This is a great restaurant. The food is amazing. Ive been here about 4 times now and the service and quality of the food have been consistent. I usually order the rice and chicken plate along with the garlic chicken wings and shrimp and chicken spring roll- ALL 10/10 🔥 🔥 Great place highly recommend 👌
The drive is so worth it here✅ first, the atmosphere💥 service💥 and the incredible food choices are 💥 if there was a sixth star I would give it too. I don’t mess with long distance driving to go eat at a place that I feel and almost taste from afar give them a try. It is also a pretty town.
Came to this new pho spot in Hanford, tried the combination bowl it was very good, service was also on point! Will definitely be back.
The pho here is DELICIOUS. Its a more traditional style Vietnamese place whereas a lot of other places are a fusion of Lao & Vietnamese. The appetizers are pretty phenomenal too! The staff are friendly, quick, and attentive. The noise level can be pretty bad at times when they've got the music turned up too much along with having a lot of customers that are talking. Otherwise, its a clean place with delicious food! I've been coming here since the first day they opened and I havent been disappointed.
I eat pho probably a few times a year and I’ll be honest, I don’t know exactly how to eat the soup. I kinda just throw whatever they give me in the little bowls into the soup. But for my first time eating here, I finished my entire soup which is good and bad. Good because it was delicious but bad cause it was a large serving and my stomach was full for hours. We also tried their pork sandwich, reminds me of a place up in Stockton. My daughter got the pork and rice and she gobbled that down. It was packed when we came and people kept coming in the door for take out and dine in. So it must be pretty good. They had someone cleaning tables, taking dirty dishes away and sitting us down. Very delicious! Highly recommend!!
Springs rolls were delicious. Pho has really good flavor. Bahn mi was amazing!
As a Viet born and raised in San Jose, CA, I have to say Pho Wynn has the best pho in Visalia, not that there’s much competition. The broth was rich and savory and they provided plenty of noodles and meat with my large order. The rice plate was delicious as well. The service here (unlike many other Asian-run eateries) was superb. The waitstaff was attentive and yes, I actually got my water refilled a few times! Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a more authentic (my subjective opinion obviously) take on Viet food, and not what someone thinks Visalians would want from a Viet place. Just come before noon as it seems to get very busy at that time.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They constantly checked in with us about what we needed. The good was soooooo gooood! I had the shrimp and chicken vercimelli noodles and the seafood pho. I have not had pho that good in such a long time! The amount of meat served in both those dishes was great and the flavors were amazing!! This is my new favorite place to eat!
I ordered the Thai tea and the V1 Vermicelli Bowl with pork. The portions were huge and the food was delicious. The fish sauce for the Bowl was good and sweet and not overly fishy but a good compliment to the Bowl. Make sure you're really hungry if you order it, because it's so much food. The Thai tea was great. 10/10 will be eating there again to try the other items.
We stopped at Visalia for 3 nights and had food at this place twice! Amazing quality, super delicious and reasonable price! Highly recommend the house special Pho! If you are into Asian foods please check this place out!
The food was fantastic. Very light and filling. My family couldn’t get enough. We got two kids size pho with beef. My husband and I got the combo bowl. It was delicious. The service was just as amazing with attentive staff that was very kind. We look forward to coming back to the well lit and energetic atmosphere.
Ordered house special pho and grilled shrimp orange rice! Very friendly staff. Visiting sequoia and came here twice first for dinner then back again for brunch! Orange rice is so tasty never tried anything like this before
Pho soup #3 was very tender and had lots of flavor the noodles where also cooked to perfection. As an appetizer I had grilled meat spring rolls lots of flavor again and the peanut sauce add extra flavor to the rolls.
Absolutely lovely place!!! Great and fast service; and the reccomendations were amazing!! The rib pho and garlic chicken were phenomenal and our servers were soooo so sweet! Cant wait to come back
Food was delightful ❤️ We ordered The house special pho with no tripe, shrimp pho, crab rangoon, and egg rolls. Everything tastes great and fresh ! The shrimp Pho had great flavor The House special had less flavor but delish meats. We would definitely come back❤️
I had to come visit this place with my parents, I was recommended by a friend. I had the chicken pho and it was delicious the flavor was off the charts. If you like pho you have to try this spot, it was packed so it's pretty well known..
Wonderful House Special Large Pho with Fried Vietnamese Eggs Rolls and Salt and Pepper Fried Chicken. My wife and I split everything and still had plenty of leftovers to take home.
The food was excellent. I tried the V1 (rice vermicelli with pork, shrimp and an egg roll). It was so good, I left my bowl completely empty. It's difficult for me to find an egg roll that I actually like, but this one was extremely good. I also got the pork belly sandwich and it was extremely good. Both dishes, the flavors are plentiful and balanced perfectly in the dish/sandwich. My wife got the pho and it was also very good. The Thai tea is very good as well. The restaurant is new and has been completely redesigned from that was there previously. The atmosphere is great - bright and lively.. the vibe and energy feel great inside this place. The owner, Alex, seated us personally and spent a lot of time explaining the food, the menu and we had great conversation overall. I would definitely recommend eating here and we'll be back.
Stop by in Visalia after the mall. Wanted some Pho and this place did not disappoint. Service was quick. Daughter and I both ordered the V6 PHO with steak. We both ordered a medium bowl. I ordered a Thai Tea. Broth was a bit on the light side as others have mentioned on other reviews. But taste is great and the portions are big. I usually finnish the medium size bowls, but this go around I got full and left about 1/4 of the broth. Thai tea was sweet n smooth. Could not finnish that either. As mentioned place was busy , but service is quick and all the workers were friendly. Great spot. Hope the one in Hanford that is scheduled to open this year 2025, is just like this one.
Every time I visit Pho Wynn in Visalia, I leave impressed—not just by the food, but by the consistently exceptional service. The staff are always kind, courteous, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the entire dining experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Eva and Kai, who go above and beyond every single time I come in. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly stand out and make each visit memorable. Pho Wynn is a place where you can count on both flavorful, comforting Vietnamese dishes and top-tier service. It’s a gem in Visalia that always delivers. — ★★★★★

