My spouse and I shared the rib prime cut and it arrived sizzling in a cast iron skillet. The portion was very large. We barely needed to use the knife because the juicy and flavorful meat almost fell off the bone. The crunchy charred bits was the tastiest part. The Mac n cheese was okay and the grilled broccoli was a nice nutritious side. The wall to wall bright moving pictures and dance music was a tad overstimulating. The staff was very very kind and accommodating. They love to celebrate birthdays 🥳 Give this new halal steakhouse a try!

It was a great experience having dinner with my family last week. The environment is quite lovely with colorful live displays on all the walls. The quality of the steak was pretty good, but the fries could have been better. The servers were quite attentive and caring. You should consider visiting this place to get a unique experience.

The experience at this halal steakhouse was amazing! The first steak that came out was cold and not really edible, but as soon as we mentioned it to the manager, they immediately took care of it and brought us a new one. The replacement steak was absolutely perfect - juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The way the staff handled the situation so quickly and professionally is what really impressed me and earned them a full five stars. Great food, excellent service, and a place I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Halal Steakhouse, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was outstanding and the service impeccable, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion. We ordered the Beef Brisket Platter and Smoked Beef Short Ribs, both of which were tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The generous portions left us with plenty of leftovers for another meal, which was a delightful bonus! The sides complemented our main dishes wonderfully; the mac and cheese was creamy and indulgent, the truffle French fries were crispy and packed with flavor, and the asparagus added a nice freshness to our feast. One highlight of our visit was the array of six different sauces for dipping. Each sauce was delicious and added a unique twist to the already fantastic dishes. It was a tasty adventure to try all the different flavor combinations! The ambience of the restaurant was also noteworthy. The decor is unique and fun, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. I was upset after four season closed. That was my steak spot. When this opened up, I was excited to try this and I am so glad I did. Definitely gives your that luxurious feel and matches the steak vibe. will be going there again

Reservations is a must which we didn’t know but the host accommodated us and the food was worth it. Nice size portions and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will be back again

We had dinner at this restaurant and the total experience was amazing. This is recommended only for meat lovers. A halal restaurant and they display certificate in the restaurant. The ambience was great and staffs were very friendly. The steak dishes come with side and a soup on the house as well. They have seafood menu as well. Would recommend reservation if plan in weekend

Had an amazing dinner at this halal steakhouse. The short ribs were so tender and the Sunshine Mocktail was super refreshing. Finished with the Dubai Chocolate. Loved the cozy ambiance and the beautiful panels on the screen and the staff were so kind and attentive. Really made the whole experience special!

The food was great, though given my situation, it was hard to enjoy due to the loud noises, but the noises were pretty good for an ambience here. Not only that, not only is the food here great, but also, the Jumbotrons were really awesome to look at because it made the whole area look like a nightclub! Totally recommend for those who want to eat steak while also enjoying a little “nightclub” ambience.

Came here for my bday and had a once in a life time experience. The guys to my left and right were there for their bdays too 💪🏽 These people were very nice and friendly even tho a few employees have small language barriers. They seem to be family ran, not sure but the food was well prepared and they did a good job with the presentation bringing it to me🔥 the establishment is a refreshing change with the monitors as the walls and 3D fans on the ceiling. A few things could have been better but i expect it to get better over time

I stopped for dinner on a Thursday night, ordered the Chili-Lime Lamb which was 4 chops, perfectly prepared and mouthwateringly tender -- so tasty! I was also served Rassam Rice (soup) which was a fantastic surprise (I love spicy, and it was perfect!), and as it was late, they even gave me an extra carton to take home, which I thoroughly enjoyed the next evening. The meal was served with tender-crisp (not overcooked, but perfectly cooked!) broccoli-sweet bell pepper medley, and choice of one other vegetable. All was gluten-free, with no other gluten-based items put in the deep fryer (they assured me) so I tried the fries. Next time I will try the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The interior was amazing -- LED light paneled walls & tables as well! Definitely the best meal I've had all year!! Thank you so much; I'll be back!!

We ordered Lamha Mandi and Lamb Paya and fries for kids, all items tasted great, the fries need to be less fried, I feel like they were over fried and too hard to eat. It had that perfect sear on the outside and was so tender on the inside. Every bite was satisfying. The seasoning was just right — not too much, not too little — and it didn’t even need extra sauce. Very nice and romantic place to celebrate an anniversary or birthday. I had the lamb chops and my husband had the short ribs both meals cooked to perfection and came with vegetables and a baked potato plus you get an extra side. They do not serve alcohol however the mocktails were very tasty. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. The reason for the 4 star is because I wanted wine over all a great restaurant!!

