One of my favorite places to eat. I prefer the slice cheese over the grated cheese on the chili cheese dogs, it gave it a different flavor and texture. Clean restaurant pleasant staff. Hot food. Quick service. Liked the can of chili to take home yummy!

I don't know the name of the lady who helped us in the drive-thru, but she is so nice, excellent customer service, always gets our order right, has a smilewhen she greets you at the window. . I just wish I knew her name so I could give her recognition in the survey. Since the new management took over, it has been so much better.

Went to get a chili dog and French fries. I had coupons on my phone and it cost 5.00 for 2 chili dogs and a medium fries. Pretty good. Just the size of the hotdog is small.

This is our spot to go whenever we are craving it while in Visalia.We may not be able to sit inside but always have our spot to park and eat. Then we always have our little squirrel friends come by for some fries. They are just the cutest. My sons fave are the chili cheese fries which he calls CHEESE FRIES. Everything is always good & we never have any complaints & ABSOLUTELY LOVE the variety of lemonades they have the. SO GOOD

Came here late in the evening. All the csr 's were very nice and really polite. Had to wait a little bit because they were cooking a fresh batch of fries (which they advised me of before I paid, which a really appreciated) . Some of the best Chili cheese fries I've ever had. Great job

Good deals on chili cheese hot dogs and fries. I used to go to Taylor's for my hot dog needs but now I come here because the hot dog has much more taste and seems bigger. They always mail out coupons that have great deals for combo or free drinks with any hot dog purchase. The inside of the place is pretty small and parking is small as well but the service is quick. Restrooms are clean and well maintained by the workers. They also carry other foods, such as burgers, shakes, some desserts and other seasonal items. Would like to see more locations come to Visalia and hopefully have them bigger.

This place has always been one of my favorites. Thankfully the food is good and it's fresh here. Never got hotdogs that looked like they've been sitting around all day.

Nice new building and easy to get in and out of. I went for my mom and she indicated the food was good. Took a little while but food was hot. Price is acceptable considering amount of food. Bathroom was clean and stocked.

Staff was polite and accomidating... Prices were little more then I remember but more food options available. Food was great and place was clean.... And the dipped cone was spectacular and inexpensive. And I love the daily DEALS on desert they now offer.

Good value for the money, offers student discounts and have fast service when you're I'm a hurry. They also offer daily specials and can be quite accommodating. Orders however can sometimes be mixed up or made incorrectly

On my latest visit, they took several minutes to get my order ready. I had ordered a few things, so I didn't really care. However, when I got home, I was missing 1 corn dog. I went back to tell them and they gave me 4 corn dogs to make up for it. Nice service and food is good. They also have good deals.

The staff are polite and I've never had an issue with my order. I prefer to eat inside so I can enjoy the music! I'm happy to have a location closer to home and work than Hanford or Fresno.

Their chicken strips are good but they lay them on top of the fries and causes fries to be soggy rather than their normal amazing texture. So definitely won't get them together if I have the choice

I ordered a combo with 2 chili and cheese dogs, fries, and a drink. I also added a 6 piece of jalapeno poppers. Dogs were good. Not going to lie, I would have preferred a cheese sauce rather than the shredded cheese but I enjoyed the chili dogs. Jalapeno poppers came with ranch for dipping and they were fire. Wasn't a fan of the fries personally but they weren't bad. Was so hungry because I skipped lunch that I woofed this meal down without taking any pictures 😆

Wouldn't let us add something small at the window. Said it was because of Covid. They were NOT busy with only 1 other car behind us and it was an off hour. Food was handed out the window with nothing said. They wouldn't even look at us. Felt like they didn't want the business.

Long wait to get our food which was only 2 chili cheese dogs and 6 plain hot dogs. Then when we got our food, they were all chili cheese dogs. They were out of ketchup which is a must in this food chain!

Food was great, the prices are really high for a simple corndog or chili dog.... The location not great. Hard to get in and harder to get out... Having to turn one way drive down the street not able to make a u-turn so have to turn on that street just to pull in a parking lot and turn around to be able to get in the right lane to get on the highway... What a headache!!

Wienerschnitzel used to be a place to get more food for less money and the food was good and still is but this goes for all fast food to be honest the food and the prices are not worth it but this is what you have to deal with when companies are forced to pay their employees $20.00/hr. I hope someday this get resolved but it's very unlikely

You know.......it's sad. I'm all excited about them bringing back Bratwurst for a limited time. Go figure, a German fast food restaurant that doesn't serve German food... except for "A limited time".... I mean, the place is called Wienerschnitzel... but NO SNITZEL! Only American cuisine. Food ok but not what i remember. Been years since i had chlli dogs. Everything else was good. Little pricey but ok.

I give two stars for the reason that they messed up on my order which is fine if they fix it right and then I go back in to let them know. Then they throw some chili cheese fries in there that they had I'm assuming sitting for a little while because the french fries were stale and cold and I didn't feel like going back in to complain a second time.

Fries were inedible cause they were hard as a rock. Burger patty was over cooked, dry and old. Hot dog was old and rubbery and dried out. I will never go to this place again! 🤮

I only ever go for Tasty Freeze! I don't like any of the food options here. Well I am not a hotdog person. But most of there other things like there burgers just aren't good. But I do give credit to the Jalapeño poppers.

