Honestly probably the best in-n-out location I’ve been to quality-wise. But regardless can’t go wrong with it, they’re pretty cheap for what you get. Just prepare to be in the drive thru for like 20 minutes at most times of day.

As a first time visitor of In-N-Out chain., I must say this fast food chain really surprises me. Super friendly staff and clean toilets. The burger patty was unique!! We got the cheese burger and really enjoyed them!

Look forward to eating here every time I hit the mainland!! Love it! 🤙🤙🤙🤙 There’s not much more you can say other than awesome!!! The only negative is the long lines, but if the food sucked, they would be short! I will take the long lines and the great food!!!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙

This place is always awesome and super busy. The cashier was very nice too! What you see is a number 1, minus onions, extra animal style sauce and a flying Dutchman, which I put inside the burger to create a 4 patty burger. The drink is always a pink lemonade and I add salt to the fries. I also get a couple of ketchups. I like that this place is a Christian franchise and you can see that evidenced by the scriptures hidden on the containers food and drink are served in.

Very quick, even for an In-N-Out. Good was as expected and service was prompt. However parking was not very easy at this location. Was difficult to park and get around the drive- thru line. But that happens at a few locations.

The best Burger is found here although there was a long long queue waiting but the wait was worth it. I will look for a chance to experience the yummy taste again. Kudos In-N-Out and all the staff working behind the scenes to bring out the best burgers. All I saw through the driveway is a group of well coordinated staff working tirelessly to make a customer like me smile. Much love Guys and don’t give up..

I was invited here by my cousin who insisted I must have their burgers while visiting California. So I did and I was glad I did! These burgers are not your average, there are nearly the best I’ve had anywhere! The line was long but they served us pretty quickly. Great burgers, fries, and shakes!

they got my order wrong, I got 2 reg fries and 1 animal style. I ordered 2 animal style. but, I thought I messed up. so, at the pickup window, I ordered another animal style fries. Food was great! and when I ordered the fries, I didn't realize I didn't get my CC back. One of the employees ran outside and waved me down, to give it back. So I was very grateful for that.

All i got to say is, please go and try their food, & you'll know what a real burger and fresh fries are all about

Kinda fell off. Wait times can be long now, and because of the way they have the drive through set up I've been cut the last 3 times I've came, sometimes waiting 45 minutes. They should put ropes in-between the cones to prevent cutting, normally I wouldn't care, but it's happened the last 3 times, I usually stop for a quick dinner, before I drive 1hr 20 min home, it's not longer a quick stop.. the one on north side Visalia doesn't have this problem.

I have been to just about every in-n-out from Sacramento to San Diego and this is be far the worst one I've ever been to. Waited in the drive through to 45 min do to poor flow design and no crew memberoutside to take orders ahead of tim. After finally getting the food it was the wrong order had to park and walk inside to correct it which they did so with no issues. But the restaurant was less the clean.. not dirty but not clean.

I asked for spread he only gave me 2 for 3 burgers and 3 fries so I asked for extra and the guy rolled his eyes. And got upset. And gave me food all with an attitude. That service is uncalled for.

I ordered an animal fry and they gave me one that was sitting out on the counter for who knows how long. It was cold and gross, just go to Tulare for in n out this store sucks

Austin and Amarissa were very inconsiderate managers. After I addressed my concerns, they refused to come out and handle the situation in a professional manner. I waited over an hour in line and specifically stated that I wanted fresh food due to the wait, yet I was still given cold food. To make matters worse, no apology was ever extended by either manager. Completely unacceptable—do better! Karen was the only one that had great customer service when being addressed with the problem. Maybe she should be manager since the others don't have the qualifications.