First time diners. It’s a wonderful to have a Halal steakhouse in the suburbs. The restaurant is covered with projectors all over the walls. They were playing sporting events, wonderful scenery, and Bollywood music. We had the smash burger, spicy chicken, zinger, burger, the beef, Philly, cheesesteak, and beef brisket platter. All the entrées were delicious. All the burgers and wraps come with a side of your choice. However, the Smashburger and beef brisket were a little blend. A little more seasoning would greatly improve the entrées. The prices are very reasonable for a Halal steakhouse. Highly recommended.

Stopped in at the Halal Steakhouse in Hanover Park. The steaks were cooked just the way we asked, and the sides came in nice portions. Surprisingly, the soup of the day ended up stealing the show. It was full of flavor and really comforting. Our waitress, Soha, was friendly and attentive, which made the visit smoother. I also really liked the interactive wall displays and table features. A fun touch that makes the space feel unique. Overall, a decent experience with a few highlights, but there’s still room to grow.

Let’s start with the good news: the food was amazing. Truly some of the best smashburgers we’ve had in a long time, juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If it were just about the food, this would be a 5-star review Now, the ambience… that’s where things went off the rails. Imagine dining inside a video game on steroids. Three of the four walls are floor-to-ceiling LED screens. The tabletop is a screen. The floor is a projection. The ceiling is a projection. At one point, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to eat my burger or dodge it in a VR simulation. We kindly asked the server to turn off the screen on our table. It took a while (we suspect they had to consult Nintendo), but they finally managed it... and we could breathe again If you’re looking for a free epilepsy stress test, this might just be the place. (No, but more seriously, if you have any sensitivity to light or motion, consider takeout) Great food, but bring sunglasses… and possibly a helmet

We ordered the steaks. Although the steaks were good, their service has gone down from when they opened. I had to constantly call our waiter/server over and they charge a ridiculous amount of you want some simple texts for birthday displayed on their wall to wall screen. For desert the Black Forest cake/cheesecake was bad. That was the case for all of their Black Forest Cakes. We had a good time but the service needs to improve. Go back to what makes you successful, stay consistent with that, and you will happier customers.

Food was not good at all, 1st restaurant I’ve been to with no Appetizers on the menu. Atmosphere was cool with the LED signs overdose but only lasted first few minutes then got annoying. Food: I had ribeye steak got it medium came out medium well with Wayyyy too much Weber Steak seasoning We also at Lamb chops they were good size but also used way too much seasoning. We voiced our concerns to one of the servers that Food was not good at all he just went and started talking to other employees without any acknowledgment of the displeasure. Service: was non existent the servers just hung out on the sides and kept looking around rather going and asking customers if they’re doing well or need anything.

At the time of posting this review, we are currently at this establishment celebrating our son’s 19th birthday. Unfortunately, the experience we received did not match what was described at the time of reservation or what we paid for. We purchased the birthday experience, which was advertised to include a photo displayed on the screen, remote table access, a cake, and a birthday song. However, one of our tables repeatedly lost functionality. Although we were instructed to email the photo for display, it was never shown. Eventually, staff attributed the issue to “wiring,” and instead of resolving the problem or relocating us, the table was simply left nonfunctional. The food quality was also disappointing. We ordered lamb chops, beef ribs, and lamb ribs. The lamb consisted primarily of fat with very little meat, and the remaining dishes were overcooked and not fresh. My husband ordered a grilled chicken breast kabob but was instead served chicken sausage. When this was questioned, we were told that the chicken is “minced,” yet this preparation is not disclosed anywhere on the menu. Throughout the experience, neither the host nor the manager demonstrated a welcoming or customer-focused approach. Additionally, their attentiveness appeared selective. When concerns were raised, no effort was made to offer solutions or remedies; our concerns were dismissed without resolution. Overall, the service, food quality, and failure to deliver the paid birthday experience left us extremely dissatisfied. This experience felt like a complete loss of value, and we left feeling ignored and disappointed. Hopefully if you decide to patronize this establishment you have a better experience.

Me and my husband came here wanting to try a new steakhouse. We were excited that it was halal and an American style steakhouse. This is a Muslim establishment btw but I guess they are trying to get more American customers the haram way and get haram money. Why do you ask? Well this was on display in a halal steak house. A Christmas setting. Not only that but they also posted a customers photo all over the restaurant and it was a woman dressed imodestly in a bikini?? How dare a Muslim restaurant display that all over ?? There was kids around!! They were out of filet mignon is I thought was weird how can a steakhouse be out of filet mignon. The steak we ordered Was very greasy and fatty. The mashed potatoes were bland no seasoning. They also add 12 percent gratuity . For the over 200 that we spent, we would have rather spent it at Gibson steak since they have halal steaks too. Also the house salad we got was a cabbage mix from a store bought bag with Italian dressing lol. The waiter and other employees asked the same question probably like 8 times “do you like the food” it’s normal for a waiter to ask that. Not like 8 times. The fact that they asked it so much means that there was some concerns and people don’t like the food. Every time someone came by “ we hope you like the food” that’s a bit excessive. Anyways as soon as we got home we ran straight to the toilet. I know it might be tmi but we suffered severe diarrhea from the really greasy steaks. This is your sign not to go. They also sont have a selection of appetizers. Just a greasy complimentary soup.