Legit Pho and Vietnamese food. Finally somewhere in the Valley other then Fresno. Decently busy, the restaurant is a bit small for how busy but service is fast. Also since you get your food so quick people move in and out of tables pretty quick. Highly recommend.
This place hands down has the best Pho! They do not skimp on anything and it is always amazing. Their bahn mi are also fantastic! We honestly haven't gotten anything else despite going almost weekly because theyre just so good. Highly highly recommended

Pretty good. Almost great; Menu needs a more comprehensive overhaul (servers need a better understanding of it) & the condiments on the tables need to be wiped down. The proteins were excellent, the veggies were good, overall a clean/fresh meal, the extras are almost required to eat properly and run about 4-5$ each, so tack that onto an average price of $16.00 and it's a bit pricey. Almost $5 for sodas... Overall it's a nice spot on the verge of being great. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼
Went here on a Tuesday evening. It was pretty busy and constantly busy throughout the visit. Parking is easy to find. When you enter the person at the counter guides you to your table and given a menu. I ordered a regular seafood phó, but the waitress recommended using the chicken broth instead of the beef broth. Definitely worth getting the chicken broth. There's a nice touch of garlic that adds to the flavor. They don't skimp on the seafood portions and the regular bowl is enough for one person to get full. We also add Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings and those were good too. Overall, the phò was really good with good portions. Very warming and comforting. They're known for their banh mi's since they were previously KC Noodles at the Sequoia, so I recommend getting that too. Definitely worth going.
Stopped in Visalia during a road trip and came across this pho place. I didn’t have high expectations however I ended super satisfied with my meal! The thai tea was so delicious and sweet, one of the best I’ve ever had. I got the House Pho and the broth was a little diluted but pretty good overall.
Is this still considered new as of 5/6/2024? Pretty darn good. Good banhmi sandwich with quality bread. And pho broth is flavorful too, not too heavy. The pho noodles were kind of broken though. Cashier brought check way too early we were still having main meals
This place looks amazing they did a great job designing the place. I had the meatball pho and it was delicious. I took mine Togo and the Togo bowl was a great size and was able to fit all the broth in it. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The only draw back is I asked for extra noodles and bean sprouts and it doesn't seem to have been added to my order I will give then another try soon and see.
This is my 2nd time dining there. The 1st time everything was great. Pho was delicious, basil was fresh... this time, the basil was brown and sad looking. I ordered the regular size but got charged for the large. It could be because I used a credit card? I see comments about getting charged more when using a card? Anyway, with $5 tip 1 bowl of pho cost me $21. A bit steep. Also the music was way too loud! It's not a nightclub. Tone it down so people can enjoy their meal. Especially if you're not a fan of the music, it's annoying. I'll definitely return but it would be nice if they valued quality and didn't serve brown rotting basil and turned down the music level.

