Had to say the whole family enjoyed our meal, Good food and prices were good as well. Nice store and seemed nice and clean and not busy at all.

Received my first sandwich through DoorDash!!! And I love the Italian sandwich!!! I probably should have gotten the smaller one lol but I finished my sandwich and I'm pretty sure I have a Potbelly at the moment!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice location. Food was good, service was fast. A low carb wrap would be nice to add for those on restricted carbs.

Miranda in Fort Worth is truly a wonderful leader. Every visit is a great experience. She even assisted me in ordering the sandwich which accommodates my preferences.

I pick up a pizza sandwich regularly and order through the online app. They are great at consistency and reading my side notes that make my order customized just the way I like it. Very accommodating, convenient, and fast. Which is great because I don't have much time for lunch. I will always stop by if I'm in the area 👍

I had the skinny size BLT it was delicious. And, very filling. They toasted it.. yum! My husband had The Wreck, he has had it several times and loves it. All in all, we had two sandwiches, chips and sodas all around $20. Considering how much food we got it was a good deal. Highly recommend it.

A fancy salad bar could cost that much for 1 small salad. So, again, inexpensive, fast, and simple sandwiches is what they offer and that is what you get.

Oh and the Cuban was really good even without coleslaw! The shakes were delicious too!

I love the sandwiches here! The service needs adjusting. Since COVID-19 the staff seems a bit rude and at times easily flustered. The staffs listening skills could also use some focus. My last visit the young lady added ingredients I did not ask for.

When we first arrived it was crazy loud... But to be fair it's in the middle of downtown and it was lunch time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would gladly go again.

I swear like 10 years ago I thought Potbelly was pretty mid. I recently got the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese sub and it was great. A buddy got the new sliced steak sub and it was not great, pretty tasteless meat. So it can be hit and miss. Their shakes are great in my opinion. I tried their chocolate brownie cookie and it was really greasy and not as good as cookies I've had at other sub shops. Once you find what you like though, it's a decent place to go. The peppers you can add to subs are very tasty,

I swear like 10 years ago I thought Potbelly was pretty mid. I recently got the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese sub and it was great. A buddy got the new sliced steak sub and it was not great, pretty tasteless meat. So it can be hit and miss. Their shakes are great in my opinion. I tried their chocolate brownie cookie and it was really greasy and not as good as cookies I've had at other sub shops. Once you find what you like though, it's a decent place to go. Ordered via Uber eats few weeks ago for 3 people and they all got something different...very disappointing. My nanny couldn't eat her because she said that isn't what it's supposed to look like. Please make sure orders are accurate before sending out to Uber drivers. Apart from that, sandwich was good when ordered in person.

This sandwich is basic and a 1 time order for me. $44 for 2 sandwiches, 1 small bag of chips and 2 drinks. Nothing out of the ordinary. Not a lot of meat, no interesting sauce. Not bad, just a plain old sandwich.

Food was okay but super pricey. We went on a Sunday morning with my family and the workers seemed like they hated to be there and were super rude. Especially the white woman with glasses that "helped" us seemed mad that we asked what kind of bread they had and the cashier, a black woman, they were RUDE and over $50 for four people ... Not recommended

Was expecting wayyy more. The sandwich was so simple i will now go to the grocery store and make my own. Tasty...yes mainly because i enjoy silami...meh.

Food was just ok. Too expensive for the quality. Short guys with glasses has zero personality and absolutely no customer service skills. He says just enough to make your food and get you out the door. Very disappointed in this place. Now I know why Jason's deli does such a great business

My husband and I had never been to this potbellies before, so we thought to give it a try. Service was slow (there was only one family ahead of us), the guy who I paid didn't give me the drinks I had ordered and I had to wait at the counter for several minutes to get them. I also never got my receipt. The food was bland, and my husband and I both got food poisoning. I am sure it is not normally like this, looking at the other reviews, but it left a bad taste in our mouths, and we will not be going back.

I usually love Pot Belly, but when ordering from Uber Eats, the food came and the toppings on the 2 sandwiches were transposed and the two people eating did not get what they ordered or even liked. Super sad for the amount of money that was paid.

You would think with everything going on you would wear a hair net. This was my first visit and my boyfriend talked yall up a lot His sandwich was fine, mine however every other bite had a hair coming out if it which was highly disappointing so don’t think I’ll be returning there anytime soon

I just finished eating a chicken salad sandwich at this Potbelly. It was the worst chicken salad sandwich I have ever eaten. I couldn't even finish it. It was very dry and had no taste. I have eaten here before and the other sandwiches have been good. Not today though.

i went Saturday evening none of the 3 employees i seen cared to come to the front of store and even acknowledge the waiting customer i waited for 5 minutes standing i seen a boy pass by the window in the back of store he seen me and kept on with whatever they were doing i figured perhaps the register person was in the RR nope they was all in the back wouldn't even answer the phone called 5 times to place order wont be returning to this location

Customer service is terrible!!! Food was wrong and I felt like they were rushing me. I also order from here before and they charged me extra for a 7.99 meal. Very unprofessional!

Order off doordash they sent me what they claimed was a vanilla shake (vid below) it tasted nothing like it and had no sweetness to it and no ice cream that I could tell i called and the manager was condescending and acted like I didn't know what a milkshake was or how it worked. the picture well let you be the judge

If you want a tip, be cordial and maybe even bag my order. You'll never see another tip from me. The nerve to just expect it. Matter of fact I'll eat somewhere else next time. I can see Central Market from here.

No "welcome, we'll be right with you, thank you" or even a smile...And they even somehow "lost" my sandwhich in the 3 ft conveyor toaster and had to remake it. Also two employees were standing around literally doing nothing. Could have easily stepped into the register or helped take orders.

This is an allergen risk, people can be allergic to stuff like this and gloves should be changed regularly especially when going from something spicy to not spicy.