The mashed potatoes taste like instant mash, steel, powdered, no flavor. The broccoli tasted gritty and had a very bad smell to it. The lamb chops were huge nothing but bone and fat the steak was OK The beef ribs were OK. We ordered mock tails but got a strawberry pop with a lime on the side for $7.99. We were celebrating a birthday and it really put a damper on it. We are foodies in our family, and we love restaurants, and we love supporting places, but this is one place I would never go again. The waiter was taken. Our order in one of the employees came over speaking to her for almost 10 minutes in the middle of her taking our order did not say excuse me did not pull her aside or anything, when we asked to send our mashed potatoes back and get fries, they seemed upset we pay over $300. We have the right to say we don’t like something especially when you guys are cutting corners and getting over on your customers do better.

We went to this restaurant excited about the idea and it’s photos. But as soon we arrived we realized that it was really not what it seemed. We drove for an hour for this restaurant based on some video on facebook. We saw after we ordered that the reviews on google maps were extremely negative and what’s worse is that the owner did not take accountability and debated back every one of them. I want to make it clear that we are not instigating or criticizing we are just honestly sharing our experience and through that the restaurant can apply ways to make it better. We want to help the restaurant and if they take everyone’s feedback and try applying it instead of saying that it was false they will end up in a much better place. in terms of our experience, it was completely empty and we were the only ones there. The service was okay as we were yet again the only ones there so it wasn’t much of a challenge. It would be nice if they offered to change the videos on the walls because the fish got pretty annoying after a couple of mins. In terms of the food, the steaks we wanted were not available so we had to get stiplions and briskets. the striplion was pretty hard and was worst steak that i ever had. It was not enjoyable at all, but on the upside the brisket was good. To be fair the fries and mash potato’s were good to. To sum it up this restaurant is a great idea but the execution could be much much better. They auto selected the tip aswell and it was expensive so it wasn’t worth what we paid. They also delivered the food with a robot and although it is cool i think that money could’ve been used for something better. Hopefully this restaurant takes the feedback above as non hostile and just trying to make this restaurant better.

Update/response to management… Luckily I’m awake and can respond to the management. Clearly management has gone on the offensive mistaken me for someone else. Ordered the rib eye and visited on Wednesday, a couple of nights ago. In total it were three of us. We all ordered steaks so the accusation is unfounded. The sides, mash potatoes, fries and max and cheese. I ate the mash and the fries, wasn’t bad. I have a couple of smokers (ribs, brisket, people know I bring it Texas crutch method ) and I am known to cook steaks to preferred temp. Anyways I’m not seeking validation. The great thing about a review is it’s not removable and now it’ll remain here. What’s great is I’ll go ahead make my self a lovely NY Strip or a Rib Eye, medium maybe medium rare and it’ll be lovely. Sadly the same quality won’t be produced for folks who visit the halal steak house! End of update/response. So I read the reviews and thought the people who have complained about undercooked meat shouldn’t go to a steakhouse. I have my steaks medium to medium rare so of course I was going to try this place. Service was ok and the ambiance wasn’t much to write home about.. let’s say it’s very unique. The steak was served on a sizzler and I caught two pieces that were icy cold. I paid the bill and explained to the head waiter that the texture of a steak that’s cooked from frozen is different from one that’s thawed to room temperature. I could tell it had been cooked from frozen His immediate reaction was defensive and I left it at that and pointed to the pieces that were very cold. The starter soup wasn’t too bad. This place could thrive with some updates. The one star really boils down to the way the steak was prepared!

Wife and I ordered the Tomahawk, mashed potatoes, “spicy” Mac & cheese, and “elote”. I got an arm workout trying to cut the tomahawk lol. Ordered it medium and it came out mid rare on one side and almost well done on the other. Not well seasoned either. Probably one of the worst steaks I’ve ordered at a restaurant, similar to chain-restaurant quality as far as temp/flavor/presentation etc. If you’re looking for a great halal steak, you’re better off finding a non-Desi place that offers Creekstone options. As far as the sides go, the mashed potatoes tasted like instant mash, the “spicy” Mac and cheese was basically velveeta with a sprinkle of paprika, and the “elote” was charred corn. Service was decent, but not what you’d expect from a high quality steakhouse. The music and dim lighting were nice, but the projections were strange to say the least. Feel like they did this to save costs on actually decorating the place lol. We ended up spending $160 and ordered Shahi Biryani on the way home. Advice to the owner: visit an actual high-end steakhouse (like Sophia Steak) to see how they operate. Also, stop using Chat GPT to respond to negative reviews, you can tell by the numerous em dashes lmao. I love to support local, halal businesses, but this one completely missed the mark.
