I ordered boneless wings….I got popcorn chicken. I’ve work in the fast food industry and y’all knew what y’all were doing…. Literally prices smaller the. A quarter…waste of money. Aside from that our pizza was raw. Not cooked at all in the center.

Orginally talked to a Jason who was also pretty short .and not very helpful . In addition as you can see from the photo our philly cheesesteak is lacking meat . And I ordered bacon with the beef can you see the meat ?

This is the worst pizza we've ever ordered. Half of the pizza didn't have sauce or cheese. I called the manager, and to her credit, she asked how she could make it better. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but after eating this I'll be asking for a refund.

This is my wonderful pizza 🤮 I was starving and didn’t realize that my pizza was raw on the bottom. I’m waiting on hold and “Keith “ is talking about they make it right. Yea right and when I finally talked to someone the kid that answered says “Yea, we’ve heard that it’s a problem…”

After picking my order up, I noticed that pepperoni was missing on one of my pizzas. I politely walked back in to inform them. Manager on duty, nonchalant, stated it would be 10mins and apologized. After waiting 15mins in my car, I walked back in. It took a couple more mins which wasn’t a big deal. However, Not one time was I offered anything for the wait or inconvenience. I was not expecting anything free, but to get home and see that my pizza was hastily made, I would’ve been ok with a free drink or dessert. The pizza had extra sauce so much that the cheese was sliding off. They must’ve poured the entire container of black olives on the 5 slices of pizza that I ordered since I requested only half with olives. Olives was smothered both under and on top of the cheese. It honestly felt like a prank. I had to leave this review because Papa Johns is usually the best! And to have this not so pleasant experience tonight just ruined it for me. I’m hoping for better service and product in the future.

I really loved my “popcorn chicken wings” and raw pizza. So raw all of the toppings fell straight off of the pizza. I’ve had better pizza from little ceasers. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location unless you love an upset stomach

Wow wow $9.99 for bowl and the quantity hahahhahahaha, never ever i will trust papa john, i would say make the bowl smaller, shown in picture vs what i got

This location has the worst record with me for delivery. I have given them 3 chances to deliver pizza and been let down every time. I love PJs , and choose them over all others. Never again! This location apparently has a leadership issue, and cannot complete their job, of delivering pizza. There is always an excuse of we got overwhelmed, only have one driver, or the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I would not recommend using their services at all. Maybe the franchise owner needs to make changes. Just my opinion.

Horrible delivery service, whoever drives that red car needs to be fired. Lied about coming to the door (we checked the cameras) and just drove off. We had to call the store to see if we could get our food, and were told by management that the driver would call us when they got back with it. When they came back they never called just dropped it on the porch, (it was supposed to be hand delivered) when I went to the door to get the food they sped off while flipping me off. Completely unprofessional and extremely not worth it!! Steer clear of this store and employees.

I don’t order from papa John’s I did this time because my nephew came to visit. But this experience was terrible. First off why can’t you connect directly to the store the only people I was able to connect to was the “order line” couldn’t get a hold of anybody other then then because the phone would ring ring ring and then hang up. So 45 minutes later still looking for my order the the driver delivered it to the wrong Apt number waaay around the other side so basically I had an ice cold pizza and still hours later can’t get in touch with anybody about it. Not even chat because they told me to call the store..🤦🏽‍♀️customer service is trash…

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Went in to pick up my pizza to see ROACHES near the ingredients. Didn't seem like a problem to the chum working the counter. Absolutely disgusting.

Not sure if new managers or new owners but this location has gone down. We have order 2 times here in the last few months the dough is raw and thin . They tell you pizza is ready but still have to wait 30 minutes for the pizza.

Everything single time i order here and TRY to give them a chance. They just make a worse experience. This location sucks. The pizza is always super late and cold. They never answer the phones at all. Just absolutely awful service !!!!

Online order placed for delivery. Estimated delivery time 1 hour. Actual delivery time 1.5 hours. Food arrived cold. Condiments ruined due to exploded sauce.

Tried to order my pizza over the phone to someone who could barely speak English. So plain and simple I ended up talking with someone from the actual store and they could not give me a online price. The absolute worse pizza ever. Tasted as though the crust was slightly baked, toppings were added and a slice of cheese, then heated. The cheese was not melted, ingredients were still chilled and could not keep them on the pizza. The marinara sauce or whatever they used was overly Sweet. I've never had a pizza so bad.
