My favorite fried chicken joint. 2 piece dark, 2 sides, a roll and jalapeño and a drink for I think it was around $6. They have fried fish, chicken fried steak, and about 20 different sides like fried pickles, also fried borritos, and a lot of random things you wouldn’t expect. One of them has pork chops.

The best fried chicken around!!! Fast, friendly service! They also have a vast selection of drinks and snacks to buy and take with you and cheaper than your local convenience stores! They also sell cigarettes! They have a drive through for convenience! The wait is never too long and the food is always hot and fresh! My personal favorites are their Fried Catfish and Fried Chicken along with the Mac & Cheese and Fried Okra! You should most definitely check this place out if you are in the mood for chicken and fish!

Food was extremely fresh and hot. Everyone's plate was fresh and hot. Deliciously tasty as always. Courtesy was extended to us. Ate the entire order. While there, the doors never stopped swinging open with customer after customer. Would eat Lisa's food weekly..... no problem!!!!😍😄😁

They're chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and green beans are wonderful. They really are. I rated atmosphere with one star only because it is so incredibly loud in that restaurant.

The food is great but the customer service is awful. They forgot part of my order so I went back and they wanted me to go back home, pack up my order, and bring it all back to get my missing side. They admitted to one item that was missing and gave me that but to get my green beans I have to go get everything and let it all go cold. Been going here years and that's just incredibly poor customer service over a mistake THEY made

I placed a picked up order an hour ahead for 3:45PM. Arrived to the store and they told us our order was going to be another 7-8 mins. 20 minutes later our order is still not ready… Whats the point of ordering ahead of time if it’s not going to be ready. If you need a longer wait time, the customer needs to be informed and the pick up time be updated.

I give up here. We decided to give Lisa’s another try today. In the past year or so every time we’ve ordered there something hasn’t been correct, has been cold, once my chicken was undercooked, the employee at the window is unfriendly. No smiles. Nothing. Today took the cake though. The order, 2 piece white, Mac & cheese, okra and a Coke. 5 tender meal, fries and Mac & cheese and sprite. Extra rolls. It comes out, 2 piece white, Mac & cheese and okra. Coke. 5 tenders, fries and a Coke. Extra rolls. We show her the tender box. It’s missing the Mac. She asked for the WHOLE BAG back. Ok. Whatever. Then it comes back out, 2 piece white, fries and Mac. 5 tenders and fries and Mac. So now I have no okra. Lest we forget, I said sprite above and 2 cokes came out. There is frequently a line at this establishment. I was over this and not going to impede the other patrons dinner so, we just left. What the hell happened to this place?! Last time we gave it a shot a few months ago, we threw it in the trash. Why can’t these employees, if a customer service job is what they choose, smile and not make the experience off putting? She seemed as if we were an inconvenience. I know everyone has a bad day but the attitude and consistency in being incorrect is ongoing. What a shame.

***HUMAN HAIR IN 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN*** I used to love this place but I was there today and I found human hair in 2 pieces of chicken!! And when I called the manager (A lady named Francis) she told me that I won't get a refund since We ate some of it...well...we were in the middle of family dinner when one of my kids found a piece of hair in his food and after examining the rest of the chicken, we found another hair INSIDE the piece of chicken!!!...They just lost a loyal customer who used to drive all the way from Lewisville to buy their catfish and chicken...
