As always, staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food is delicious and just as ordered. They do run out of lemonade, really though, it isn't their fault. We as customers are gluttonous drinkers for that deliciousness. They are on top of it though, and quick to refill the dispenser. Bon appetite!

As busy as they were, we got our foods. Everything was excellent and good. There isn't a in-n-out everywhere. Whenever we see one, we take advantage of eat there. (6/4/2022) We're so happy that we were able to sit down and eat our burgers. They were quick about cleaning tables when the customers are done eating, so that others were able to have a clean tables. We were also happy that the workers keep an eyes for the homeless that come in to the stores for free foods AND drinks.

Growing up we didn’t go to In n out too often and man my parents failed me. The best burger place in the world. The prices are great, to food is great, and everything else is great. Animal style on both burger and fries.

Absolutely amazing, authentic Mexican restaurant and experience. The lady at the front was extremely nice and she was super friendly. The food was also absolutely delicious. They also have a salsa bar that I recommend for anyone that's ordering. Would eat here again if given the chance. 🤤

They're is always someone on the floor it seems, keeping it clean. Busy but goes by fast. Visited for 11.25.22 5pm dinner. Drive thru was full but they move fast. Fave burgers in town.

A good selection of delicious burgers for the whole family. The animal fries are the best and their Chocolate Shakes are yummy. I like the way they offer grilled onions or your choice. Drive-thru is always busy but I'm usually in and out quickly.

I can always trust in-N-out burger anywhere. It's a huge benefit to go to a brand fast food restaurant. It is also good to try new local food, but I prefer not to fail. It was easy to order, there was a wait just like always, but it did fail me. Kind man took the order in advance, drove to the window to make a payment, and received what I have ordered. Clear and easy. And ate the food in the car.

This was my first time trying In-N-Out (I'm from South Florida) NOW I get why everyone says this is a must try while in Cali.! I got a cheeseburger and fries. Everything was fresh, tasty, and affordable. Definitely did not disappoint.

Food was great, but we were shock to see a young lady not wearing a jacket in 48 degree weather picking up trash, what manager in there right mind would do that to a person, this is not Southern California, it kind of spoiled are delicious dinner because we all knew she was suffering, can the owner make this right and stick up and support these hard working woman in the valley 😭 I only hope this help. Without a doubt this is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They serve only three burger types but all three are nothing but exemplary craftsmanship. And the only burger that tasted better was in an artisan burger joint for 10x the price.

As standard of an In-N-Out experience as you could get; consistently good food, friendly service from staff, and a regularly cleaned interior. The only reason I knocked a star off of this location's atmosphere score is due to the somewhat rough crowd that can sometimes drift through, mainly in the form of homeless people who can sometimes be a bit pushy with their pan-handling. This isn't a fault of the restaurant itself, but compared to other locations that have more security personnel, the experience can be dampened by the presence of such solicitation.

So good and not greasy! It's a good filling burger that's perfectly balanced. The fries are a bit weird to get used to at first but they're freshly made each morning. You get the burgers pretty fast too. I love In-And-Out! Too bad there aren't any on the east coast!

Employees were friendly, considerate, and polite. Service was quick even when considering the large number of orders ahead of us. Food was hot upon service and neatly served in cute red trays with napkins and extra salt (very nice). The tables were messy and very few, but once we found seats, the table was pretty dirty as were the seats, and we had to use some of the complimentary napkins to clean the area.

Quite possibly the busiest In & Out location I’ve ever visited! Located just off the 198 freeway, it’s easy to access and well worth the stop. Despite the crowd, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was impressively clean. The food was prepared fresh, served warm, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tried the secret menu mustard-fried burger, definitely give it a shot—it’s worth it!

For as many workers working in the back the service was extremely slow, yes there was quite a bit of customers there but I've been to other in-n-outs when it's jam packed with customers and the workers were pumping out the orders left and right AND with less workers than the ones here. Maybe management needs to assist on handling the way things and or whom or what is needed to do to get food out quicker than the 40min wait we had to endure... food was good though

Last night lid wasn't pot on drink all the way so when I went to grab it at getting out of car ended up spilling entire large pink lemonade on myself. First complaint I've ever had with un n out, food is always good and employees are always polite. Accidents happen happen

Kayla was amazing! She truly went above and beyond for us. I told her I was a teacher and she suggested an amazing opportunity for my kiddos. The whole duration of our visit we saw her interacting with customers and her staff with enthusiasm and respect. She made our visit great!