Great service. Friendly staff and atmosphere is nice. Pricing is ok. I got pho more than once here and I'm not a big fan of their broth. It was kinda bland (or watered down) compared to other places I've been to. Their grilled meat and ship I did enjoy though.

When we arrived the waitress was a bit on the rude side. Also food took forever to come out. It came out at different times. The food was ok but just didnt enjoy the timely manner or the hospitality.
This place is usually great, but recently it feels like they’ve been cutting back on the meat, especially in the sandwiches. it seems like you’re mostly getting bread and mayo, with very little veggies and what it seems to be just a slice of meat. There’s inconsistency with the amount of food.
One of the best pho in town. Have been coming here since they opened. As of late the cleanliness of the restaurant has dropped off. I usually am at the restaurant right at opening, and on this particular Saturday it is evident that nothing in the dining area has been cleaned except the tables. Chairs are dirty, the walls of the booth have evidence if food splatter, seats have dried broth and food on it. Not to mention the condiment dispensers are sticky and covered in their respective sauces. I love this place, the food is great, but the lack of cleanliness is worrisome as to who is taking accountability.
Too watered down. Ordered just beef and they gave me tripe and meetball and squid. Yuck. The broth was way watered down. Even the chilli oil was watered down and not even hot. Not authentic like I was craving. For the amount I paid I should a gone to 5th quarter instead 🙁

Here’s a cleaned-up, honest review you can post that keeps it fair but very clear: ⸻ I know my pho — I’m particular because I know what I like. I ordered my pho plain but added fish balls and meatballs, plus carrots. I received all the proper sides (bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime), which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the meatballs were extremely salty, and the fish balls were overly fishy — so much so that I had to spit them out. Fish balls should be mild and balanced, not overwhelming. The noodles were fine, but the broth was greasy and cloudy. Good pho broth should be clear and clean-tasting, and this just wasn’t it. I wanted to give this place a try, but sadly it’s not somewhere I’ll be eating again.

Where do I start.. I would give negative stars if I could. First time trying this place and it is not it. First they forgot half my order and I didn't know until I got home. They were somewhat apologetic however.. they gave the impression that I was lying until I showed them the receipt. Well I was there a customer interjected and said yeah well I was there a customer interjected and said yeah you all forgot my egg rolls last week and I dined in. Go to any other place but this one. I tipped them too!! I'm gonna go ahead and need that back
I've eaten at this establishment before during their grand opening and was pleased that their food was pretty decent considering the lack of authentic Vietnamese food in the area. We had the pho, rice plate and banh mi sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised with their special banh mi sandwich! It was comparable to shops I have visited in San Jose and Garden Grove. So I've decided this was my go to restaurant for when I need a craving fix. However, over the course of the last couple of months their food has lacked consistency and quality. I am super disappointed today after I placed a to go order for a special banh mi sandwich. The bread is definitely not the kind they've served before...It's half the size and didn't have the texture of a french baguette! I don't even want to get started on the burnt hue that was present on the bread...just not the same. I really had so much hope that this place was going to be the it place. :(
I like to support local restaurants. However. I will never eat pho at this place after my today's experience. I rather commute to the North side where I know of a place which has the best Pho in town. Here they didn't give me basil but a bunch of cilantro in lieu of basil. The broth was cold and noodles hard. Yet, they dare to charge me an additional $1.50 because is a take out?? 😳😤 Very absurd. Their front staff very unfriendly. I will not recommend this place to my best friend. I would prefer to travel an extra mile to the oval.
Can’t even match with standard. • Egg rolls: 1/10 it tasted like it was premade, frozen, microwaved, and over priced. • Pho: 3/10 the portions were massive, but less flavorful and salty. The noodles wasn’t fresh, it felt like it was reheated premade frozen noodles. I wouldn’t recommend and will not come back.
