The food is nothing amazing, pretty standard fast food. I find it’s definitely preferable to support a local business like this though over some big fast food chain. That being said sometimes it does feel like the staff is a bit more rough around the edges when it comes to customer service. That being said it’s quick and cheap and the combo of burgers and Mexican food is nice.

Man I was so hoping to eat at this spot while driving back from. Sequoia. But it was definitely lacking. First off, greeted at speaker with what do you want? Then got my nachos and they are smothered in olives. I ordered nachos and there really wasn't much to them. Better off getting the old school 7 eleven nachos. And the taco meat sandwich looked like cafeteria food. With a name like buns and torts I was looking forward to something special, but just average cafeteria food with not really friendly service. One good thing was prices weren't bad.

It was on August 24th, 2025 at 3:12pm I was greeted with what do you want?, then when I asked for the total, the lady in the speaker responded with: it'll be at the window. Shevwas very rude in her responses. But the young man at the window where you pay & pick up the food he was very friendly and welcoming. To be honest every time my family & I, go to this place we always go through the drive thru & it's the same rude workers. Great food, but their service is unprofessional, if I had to rank them for just their service it'd be a -5 star. I don't recommend this place to anyone because of how rude they are.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat at this place and I ordered a double cheeseburger and when I ate the cheeseburger, the bun was are ready soggy and it was just nasty. I was so upset because I was supposed to go to Smashburger, in Fresno but my boyfriend told me this place is good and I believe him and it was not good at all

Waited about 15 minutes for two sodas. We got home and went to take a drink from one. We don’t use straws so we take the lids off to drink, and thankfully we did because this was right on top of one drink. Absolutely disgusting and we will not be returning. Service has been super slow recently anyways.

I wanted a quick lunch so I stopped by the drive thru. The woman taking orders through the speaker was not very friendly, however the boy taking payments at the window was nice. I ordered the green burrito meal and ended up with a red burrito meal instead. My burrito and fries were bland and unseasoned and I don’t think I’ll stop by again.

This is the worst place I’ve ever ate first time tying it and very disappointed very expensive and employees were very rude. Started off by For forgetting half my order had to come all the way back plus they Did not get my order right I specifically ask for no lettuce or cheese due to a health condition I still had to take everything off myself The burger look like it already had been from another order These workers are very lazy very rude And take forever for one simple thing like water Do not waste your money do not waste your time

I ordered a hamburger here and was shocked to find visible mold on the bun. When I called to inform them, the manager told me I could bring it back for a refund, but that was the only resolution offered. I expected more concern about food safety, especially since moldy bread suggests improper storage or expired ingredients. Mistakes happen, but it makes me question their quality control. Hopefully, they take this seriously and ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
