Had the Philly cheese steak today. Sadly the photos on the adds and the product served are very different. To few onions and to little cheese. Beef was dry but tasty. Fast food often can be hit and miss.

Didn't ask for extra ice and my route44 is full to the top. I guess you have to ask for easy ice if you want more drink than ice

Ordered smashburger with groovy fries and groovy sauce and they did not give us the groovy sauce. Also fries tasted like they had been reheated instead of just prepared. Very disappointed in the food considering the cost.

Sonics beef Patty's are like cardboard and have no seasoning or flavor at all. Chicken fried steak has no seasoning or flavor as well. Hot dogs, well never been good. Drinks are sonics only thing keeping them going.

This is the worse food I've ever gotten at any Sonic in my whole life...I'm 71. The foot long coney had been microwaved or reheated 2-3 times. Onion rings were burnt.It was awful.

I was disappointed with my recent experience. I specifically requested cherries in my drink, and the order was repeated back to me correctly, so I was confident that my request was understood. However, when I received my drink, the cherries were missing. Meanwhile, my husband received real limes in his, which made the inconsistency even more frustrating. I’m not sure if these types of errors happen intentionally or if they are simply overlooked, but attention to detail is important. I hope this can be addressed to improve future customer experiences.

Woman taking my drink order had a snarky attitude, cutting me off with "yes we know how to make it" while I was explaining my order.. and my drink wasn't even correct.

If using the sonic app with this location, be very careful because they take money and won’t give you your order. Also the customer service here is below even the lowest standard.

Always so slow I've had enough time to write this review and about 19 whole mins for one drink!

Order food on the Sonic app and I know what I ordered and they didn't bring me anything I ordered and told them their service sucks and I will never be back to their to their appointment place

Yikes the attitude here from the staff is wild… the last 2 times I have been here the same female has been highly rude.. she also took our order tonight and can’t seem to hear things correctly as there was mistakes and we had to have her correct them that was a whole attitude as well. We simply asked for sauce as they never prompted when we ordered our chicken …. She told us that’s a charge I said even when we ordered chicken bites she got very snippy and had a little remark after I asked even if we ordered chicken? It seemed as if we had inconvenienced them by even ordering. Updating this as we just ate… My husband’s meal was a bacon stacker missing all bacon along with his drink was supposed to be a unsweet tea but they made it a sweet tea without even asking.. I get things get crazy but it wasn’t even busy!

No one ever knows what they are doing here. You never get your food, the people are rude, food comes hours later cold and always wrong. Manager argues and yells at customers then gets mad when they say anything back. Place is ridiculous have no idea how its still open 🤣🤣 Manager walks around looking like she crawled out the dumpster then went to work, atleast put yourself together, no one wants hair in their food 🤢 go get some real training at McDonalds 😅

I'm not one to leave a bad review as I am a positive person but they were slower than christmas. Me and my grandmother in total ordered one sweet tea a mozzarella stick and tots. We waited 15 minutes until pressing the button again saying that we have yet to get our order we explained how we've waited so long just to get nothing. Then they just brought the mozzarella stick then we told them we were missing everything she went back to get the rest and came back with a horrible attitude

I placed a mobile order on the sonic which I’ve never had a problem doing at any other establishment. The manager working the window proceeded to be on her phone and almost dropped the food she was handing to my husband after leaving we further realized half of our order was missed and instead of apologizing the “manager” tried to excuses her action . Completely unexpectable from a “chain” restaurant but I guess that’s what to expect there . These people will steal your money right from under your nose I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE

If I could give this Sonic location zero stars, I would. I went there today for lunch was placing my order through the drive-through in the middle of my order the waitress stopped speaking to me. So I thought maybe the speaker stopped working so I told her I could not hear her and I was pulling around to the front window to finish my order. When I pulled around to the front, I sat at the window for three minutes. Nobody opened the window to speak to me. Somebody finally came out of the building and went to the car behind me and was speaking to them. This sonic location is obviously having some employee issues of some kind. They should never treat a customer the way they treated me today.

Went to Sonic this morning for breakfast, waited over 15 minutes to get my food when they weren't even busy. On my home, I ate a Tater tot which was cold and old tasting. When I got home and started eating my burrito, it was not fresh either and had Jalapenos on it after I requested none. I tried calling for over 30 minutes to speak with a manager, and the phone stayed busy. Do better Sonic of GBC!! Sincerely, one dissatisfied customer
