One of the best Japanese food place in Visalia, CA, I am a repeat visitor for dinner every time I stayed in Visalia. Reasonable price, fresh Sashimi and Sushi . Good teste. Love this place.

My favorite sushi place been their numerous times cant count i recommed the lobster roll,tnt,super devil those are my top 3 their green tea mochi is the best the staff is friendly and attentive

We sat at the counter, which I haven't done for a long time. The chef made us some incredible rolls (we tried the new lime roll and crispy spicy tuna nigiri) and I finished with a chirashi bowl. The fish was so buttery and full of flavor, we will be coming back!

Good food, and really good portion sizes. Sushi is wonderful, but the fried rice portion size is amazing. For $10.75, you get a humongous plate of fried rice.

I was able to book a reservation same day for a large group of all age ranges. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We tried many different menu items and they were each well presented and taste amazing. Will definitely return!

The sushi rolls were delicious. Our favorite was the Sakura Roll, which was a refreshing roll recommended by our kind host, Matthew. First time customer and I would definitely say we will be going back. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.

The food was very good but the waitresses lose track of time like one time I went I had to wait an hour just to get one bowl of ramen like what! If I had my whole family yea it would be worth it but come on guys keep up the pace !

This Japanese restaurant surprised me the first time I visited. I'm always delighted when I find one that serves uni on a regular basis, usually due to shelf life and the lack of discriminating palettes it's not common on the menu of most sushi shops I have visited. The kicker is that blue fin is on the menu, another very rare commodity in your standard sushi fare. The presentation, while not the best I have seen for small shops is still quite pleasing. The staff is pleasant, sociable and friendly. Lastly, the prices are in line with most every sushi shop I have visited.

The best spot for fresh sushi in the valley. Osaka provides a relaxed atmosphere and great service. I've been to dozens of sushi restaurants in California, and Osaka stands up to the best of them, from San Diego to Monterey.

Finally a great quality Ramen noodle! The tonkotsu Ramen noodles were a little on the harder side but still good, the taste was good as well. The broth and assortment of toppings is what topped it all off. Great flavorful pieces of pork, also add some fried gyozas to add to it and you’ll leave very happy. We have been to some ok places in the central and south valleys but this one wins for quality to price ratio. Come hungry leave happy, highly recommend to all noodle lovers. Will be trying the sushi next on our next trip!!

The combination of the California roll, the tempura shrimp, and sauces is amazing! Large helpings of fried rice too! The staff was friendly and checked on us constantly, and the food was out pretty quick! Looking forward to come back and ge the TNT Roll again!

Owner is very welcoming. Food is excellent with a really good variety/selection. We always leave so full because we try new rolls. The albacore roll is delicious! Edit: another great hit when looking to quench the appetite. Omega 3 is now Mt favorite, salmon, tuna, eel, what can go wrong?! Add an order of soft shell crab and voila!

Hot sake came out very hot (still hot by the second cup), which I really enjoyed, had a sweeter flavor than usual, and tasted of quality. Seaweed salad was refreshing and tender. For our entrees, we ordered the Crunchy Roll, Rainbow Roll, Tsunami Roll and the Caterpillar Roll (pictures from left to right). All of the fish tasted fresh and the rolls were a healthy size, so I think it more than justifies the price. The Tsunami and Caterpillar rolls were especially delicious. Servers came by to ask if we needed service a little too often, but that's the only criticism I can think of. Overall, a great sushi place.

If you are looking for a good sushi place to go,this is it. I eat here at least once or twice a month they always have excellent service, great food and a good atmosphere. I recommend this spot they are better than Sushi Kuu, in my opinion.

Sashimi and Sushi rolls are delicious, especially the Tsunami and Hawaiian Rolls, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices. Just wish they had a bigger selection of Sushi rolls.

I'm not a big fan of sushi, but this place served us some tasty food. The Morro roll was my wife's favorite, it's the one pictured here. my favorite was the Tsunami roll. The business maintains a very clean environment, no "fishy" smell here.

Had a pretty good dining experience at this sushi spot! The food was fantastic—everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out surprisingly fast. I have to give a special shoutout to the spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer and the chicken tonkatsu ramen. Both were seriously delicious and worth trying if you visit. The service was top-notch. We were seated quickly, and the staff was super attentive and friendly throughout our meal. They really added to the positive experience. The atmosphere was decent—I'd rate it a solid 3/5. It wasn't anything special, but it was comfortable enough to enjoy a meal. The only downside was that it was a bit on the pricey side for three people, but honestly, the quality of the food and service made it worth it. Overall, it was one of the better Japanese dining experiences I've had in the valley. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!

Upon entering I noticed the spaciousness of the restaurant. I was seated in a booth up front next to a window. This area had two rows of very comfortable booths. I met was by my server; she was soft spoken and very attentive. I ordered hot green tea. When it arrived at my table I was pleasantly surprised that I was given an entire hot tea pot. This was perfect because the tea cup was small and this allowed me to refill it myself with more hot tea. I decided on one of the lunch specials. But first I had to try one of the many appetizers. I ordered the spicy tuna over crispy rice; which was awesome. A large amount of spicy tuna on top of a crispy rice square, topped with a fresh jalapeño slice. As for my actual meal, I selected a plate combo with teriyaki beef and five pieces of sashimi. This included a small salad and miso soup. The soup and salad came out relatively fast. The salad was delicious, the dressing was just right. The miso soup was also great; not too salty. As for my combo plate, it was very good. The five prices of sashimi tasted fresh. I wish the pieces were larger but for the price it was appropriate. The beef teriyaki was also very good, just the right amount of fatty tender beef. The sauce was good but there was a little too much of it; not a big deal though. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I will for sure come back here the next time I’m in town.

I've eaten here plenty of times but was very disappointed today to find out that they would not serve me a side order of steamed vegetables. When I addressed the manager and asked why not, she basically said that the cook was refusing to do that. I told her I didn't understand because you could get it on the side with an entrée or you could get it done with tempura batter. Confused, I asked if the cook/chef is the owner and she said that he is. So basically the owner wants to bully people into eating his food the way he wants it done. So I'll never be coming back OR bringing friends here again. After fact as I was preparing to leave I was told the owner came out and offered to make me a side order for $2 or $4. I declined having been insulted already. Thanks anyway!

I wish I could have given no stars. Our food was horrible. We ordered 2 sushi rolls to start. The first one was horrible. The second one was a little better. We asked for a menu to order something different. When we explained to the 2nd server the experience we had with our food, she was rude. She took the 2nd roll off our bill because their was foil in it. We didn't order anything else. We paid our bill and left. We won't be back.
