Donut Factory is a hidden gem. Fresh donuts, soft and flavorful, and you can tell they’re made with care. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick even during busy hours. Great spot to grab a morning treat or bring donuts for the office. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Tasty donuts, hot coffee, the beeping of the old register, it’s all good here! The staff and service is always great. That classic donut shop atmosphere that feels like a time capsule when you walk through the door. You’re no longer an adult anymore when you step in. For a brief moment you’re a child again, at the counter, waiting for the one thing you’ve been thinking about for hours. It’s all that matters to you. Bills, responsibilities, worries, that can wait. You just want that donut.

We are from Arkansas and we're visiting family. I spent 75 dollars and felt like a kid in a candy store. So much variety and everything was delicious. I wish I could bring this store back to Little Rock.

This was my first time going here, I had never been to any of the locations but chose the one on Mooney since it had better reviews and was open a little later. Let me tell you it will not disappoint. My mom picked up these donuts around 11:00 am and I got a chance to eat them around 2:40 pm. I thought they would have been hard by the time I ate them but they were super soft and delicious. I took these to my school for my birthday celebration and everyone was saying how delicious they were. Although if you’re looking to buy a bunch of donuts or a specific donut I would go in early just to make sure they have them. My favorite donut was definitely the sugar even though it’s their least popular. Definitely recommend this place. Excellent customer service. Clean and organized. Delicious donuts. I loved how they sometimes have special decorated donuts for kids.

Putting 4 stars only because I bought a dozen donuts today and holy moly the prices went up to $25. Almost $2.00 a donut. Inflation has infiltrated everywhere. Very tasty and nice workers but this will be a once every months trip now.

Good standard donuts. I saw that they had some cutesy and colorful donuts too, like with cereal toppings. If you're into posting your food on Instagram or Snapchat, one of those would make a good addition to your feed/story lol. They are a tiny bit pricier than other donut shops I've been to around here, but if you're near by and are really craving a donut then come here.

The display is beautifully done, reminds me of a Paris pastry shop but for donuts. Its somehow outta the way but tucked into the middle of everything. Had good donuts a bit more pricey though.

I have to say good Donuts the terrible customer service unprofessional disrespectful and very rude employee the little short Asian lady no respect and I highly recommend that nobody goes to this place on top of that I seen cockroaches crawling through the donut rack unbelievable I will be contacting the health department
