Very good pizza a little pricey but what isn't now days . I rather spend a little more and eat a factory pizza 🍕 than any other pizza for about the same price and pizza factory is so delicious 😋. Very professional and friendly I highly recommend you go eat there.

The customer service I had tonight was AWESOME! The person who took my order was so polite and asked if I wanted certain sides that go with what I ordered that I would not have thought about. Definitely my favorite pizza place in Visalia!

Love the food here. Been coming to Pizza Factory for over a decade, and this one specifically has always had great service. The lunch buffet & salad bar is always delicious. For dinner we enjoy the build your own pizza (pepperoni & olive) and the all meat. The cheesy bread is amazing!

By far the Pizza Factory is best tasting pizza now. Me N Eds shot themselves in the foot with their new bagged, bitter tasting sauce.

I ordered take out. 1/2 combo, 1/2 all meat. The second pizza was 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni. Phenomenal pizza for all that I ordered for. I moved out of the area a few years ago and had to decide which number one pizza I had to have while visiting. In honesty, there's a place in L.A. which has won me over, however, in the central valley, Pizza factory wins! The other two were Me N Ed's, and Round table... By no means do I discredit the other two pizza places, they are awesome also. All three of them are amazing. If you only had one choice though, Pizza Factory wins.

The employees were very nice and friendly to the 3 of us who dined inside the restaurant. The salad bar and the combination pizza were super good. It was one of the best pizzas I've eaten in memory. The breadsticks were perfection. I loved the crisp of the crust but the softness of the inner bread. Pizza was crispy and had a stable bottom crust with excellent toppings which were fresh.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The dough is delicious. The cheese and sauce compliment each other. Whether you order just a pepperoni or load it up with everything you will not be disappointed. Not to mention the bread sticks. My kid can not live without those. They also have a salad bar thats good.

Just because I like my women big and greasy does not inherently mean I like my pizza that way. And let me tell you, the pizza was so greasy it made my second wife look reasonable. After taking 5 minutes(That's exaggeration It was more like two minutes) of degreasing this monstrosity and probably destroying a whole tree in the process(If the tree was like five months in its progress) I was finally able to eat it and it's actually really good. The cheese was really good and the sauce was incredible. If you think that the breadsticks are safe from the grease monster in the back, clearly holding the chef's hostage. That you would be wrong because it was also greasy, I understand that I am in the minority here and this is probably seen as a good thing. In fact, a good amount of you reading this are probably questioning even why I'm complaining about such a thing. And with that being said, Rebecca and Darrell, some of us have functioning cardiovascular systems or alternatively, don't like the taste of grease. I will probably come back here and ask them to go lighter on the cheese next time

Called in an order and they told me 20 minutes. Husband went to pick it up 30 minutes later…to give them plenty of time. When he arrived the pizza hadn’t been put in. After he shared he had to wait over 40 minutes for the pizza, that should have been done…they insinuated he was lying about having to wait for our pizza….as we had a small party of people at our house waiting.

It doesn’t compare to the Corcoran location. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and did not taste as good, the pizza was overcooked, in a nutshell. I too had to toss it, in the garbage. Customer service was great the pretty girl at the counter was a doll that earned them 2 more stars than just 1.

I have been to a couple of pizza factories and all seem to have different quality. I was a bit disappointed in the visalia location. Crust tasted bland and maybe I was spoiled before or maybe it depends on franchise or private owned, but instead of cherry tomatoes on the Greek pizza it was sliced tomatoes. There was no feta cheese. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

I love pizza factory. I do. This is not my favorite location, but it is the closest. The pizza is great, but the prices are high-but I don't mind that so much as great as the pizza is, and I get it, prices are rediculous on everything right now. But to charge $2 for a little container of ranch? Crazy!

To be honest, the pepperoni pizza my wife and I got wasn't anything special. It tasted kind of like a cross between pizza hut and little caesars. We agreed the pizza was a C- on taste. The one good thing that we got was the twisted breadsticks. In hindsight, we should have ordered two of those instead of the pizza because the twisted breadsticks were definitely a thumbs up.

This used to be my favorite pizza. Growing up with a PF in my hometown it’s still what I loved to eat when i moved to this area. Had not ordered pizza in a couple months but decided to today. Very disappointed. My xl pepperoni was so greasy that the insert was falling apart and stuck to the bottom of the pizza. The pizza was drowning in sauce and the grease and tons of sauce just made it soggy and not very appetizing. Never had these types of issues previously. Definitely a waste of $27

I've been eating at pizza factory for over 20 years & this is the worst one. I go here every now & then to see if it's gotten any better & it hasn't. I've been going to this one since the week they opened. (I've been to 4 others without issue). I went today & the crust was dark & crunchy, it hurt the roof of my mouth to eat it & the center was under cooked. Sometimes it has been even worst, been chewy & even doughy enough to stretch. This is ongoing since the first time I've gone to this location. 95% of the time it's been under cooked & 25% of the time it's under cooked & over cooked at the same time.

