, lettuce, or lemon. Without options to balance the fat content, the flavor can become heavy and less enjoyable as you progress through the dish. As for the location, it could improve its presentation and ambiance.

Se demoran mucho en su entrega de las quesadillas , mezclan pedidos para llevar y para los que comen ahí me tardaron 1 hora en darme mis quesadillas.

las quesadillas están buenas pero el servicio horrible, la señora que hace las quesadillas es muy grosera y la verdad el sabor de las quesadillas no vale tanto como para aguantar jetas. 😬

Busy place with a wide range of guisado options for your quesadilla. Huge portion and they cooked everything fresh, but I feel that the quesadillas were too oily and lacking flavor. The service was disappointing. Everything was slow because they lacked staff. When I tried to pay, they only charged me $100 for 2 quesadillas and an agua de piña. I knew they miscalculated and insisted I should pay more. They responded rudely and even laughed at me! A few minutes later, someone else came to me saying that they miscalculated and I should pay $75 more. Ridiculous!

Pésimo servicio el ayudante es grosero, ignora, la gente les pide de favor las cosas y se hace que no escucha, no estoy en contra de los inmigrantes, pero este tipo viene a trabajar aquí y su servicio es horrible, si viene a trabajar mínimo que haga las cosas como deben, porque ese trato fue con todas las personas que estaban ahí y le pedían cosas se molestaba. Lo peor es si quieres comer ahí, te saltan y saltan llega la gente y atienden primero a los que piden para llevar ministras uno puede esperar hasta media hora o más. No regresaré a este lugar

😡😡😡 I went to eat with my family yesterday, January 4th. There were nine of us, so we lined up to get a table. We wanted to order because the people who were getting takeout were choosing their food and leaving. We were in line for about 20 minutes, and the woman making the quesadillas, with a rude attitude and a sour face, told us we couldn't order anything until we were assigned a table. (She said it wouldn't have been hard for her to take our order; we were going to go in anyway, and she was running out of ingredients from people who were arriving and ordering takeout.) But anyway, she wouldn't take my order. When she saw there were nine of us, she gave us another look and almost yelled that tables couldn't be put together and that they would only be serving four people at a time. She said that as we were served, we could only order exactly what those four people were going to eat. She was all rude and made faces. But anyway, we went in because two tables had already become available and there weren't many people since they were about to close, so we asked again if we could put some tables together. The waiters gave us the cold shoulder (even though there were nine of us and the bill was over $1,000 pesos). They told us we could only put one table together, and they didn't lift a finger to help. We moved the tables ourselves, and they completely ignored us. They just handed us our order and didn't come to see if we wanted any drinks until we called them. Honestly, the service is getting worse and worse, and it's the same for everyone! There was no one to speak to at the Luna branch. The quesadillas are good, but the service makes people never want to come back because of their terrible attitude towards customers, being rude and giving them dirty looks. 😡😡😡 I'm talking about all the staff, from the lady making the quesadillas to the two young guys and the young girl. TERRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!

Last week I went on November 5th and the quesadilla didn't taste the same. The tortilla fell apart, it was soft, and the flavor wasn't the same. Today, November 12th, I went again and it was the same; the quesadilla fell apart, it had a bad taste, and the cheese tasted different. Please don't lower the quality. I'll go again next week and hope to change my review.

Honestly, their quesadilla fillings aren't what they used to be; I think they've lost their flavor because of the quantity. As for the wait time, it's always the same—sometimes up to two hours. Before, you'd wait because it was worth it, but now it's not.
