Hello everyone, This was my first time coming to Amigos always drove by it but to be honest no one had ever invited me till recently. Me and my son coach at Chamberlin Baseball Academy here in Visalia and Mark invited us to have dinner and set up some tournaments. So if you want to have a drink and discuss some conversation with decision to be made along side some good food Amigos is your spot. Well I had the Chile Relleno with rice and beans and the sauce on top was delicious I really like the cheese ratio and the cheese pull was on point try it out. My son got the Richard Burrito and that is chile verde with rice and beans and it looked yummy. So if your ever in the area stop by and invite a friend that's how I ended up coming trying it out myself.

I have been going here for years and have always received great service! The line goes by pretty quick even during the rush hour. Their food is amazing and isn’t expensive. One side of the restaurant is a bar, the other half a regular dining place so that’s nice.

We recently had our Staff Christmas party here. It was a little disappointing. When we shared our concern at checkout and with Pam, they both were generous enough to comp us for our disappointment. They really showed GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you for all your help from The Crystal Barn.

Love their food, the service and the everyone that work their. Go to place few times a month. Family and kid friendly place. Lots Tvs for watching sports. Have bar area that is popular for any game. Not too nosey if your in the restaurant area. They even have a private room for parties.

Tried this place for the first time, Karissa provided the absolute best customer service ever, super friendly and attentive and we will be returning thanks to her. The tacos were amazing as well. I recommend this place for sure. We returned and luckily got another awesome bartender named Lina , love and appreciate these ladies personalities and friendliness . Thank you girls for being awesome people and giving 1000% top notch service. Your an asset to the restaurant and make it a better place👍🏻

Amigos has decent food. But only a portion of their staff is at all friendly and they are incredibly stingy with their salsa. They give you a thimble full and charge you if you ask for any extra. They have lost a lot of business over time because of this policy. If they changed this policy and were a little friendlier to their customers I would change my rating because the food is fine and the atmosphere is cool.

This place is good. I do like their menudo and their posole. The Chile verde has a lot of flavor. It is cafeteria style and they do have a good bar section

I got the nachos. I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor with the ground beef. Without adding the salsa for my side of chips it would have been unsalvagable. All the flavor was from cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Super mid Mexican food at high prices. Richard burrito? Overpriced. California burrito? Properly priced until you think about what $17 gets you elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Food was ok, delivery lady was extremely rude. They for some reason don’t take card if you pay at delivery and they interrupted a funeral service to make people scamper to find cash or they weren’t going to leave the food. They didn’t accept payment when I placed the order. They said they called me several times, which they didn’t. And there was no mention of having to pay in cash at delivery.

I’ve always advocated for Amigos as being a good family owned Mexican restaurant with a cool atmosphere, good service, and the killer ability to order exactly what you want but the last 4-5 times I’ve visited I’ve been really bothered by the attitude of a specific employee. Not sure what her name is but she’s got dark hair, wears glasses, and is in her mid 20’s and is always at the register. Every single time she’s working, she’s given myself and my party the worst attitude I’ve seen in customer service for no reason at all. I came with my dad and step mom today to have lunch for my 32nd birthday (Sunday Oct 12th, 2025) around 1:15-1:30. Before we could ask for drinks, she rudely announced our total as if she just wanted us to hurry up and pay. I asked for two soft drink cups and one corona with lime and salt. She grabbed the cups and slammed them on the counter, and then slammed the corona down as well but it had no salt or lime. We politely asked again for the salt and lime and she rolled her eyes swiped the corona and walked off before returning. I then asked for 3 chip bags and the salsa’s we wanted which she all but threw on our trays. We always tip at Amigo’s but not today. It left a very sour taste in our mouths after being treated like that by her, again. Like I said, this isn’t the first time she’s given us attitude for no reason at all. Management needs to step in and get this employee straightened out and preferably moved off of the register until her attitude changes. I know we are not the only customers because I watched her give attitude to everybody in front of us today as well as every other time I’ve encountered her. I’ve had enough with her attitude and I’m sure other loyal customers aren’t happy either. I love this place and hate to see it spoiled by one bad employee. Thank you.

Food is ok the service was terrible, for the price, workers don't treat you well, didn't get what we order, the lady looked so unhappy and sloppy while handling the food. We are not going back for sure