Emily at the drive-through was exceptional, she was attentive, friendly, and made the entire ordering experience seamless. I will give it to them, they know what they are doing. Even when there is a huge line you get through pretty fast. The kitchen is always crazy I have never had a meal that wasn’t good. You can customize your orders to your liking. Protein style, animal style, raw onions whatever you want and they keep the prices very reasonable

I love their strawberry and vanilla shake :)!! There usually is never a line and that's thanks to the great staff. They have more than 10 people working so they get you in and out pretty quickly

Always enjoy In-n-Out. Food never really changes. We got a lot of overcooked fries at this particular one. It's like the oil needed to be changed out. The take your order guy and the drive thru window guy spoke really fast. I had to have them repeat our order and questioned the order again because I couldn't understand.

I've always heard about this restaurant but being from Pennsylvania I've never eaten at one. We stopped for lunch while we were staying in Hanford. The burgers were delicious they were hot, juicy, with fresh tomato and delicious cheese. The service was very fast. The only thing that took away from it was the French fries. They were honestly not quite done. They also tasted very bland. I'm going to say it must be a mistake. Please for a great burger give them a chance.

Only issue was we parked and went inside saving gas, doing the right thing for the environment, however, the SUV I was behind got their food about 6 orders before I got mine 😳🤔. It’s okay! I’m tired of it. The food is good but the lines can be very long. You can only get in-n-out on the west coast. The pricing is reasonable in comparison. And there is a hidden menu, for instance; if you want a 6x6 just ask. It’s not on the menu. Or a 4x4 same thing. The fries are good. The food is equivalent to other burger establishments that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

First time visiting and I am impressed. The menu is really simple and I got my meal for $8.50. The staff was incredibly nice. The only bad thing I have to say is that the service did take a little longer than expected in the drive thru but they were really busy at the time. It's a fun place to eat, The food is definitely fresh and tasty. The prices are fantastic. The service is always terrific with friendly staff.

The line was super long. My family always gets well done fries, but this time the fries were charred to the point where they were hollow on the inside. They tasted and felt like veggie straws they were so hard. Well done does not mean burnt other than that everything was pretty good.

I have never been disappointed in my ordering from here. Last night I went in and they were super busy and I had to wait a super long time! I received my food and fries were soft, soggy like. I took them back in and obtained a a replacement order. Same, soggy!! I was told they had just got new fryers and they were just getting used to them. There are a lot of things that I let pass when ordering food out and it’s super busy as it is sometimes understandable. However, the one exception of my french fries. They must be hot and crispy I’ve never experienced dissatisfaction at any In-N-Out. I would’ve been OK and just moved on but…..my burger order was not right either 😞 I gave it back to them and they made an effort by stuffing the missing parts. Not the same I’ll be glad when they are used to the new fryer. I can always count on the tasting the same, no matter what location I ordered it.

The burgers are tasty but always tiny and leave you still hungry, and the tiny toothpick size fries don’t help settle the hunger. Expect to have an ok bland eating experience. This place gets all the hype with no follow thru. They give you half an onion on your burger and half a head of lettuce on your burger maybe that’s why it’s so expensive. Also animal style is not worth it, it’s just extra thousand island dressing and extra cheap cheese.

Had lunch in Hanford today. It was busy, but not packed. Waited about 10 minutes for my order. Is it me or have they "thinned out" the hamburger Patties? Mine looked like a McD's cheese burger. 😑 The amount of lettuce they put on it, I could have made a salad. Burger was lukewarm and the fries not very hot! I did notice fries being made up and then sitting on trays for the rest of the orders, therfore getting cold. Lastly, the tables were not being cleaned after each guest left. People were literally waiting for tables to be wiped down and it didn't happen until I brought it to the attention of "Kayla" (Manager ???) "John" was walking in circles doing nothing until he was directed to clean the tables. Just "food for thought".... keep an eye on your lobby and ensure tables and floors are continually cleaned. Nobody wants to sit at a dirty table.

Waited too long in the drive-through, so I went in. I only ordered two items, and they forgot one of them. Sketchy... and their fries are always terrible because their freshness shelf life is 5 minutes. If not eaten there or in your car, food suffers tremendously. But we all know that already.

The burgers were good but the fries had obviously been sitting for a while. Had an order of regular fries and animal style. The animal style especially were under a heat lamp for a while, the spread had changed colors from the heat.

If you set aside price differences. Five Guys clears In-N-Out. It's a good burger, but don't spend an hour in the drive-thru for it. If you do care about price a double-double, fries, and a drink runs ~$12, which is about half what you would spend at Five Guys.

You're either a fan or not. Personally, I am not. The service was quick, efficient and courteous. The food isn't the best, more like your typical backyard BBQ. They don’t have anything here, no customer service, and frozen food! Look it up! They serve frozen food here and frozen laughing faces that intentionally make you wait longer than people who order and come in to the restaurant after you.
