This is such a great McDonald's. Always clean, with fast and friendly service.

i love this place because they always have french fries every time i got there.

The manager, assistant manager (?), and server waited on us while eating there. Everyone was treated with the utmost respect. Even the customers were courteous. Best McDonald's experience ever!

This McDonald's is always clean. The staff here is always pretty nice, especially one girl who was so sweet and cheerful towards me! Most McDonalds' mess up quite a bit, but this one is pretty efficient -- I can't remember a time they have messed up. I recommend coming here.

We love McDonald's. Early this morning I got up and drove to the McDonald's in Hampton Bays. My wife loves the cinnamon latte and I love to see her smile. The very nice lady at the drive thru prepared my order and I went home. Unfortunately the latte slipped out of my wife's hand and it spilled in the microwave. Off to McDonald's I went for another. The nice lady who served me earlier said "you're back"? I said yes my Wife spilled it. She smiled and said she was sorry and gave me another. She didn't charge me and she could have. I thought that was very nice and it's very appreciated.

Double cheeseburger meal medium fries. What more could you ask for .!!

Great customer service,. Rocío (manager) refunded the Xtra onions i ordered made me feel valued and welcomed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a customer. I left feeling not just satisfied with my experience, but eager to return and recommend this place to others, Also place was very clean and organized.  Will come back.

Your typical Mcdonalds restaurant that we have all know since we were kids but all the restaurants seem to be following a mandated redesign focused on a bland easy to keep clean set up that lacks a warm character. See the imges for yourself. The service was quick and professional though.

I literally ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin with an oj.... the oj was nothing but water and they gave me a ham egg and cheese. Very disappointed

Almost every order they ask you to pull up and wait 5 minutes for the order. Kinda defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru

What can be said about McD's... Its consistent. There is a tremendous amount of competition in the burger industry. McD's doesn't own the market any longer. I find myself stopping in mostly for their sweet ice tea, which I can blend myself with the unsweetened tea, as the regular is just waaay too sweet. It is brewed everyday which makes it a hook for me (not a fan of the fake stuff "Brisk"), so it does earn my lunch business from time to time, when I dont have time to go to a really good burger joint.

Often come here mostly for what I raved to friends as the best coffee in the world. When I do I’ll often get food, Sunday, and apple pies, though they are often dry and up to 3 hrs outdated according to outdate time on box (honestly).They’ve changed their coffee it’s standard bitter coffee like anywhere else. Have no reason to stop in regularly for coffee and snack anymore with my wife. That kind of coffee I can get anywhere. By the way dress like your going into a refrigerator there a reason the windows are frosted

I only give it 3 stars because the staff was a tad bit rude. But I get it, it's not a fun job. And the bathroom had pee all over the floor 😖

If they make a mistake or have you waiting too long they give you a courtesy ticket for either a new meal or free medium fry etc...very nice staff and they keep the building clean. 8/10 recommend and for a mcdonalds that's pretty darn good 👍🏽 🍔🍟 only issue was my daughter wanted a McCurry and they said their ice cream machine was not working and didnt offer an alternative or anything for her. That was the only thing dissapointing

Every Time... I mean every time I order a meal and fry's I get a large fry container half full...I'm tired of going back inside and complaining. It's annoying.

It's McDonalds...except more expensive. Because this is a McDonalds in The Hamptons, they feel they are allowed to jack up the price just because. It's irritating to know that I have to pay 30% more for the EXACT same thing at the McDonalds near my house.

The last 3 times I've come here I've ordered double cheeseburgers and asked for bacon to be added, I was charged each time and you guys never added it. Does anyone even pay any attention there. I shouldn't have to come back because you guys keep messing up the order

Well, stop for first time at this location and the employee at cash register has no courtesy, is rude and have no manners. On the receipt left hand side it has the letters and a number, KS#2. Hope this work for you, to locate such person. You will need more qualified people to work for you. Chao.

The A/C has been broken at this facility for over 3 months, it's 90 degrees outside. Not only are the workers sweating while cooking, you sweat while eating. Never saw anything like this before.

This store is supposed to be open for drive through at 6. That means that the restaurant should be ready to serve food at 6. It is now almost 7 and some Spanish lady gave me an attitude when telling me the chicken wasn't ready yet for chicken mcgriddle. Last I checked whatever shift that individual has, means be on time and ready. The food should be ready. Hire people that are responsible and know how to get to work. McDonald's....the multi-billion company...still can't seem to hire the right candidates..yet they want how much per hour?... Sorry but naaahhh. People that have trouble doing a simplistic job...and yes I've had hard jobs ...mechanic for example...so if.i have to be up and on point for my job I damn well expect a McDonald's employee to be do the damn same. Actually had to edit this ....this place is horrible when it comes to service...the managers act stupid when an order was placed 10 min prior on the mobile app. The people who work here...none want to walk the food out to curbside, or if they do it takes forever even when it isn't busy!!!!! Seriously get some new competent staff.

Very slow service!!! Manerger was very rude has no morals very bad customer service skills. I sat down to eat and he told me that I was sitting to long mean while it was approximately 15 mins would not return back also bathrooms are not kept up to standards! The place should be permently closed.

Oh my gosh...Hampton Bays, NY McDonald's...it was like they only serve their drive-through customers now and if you're at the counter, do not be in a hurry. They will get to you if and when they can. Once the customers start calling out, "Is anyone here?" multiple times before anyone comes out, that tells you something. At least 8 people were waiting to be helped.