Food was good. Staff was kind enough to ask us if we wanted the over cooked pizza or if we wanted them to make a new one. Ice machine probably needs a good cleaning, found a slime booger in my soda. They have bottled soda, just dont get the ice.

I love the curry Pizza Company and their other locations like the one in Fresno but this particular location does not answer their phones and does not care whether customers are on hold. I called and was put on hold, then hung up on. When I called back no one answered waited. I waited 15 minutes called again no one answered customer service is horrible here.

We stopped going to this Pizza Factory a while ago. We finally went back its still the same. The people are rude and they started cleaning out the salad bar 2 hours before closing. Three Rivers is way better.

We recently attended Pizza Factory because it has always been a family favorite but due to the customer service we will no longer attend. My cousin order a pizza and they brought it out to her and specifically called it out by name. It turned out to be someone else’s order and the manager approached us very rudely and started to blame us for the mistake. We explained to her that the employee brought it out and specifically said my cousins name. She continued to blame us for their mistake and even went as far as to take the correct pizza back after it sitting there for almost 1 hr. That same night my husband was with the kids near the arcade area and he overhears the employee who messed up accusing our party of trying to take peoples food. They really should work on their customer service skills and teaching their staff to not bad mouth customers. I guess it’s hard in an establishment where even the owner is EXTREMELY rude.

I have been ordering nearly every week for the past month or so and we always order the cheesy bread sticks.I ordered two breadsticks with cheese for delivery. I guess the item I ordered was confusing. I was given regular breadsticks. It's my fault for not saying "cheesy stix" instead of breadsticks with cheese- fine I will accept that. When the rude lady on the phone said I needed to pay the difference AND bring the items back I was willing to. Mind you we did pay a delivery fee.. There aren't even cheese sticks on their paper menu. I get there and they didn't even start my order, 30 minutes later no apologies. I will not be coming back. Poor customer service over low food cost items. I will continue to tell my friends and family too. It's amazing what an customer service can do.

We tried to eat there this evening and had the rudest service and left before we even ordered. The staff refused to let us eat in a portion of the restaurant and wanted our party to split between two separate tables. They began picking up the salad bar an hour and a half before closing. We left before we even ordered.

Honestly I wouldn’t give this place one star but I had to in order to write this review. I’m truly disgusted and appalled by service I received. I paid $25.00 for a pizza that was cold, rubbery, and undercooked. The dough and toppings were not fresh. This pizza had obviously been sitting for awhile and it had been only 20 minutes from the time I ordered and picked it up. I called to tell them the pizza was not good and they asked me to bring the pizza back and they would refund my money or make a new pizza.so I did and when I got there the “manager was rude, argumentative and unwilling to set the matter straight. She did offer to make me a small pizza since Part of the pizza was gone. Well I paid for a large as I had 5 people to feed and had it been a hot delicious pizza I would not have takin the pizza back. I don’t recommend anyone eat at this restaurant.

I ordered a cheese pizza for the vegetarians in my family. They ended up charging me and giving me a pepperoni pizza. When I called they were nice just had me take back the pizza. Once I got there the owner and her daughter he very rude to me. I ask for the difference of a pepperoni to the cheese pizza and the owner straight up lied to me saying there was no difference and refused to refund me. Very rude and bad customer service!

It was horrible! Payed $48.00 for 2 pizzas that had the quality of something from Little Cesars. Crust nearly burnt and the pizza was extremely dry when I requested extra pizza sauce. When I called to complain they refused a refund and only would remake it if I brought back 75% of it which wouldn't have been a problem but I picked it up on my way to work for me and 5 if my coworkers and they weren't understanding of that either. Very disappointed and would not recommend Pizza Factory to anyone.

Never had a issue with this location until today when I placed a order over the phone and got there at the time they told me would be ready, still wasn't ready, fine little delay. Waited extra 15 min whoever was "helping" me (2 females) checked and said it's still in the oven another 5min. I think they were irritated because I added ranch and asked for some plates so we can eat there . Very disappointed and feeling unwelcomed as I can they they were mumbling something about me the customer

I did go in today with all of the leftover pizza. It was burnt and tough and was extremely hard to chew so we had one entire pizza left over. I was very kind and quiet when I brought this in today and the manager was very sweet. She went to the back to tell the owner and I was issued a refund. As the refund is being issued, the owner comes from the back and says make a note she can’t order pizza from here anymore. Unbelievably RUDE. I went in and spoke very quietly in order to keep this between us, and instead the owner of this place could not have been more rude. Never again.
