This is probably the second-cheapest option after McDonald’s, but they almost always miss something in the order. I highly recommend double-checking your bag before leaving. The food is fine for the price, but the consistency definitely needs improvement.

Decent new burger king, clean and quick service. But they boast about a play space. My kids were very excited to stop. But there was only 1 slide, that was not even slippery. They had better luck clbing UP the slide. Also, the play room was very stinky. Won't be stopping here again.

This is a mixed review. The restaurant was great. Service, food was awesome in the restaurant. The coffee counter which is in the restaurant entrance. Sucks in every way. The girl was rude and took forever to make two coffee's. Guy comes in 5 minutes after wife and I ordered. Within minutes two coffees and pastries out the door he goes. Still waiting for 5 minutes after this.

Beautiful new restaurant, flat screen TVs everywhere, table top monitors for children to play games on and keep them entertained while adults eat. Great counter service employees, happy, competent, working hard to make sure your order is correct. I have always preferred BK's flame grilled burgers over McDonald's but for some reason my burger this time didn't have that great taste I was used to. I'll give them another try and recommend this location next time you have a burger craving.

I can't believe management let this employee wear this!!! What the heck. I contacted BK customer service but they never responded. There were kids and families there. Both the employee and manager on shift should be fired.

DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A BOURBON BBQ WHOPPER, WRONG INGREDIENTS ON THEM, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HAVE A HAMBURGER PATTY, CHEESE, BBQ SAUCE, CRISPY ONIONS, BACON, AND JALAPENOS ON THEM.

The burgers are cold, you can never get a hold of anybody when you call Iand complain. And it took me 30 minutes to get two hamburgers. Getting a hold of a manager is impossible if you call or go there. I used to like Burger King.

You're Supposed To ACTUALLY COOK The Fries. 8 individual fry servings, all RAW. They refuse to pick up the phone and corporate reserves 48hrs to 'get back to you'. - Food Safety Here is QUESTIONABLE AT BEST.

Every time I have gone to this location the drive through always takes a long time despite the fact that there are barely any cars. I’ve also been disappointed by the fact that what they supposedly call Sprite tastes disgusting, I’ve let it go in the past but it gets to a point where it seems like no one has complained so they continue to do it. So let me be the first to do so, whatever they are serving in those cups and calling it Sprite is just an out right abomination cause there is no world where Sprite should taste like that. Fix it, for everyone else cause I will not be returning.

NO Refunds; so the staff is RUDE! !HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place should be closed down! The excuse was short staffed. I spent $44. After placing a drive through order, I waited more than twenty minutes parked outside With 2 other cars before asking about my drive through order. I was then told the order was NOT complete. I waited additional ten minutes & asked for my money back. The incompetent cashier who posed as the manager though the managers name is printed on the door, spins around looking for the NO Refunds sign which was a 5x7 laminated on the counter, though clearly NOT posted in the drive through. And then she began sarcastically indicating my only option was to wait for the food or forfeit my hard earned $44. After an additional five minutes & the order was WRONG! I walk in AGAIN to ask for them to fix the order and of course she threatens to call the police on me...I arrived at 8:56 am & left this horrible establishment at 9:42 am with an incomplete order. AND I paid for a man's meal as a dine in order & the second time I went in I realized he did not have his food.... it was sitting on the counter in a bag... YES I AM REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Worst burger King in visalia they gave me a whopper with very little lettuce, a splotch of mayo, very little ketchup and a diet coke even though I asked for Dr. Pepper. This wasn't the first time it's happened. And the employees are ridiculously rude.
