Camilla was very helpful and had great customer service.

Fast, efficient and good! Not sure why this location was shut down for several months, but it opened up with great food and great customer service. 👍🏽 One thing they(or the property owners) might consider investing in is a security guard to manage the transient activity.

The cashier was very nice, attentive, helpful and just an all around delight person.

Excellent service. Never disappoint, they even remember me! Surprised as to amount of time i had to wait to order even with how busy it was. The young man Luis was great while order ins where made thru phone.

This is by far the cleanest wingstop i've been to. The best part is it is walking distance from my place. They season their chicken generously and you will know they are freshly as they are juicy and crispy everytime i buy from them. Never had a bad experience from them. Their people are good too, really friendly and responsive.

Right on the corner of Western and PCH, good location to stop by on the way somewhere! Very clean, it was quiet, the staff was nice, the food was hot! Love that they have a bathroom. Parking right in front, as You can see it’s in a little corner plaza, w other businesses. They were pretty fast, no complaints from me, loved the fashionable clean decor.

On Super bowl Sunday decided to get wingstop because had not had for a while. I went to Harbor City Location but with some hesitation due to the reviews. When I went I was greeted by everyone but Ms Amela with braids took my order. She was so polite, patience and informative. More importantly When I received food its was hot and fresh! After receiving my order I had to tell Ms Anna the manager job well done and Thank her for making sure everyone and everything was great. Definitely will be going back!

I was greeted promptly and politely. I received exceptional customer service from the young man Jose. The store was clean and the environment was inviting. The food was hot and fresh. I’m very grateful that Wingstop stays open late for all my late night eats after my gym sessions. I will be choosing this location as my mainstay moving forward. I would highly recommend this Wingstop to all my friends and family. Good job Wingstop staff!

Great place! They have a great online ordering service for when you just want some wings on the go as well as a great interior with a great atmosphere. I usually get well done mango habanero but if you want something to really clean your sinuses, get their atomic. Great flavor with a pretty intense heat. Excellent customer service, on 4-25-21 they greeted me as soon as I walked in! Everything was ready food and drinks, will be back again as daily customer. He is cute 😊

Last night was my second visit, they been trained very good! They can take your food to the car, amazing all they need online payment to make this location #1 I wish I caught the name of the young cashier, she was great- super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. When a man came in to pick up an order that was not ready, she asked if he would like a cup for water while he waited- how great is that!!

I prefer this location rather than any other one nearby. The employees are nice &our order is always correct. Parking can get pretty packed when it's busy.

Visiting from Florida, compared to our wingstop they had great customer service and the wings were way better. The fries were a tad cold but we had place our order in advance. All in all it is a great place to eat, but a little pricey.

Just wanna say I love the staff here. Very nice and always showing love and very on point with getting the orders right and keeping the atmosphere proper. Been coming to this location for years and never had a problem

The food is good but it took forever to get my food and there like 3 people in the back. They move very slow as if no one is on their lunch break or needs to be somewhere at a set time.

Food is really great, But this is the 4th time they messed up my order. 1st time my order was the incorrect order. I had to wait another 20 min. to get it. 2nd time I have recieved my order when I got home it was the wrong order. I went back and waited 20 more minutes to get the correct one. The 3rd time I waited 1 hour to get my order and while I was waiting another customer returned because he had recieved the wrong order, and it was not even bussy. Then today the 4th time I had to go back because I was missing my fries, becauase they didnt fit in the bag. Really? How hard is it to get the order right when its written down, and 4 times to the same customer? Ill keep going there beacuse is close to my house but they really gotta do better on their online and phone order service.

Since its just chicken wings I don't understand what takes so long for this place to fulfil an order, but it takes no less than 30 minutes for them to fill an order. Additionally, it seems like they have a hard time keeping employees as I seem to get someone who doesn't know their way around the cash register and can't put the order in correctly. The chicken wing are good though.

Wings? You mean-skeletons. Where is the meat on these poor wings? I'm sorry, I guess I'm used to hormones in my food but I thought they were small. I had some that were of descent size but I guess they mixed it with tiny ones. Maybe I'm greedy I don't know. So I ordered the boneless ones just to try it again and it was better. The ranch is sooooo good. I want to jump in a tub of that ranch. I picked up my order and the fries were cold. The location is a great addition to the many places we have by PCC. Maybe I'll eat in next time as my last orders I had picked up I wasn't too happy with.

Worst service ever. Every time I've placed an order by the phone I'm told it will be ready in 9 minutes and it's always at least 20 minutes. I would never recommend using the app or ordering online, the several times I have ordered online they completely forgot to check for orders and my food was never made.

Paid around $5 for a five piece of cajun fried corn. Each piece was about half an inch long. The entire $5 order was 3/4 of a ear of corn at best. Staff was... unpleasant. I won't be going back.

Worst experience ever. They took about 45 minutes to give me my order and I had already orders by phone 15 mins before getting there . Uncooked fries and no flavor whats so ever on the wings. Plus they messed up on one of these orders . Never have I been so disappointed like this .

They need a consistent cook or to all be trained the same way. One time my chicken was over cooked and yesterday our chicken sandwiches weren't done all the way.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT THE ONLY SAVORY THING ABOUT MY WINGS WAS THE SKIN BECAUSE OF THE DELICIOUS SAUCE BUT THE MEAT TASTED PLAIN, NOT EVEN SALT ON THE MEAT. WHY NOT KEEP THE SAME RECIPE? NOW I'M GOING TO NEED TO FIND A GOOD CHICKEN WING PLACE. COMMON WINGSTOP! Maybe it was a technical issue but I dare not spend good money trying to find out. It was nice but I'm am done with with wingstop.

I sit and wait for my order and other customers come in time goes by and he eventually let a different customer use the restroom and other employees were using it as well when I was told it was out of service. Employers should really look into who they’re hiring it’s employee’s like him who bring lawsuits. to businesses.

Customers should get enough sauce to Enjoy they’re meal a $20 meal with 10 pieces of wings should have at least 3 sauces it’s ridiculous to charge a 1.75 for a very small cup of sauce when it should come with the meal for that price…. wing stop is pricey for nothing…. at least give out the sauce for customers to Enjoy their meal…..greedy owners

Went in and ordered a bone in combo. After waiting for order was told that I ordered boneless. Cashier was rude and had an attitude. Offered refund so I took my money and business somewhere else.

Worst service around. The people that work here care less about the costumers. I saw this person ask for a straw, get completely ignored and after 15 minutes the useless worker told him that they’re on the side. Why couldn’t he do that in the beginning? No wonder people stop going to this place. Very unhappy by the rude customer service.