I'm a tractor trailer driver who delivered to the stop and shop. I tried to go in at 630 and they refused to serve me even after pointing to my truck and telling that I couldn't go through their drive-thru.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to...consistently awful with order and time management...for the one time a week I go, I have to wait in a parking spot for my 2 item order. Today was the last straw...I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and a hash brown....the mcmuffin was simply thrown in the bag loosely with the wrapper just crumpled into a ball not even around my sandwich...last time I ever go there, save yourself the trouble and stay far away

This place never gets the order correct. Don’t place a curbside pick up order the employees are parked in the designated area. I don’t understand it is a franchise and should be closely monitored. I am appalled at how this place is run.

It's as if not a single person there cares one little bit about what they're doing.. When you spend 7 to $10 on a sand when you expect that sandwich to be a good sandwich... Poor customer service! I waited 15 minutes for 2 ice creams because the servers were too busy flirting with each other.Customers were subjected to them while we waited. They seemed to enjoy the fact that they had customers waiting and were in no hurry to do their work. Will not go back again!

Ordered one mcrib hold the pickle and small fries only. drive through. Gave me pickles and held onions instead. I was ready to blame food server but the order ticket said hold the onions. Totally sucked! We got take out… I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken… well no crispy no lettuce no mayonnaise soggy bun 2 pickles which is not to be on. And my fries cold. The only thing they got right was my vanilla shake. I don’t hardly ever get fast food and now I’m reminded don’t!

I am forced to give them a one start. We got there at 10:45 and asked if they were serving breakfast, a lady asked us to wait because their system was down. We waited and then someone from the kitchen said NO MORE BREAKFAST! My kids got very sad and upset. This is the worst Macdonald’s.

Waited 15 mins in drive thru my order was all wrong. $19.82 for 2 med coffees was the first clue my order was wrong, then I was asked to wait twice while the cashier got a manager to fix the order. I told her forget it, I had to go back to work.

Ever since the renovation and what I believe to be new staff, something has always been wrong with my order. Wrong sandwiches, missing syrup/butter for pancakes and most recently ice cold HOT coffee. Usually I don’t care to complain about the little things, but its every single time. Today when I drove back to McDonald’s because my hot caramel latte was ice cold the lady manager said “ it was 20 mins ago, of course it’s cold.” Like really I have to take the time to drive back to get a hot drink that I ordered and I hear that!? She eventually got me another one, but never offered a free drink card ( which I have gotten in the past for messed up orders) or an apology. Don’t know why I keep going there. Maybe train your staff better.

Cold fries nasty pies half cooked burgers. UNFORTUNATELY when I bring up the issues with staff they give you attitude. I've eaten here numerous times, sometimes it's good most the time it's not. So many other options in Hampton Bays.

Frank the manger on shift is completely useless. Needed to add to my order because I forgot my son’s hamburger. was told by frank the manager I could not because I exceeded my limit of orders per car. So now I have to go else where to eat. Key word is eat else where which we will be doing for now on. Get domino’s it is locally family owned and they don’t disrespect there customers like frank

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I visited last Saturday with a friend, and this was the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. When I placed my order, I wasn’t given a receipt. I politely asked for it at the counter, along with cups, and was told there was only lemonade available — yet we never received any lemonade at all. We ended up waiting an entire hour for our food, only to be given cold fries and cold cheeseburgers. The dining area had no napkins, no utensils, and no forks, which made the situation even worse. During the entire time we waited, we watched an employee stand at the counter on their phone instead of helping customers or preparing orders. It was honestly unbelievable. This store doesn’t deserve to operate with the staff it currently has. The overall experience was unacceptable, and something seriously needs to be addressed.

I recently was there getting a happy meal for my nephew. I order a 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal and ordered a side of ranch and buffalo’s sauce. I was charged extra .30 for a sauce. While about to pay I asked politely to remove the extra sauce my nephew doesn’t need 2 he’s 5. Anyways the girl KS #13 removed it while at the same time speaking on her ear piece making fun of me because I was asking to removed a .30 cent sauce all in Spanish and thinking i didn’t understand, lol . I received my receipt and my responds was ay muchas gracias. She went pale, like yeah you do that in-front of costumers? Yeah hope you’re reading this too. Thanks for making a nice person uncomfortable the same way I stared you down after. Yeah enjoy your 12pm clock out .

Except for Jessica, the other employees are worthless. It's like they're on vacation inside. They see me at the window. They make me wait. They ignore me. I waited at the window for 10 minutes. Three people were standing in front of me and no one was helping. Finally, I asked her name and she said Jessica. Jessica came and gave me my order which was ready. I thanked her very much. My order is ready. There is a tall young man who looks like a jerk and he saw me like a diver girl and ignored me.

I'm all for efficiency, but McDonald's system of making customers pull into a numbered parking spot and wait for their food is taking things a bit too far. It completely defeats the purpose of a "fast-food" drive-thru. What should be a quick stop turns into a frustrating wait. I've found myself sitting in these designated spots for upwards of 10 minutes, even when there's no line at the window. You're left wondering if they've forgotten your order, or if they're just prioritizing the cars behind you. Meanwhile, competitors like Burger King and Wendy's seem to have no trouble getting your food to you at the window. They don't have these reserved parking spots and seem to manage just fine, even during busy periods. This newer system at McDonald's feels like a step backwards in customer service. It's inconvenient, time-consuming, and takes away from the whole point of a quick drive-thru experience. I understand the need to manage high volumes of orders, but there must be a more efficient way to do it without inconveniencing customers. Until then, I'll be taking my fast-food cravings elsewhere.