The staff was great and very friendly but the quality of the food is one star. Upgraded to all beef hot dogs but there's not much of a difference in taste. Family tried the Chicago dog, sauerkraut, junkyard and chili dogs but would not order any of those items in the future. Chili looks like jelly...not appetizing.

Fries are not good. They taste like cardboard. Chili fries are sad. Attended the celebration for their 58 year where they were giving out 58 cent hot dogs and it took me almost an hour to get my order. However their nutter butter shake original is pretty good and I would recommend the shake over the food.

It took forever for a couple of chili dogs when we were the only ones in line. Then we get home ( on the other side of town) and the two chili dogs that we had ordered we're not in the bag but they said they were when they handed our bags to us. I should've checked but we just left anyway to get home and eat. They were nice and give us the two chili dogs when I called but they were very cold and not worth the drive.

Horrible customer service.... Ordered a 35.00 dollar amount of food, Evelyn got it all wrong then complained to her staff saying she didn't and was basically her word against ours. Was notoriously rude to me over the phone. On top of giving me a wrong order of food she said she'd only give me a 5 chilly cheese dog option (6.99 special) to replace my wrong order. I said that wasn't acceptable.. she then said to speak with another manager the next day. Next day.. same lady same attitude no resolution. I will file a report with my card issuer and never again go there.

I didn't realize that hot dogs could taste so terrible. Unfortunately, I purchased 12. And only 3 halves were eaten. Really bad meat. The "chilli" looked like dirty brown water, and they still just barely put any of it on them. Also they didn't give me any condiments.

Ordered food from the drive thru yesterday and when we went to the drive thru window the staff was making fun of my mom which was VERY RUDE as they were obviously talking bad about how she looked and stuff because the one staff member had pointed at her and started laughing. We are NEVER ordering food were here again.

Drive through... Suppise to take a couple minutes lets say max 7 minutes. How hard is it to make a corn dog you know?... 15 minutes as the ONLY drive through client like really? I know some places suck to work at but if the employees work like sloths who is going to want to hire them in a better business?

We’ve been 3 times before today and they close early when online it says they are open, we pull up to the window and they don’t open it just shake their head. Today when we went 11/14/23 at 8:05 we wanted ice cream we got there and they said they had just ‘cleaned it’ and it would take 30 min when they close at 10. Why would they clean the machine 2 hours before close makes no sense.

Worst customer service. The wannabe boss man arguing with me over taxes. 92 cents taxes on $6 is wrong and when I tried to explain it, he got huffy and asked if I knew all the taxes. What amazes me is that there's a sign that states under new management. Food was ok, had better. I'd rather travel to Hanford than to deal with this sad person. My warning to you is to check your receipt or calculate your total as they do charge you more than what you are supposed to pay.

This place is a joke! The staff failed to give my family 4 chili cheese dogs we ordered while in the drive thru. Once we got home, no chili cheese dogs were in the bag. We immediately left to go back and even called to discuss the discrepancy to retrieve our missing food items. The manager said she would not give us the remaining order and would "compromise" and give us 2 chili cheese dogs. This isn't "let's make a deal". We paid for 4 chili cheese dogs and want 4 chili cheese dogs. She, the manager, even accused us of removing food from our order to try and get free food. Needless to say, I will not return. Joke of a restaurant

Giving it a 1star because the staff working today were rude. Got food around 3:15 to 3:30pm and they appeared friendly, however they don't talk quietly enough when they are making fun of customers. I personally will never go again.

The staff member who worked the register on Sunday is unprofessional.I noticed after a staff member touched the cash register , took out the trash, he began preparing the food without washing his hands or applying gloves. It was disgusting. You will eventually get sick eating at that place.

The food is the same as all fast food employees can't mess that up. But the service is something totally different. Asked 2wice for water before they gave it to me. One of my items was not in the bag. My wife called aboot it ,and they had the nerve to ask her if she looked in the bag. (And of the 4 items we ordered, that was her only item), then while im driving, i pulled everything out of the bag to realize i never received a fork that needed to be used with 1 of my items. Thanks for the good times. So when we went back after finishing what we started off to do this day ( still hungry) My wife went in the store to get money back ( which they did) spoke with the manager aboot the problem and he was offended she brought this problem back to him. first of all, I ordered a hamburger and chili cheese fries, and a shake. I got my food and then the worker brought me a large drink cup. I finished my food then I went back up to the counter after I waited a while because they got a little bit of a rush and it looked like they had little kids there like as if it was take your kids to work today. I kindly said excuse me I actually ordered a milkshake and you gave me a drink cup. The guy said with an annoyed attitude, pointing at the ice cream machine that the ice cream machine was out. and continued to repeat that a few times. I didn’t want to make a scene and I said oh I’m sorry the lady that took my order didn’t tell me that. I went back to the table. I was sitting at looked at my receipt and noticed that she still charged me for a shake. But at no point did anybody try to let me know that there was no ice cream. This place seems like it is poorly ran and poorly managed.
