The last couple of times we've gotten subs here they've been really good. They have really stepped up the quality and freshness of their ingredients. Subs are like they used to be when they were a new store.

This is by far the best place ever to eat. They are fast. The food is fresh. The service, They are very friendly. I love this place.

I tried to place an order online and kept getting an error message..So I called and Mr. Harjid was wonderful! He was so nice and has the best customer service. Greatly appreciated 🙌🏼 Thank you for all your help today.

I think Port of Subs is by far the best sandwich chain place. The bread is fresher than other places. They put a good amount of deli/veggies too. And their prices are still competitive. All about that mayo/mustard spread.

I went to Port of subs yesterday because I felt like something healthy to eat, but I have a special diet and can't have bread right now. I was going to get a sandwich wrapped in lettuce, but the young lady working there also told me about the option of getting my favorite sandwich, made into a salad. I had never heard of that! The salad was absolutely wonderful! I didn't miss the bread at all, and was very happy she recommended me the new option! I will be getting those from now on! I'm thankful for the good service and polite server 💜

Fantastic subs. I like this place way better than subway or deli delicious or even better than Jimmy John’s. Port of subs always has Fresh meats and fresh cut cheeses. I’ve even ordered a party platter for a work event, and they were on time when I picked up, and staff is very friendly. Probably my favorite sub sandwich place for quality and fresh cut ingredients.

It might have been the time we came late at night. The ladies served us well asking questions, but they seemed ready to go. There weren't any smiles or friendly greetings. The food was good and fresh and tasted well. I like the meat bread ratio.

4/2023: just started coming back here and sandwiches have all been great. Service has been below par. Waited a little over three minutes for a staff member to come out from office to greet me. Then she spoke very little. Basically "what do you want on it" and "your total is $13.25". That was absolutely it lol. 2016: Looks like I'm done going here. Ordered a large and it looks more like a baguette. If im getting half a sandwich, I expect half the price.

So far Great customer service ordering a 6 ft over the phone, very patient and helpful helping me figure out our order and you get a variety of 3 subs ! Hopefully will taste as good as subs we have had there in the past for lunch...:)

Not sure what these ppl are smoking. $13 for a 7in sandwich you're crazy. Food is good but not $13 good. You can go to Jersey mikes and get a footlong with more meat and better quality for the same price.

The customer service is horrible like the girls that work there don’t want to be there you can obviously tell and they give you attitude like they are having a bad day and They have that attitude face like you’re bothering them . But the sandwiches are good. But lacking bad in customer service

Zero stars! Two of my sandwiches in my order were fantastic, exactly as I ordered online and delicious. The 3rd sandwich and salad I ordered were quite the opposite. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE SALADS. Skimpy is an understatement! Completely unappealing and over priced. The third sandwich had wilted spinach and the unedible stems of the Pepperonchinis. These employees do not care about the quality of the food they serve. Will not be back.
