This is a combination schlotzsky's and cinnabon. I went here for an early lunch on Sunday. Lady behind the counter was very helpful while I ordered with respect to what the different sandwiches are and the sizes so that I understood my options. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I had a fountain beverage and a bag of schlotzsky's branded potato chips. If you're not familiar with schlotzsky's, think of it as a sandwich shop on unusual bread.

The workers always greet you with a smile and great service. Food is good and always made fresh. Just one thing though ....can they quit running out the center of the roll lol ..my favorite. I also tried one of the new calzones they are now offering, have to say i was pleasantly surprised. Give those calzones a try.🤩

Stopped in on the way through town with my wife to pick up a sandwich for dinner. For takeout. Ordered their giant original deluxe, some chips and drink and decided to get a big Cinnabon roll for desert. Came home, opened the sack, Should have checked the inventory before we left. They didn’t put in the desert. My wife gave me the third degree for not checking. I shouldn’t have to check. I like schlotzskys. This one is clean, appears well maintained, and the counter service was polite. I’ll be back, but you can be sure I’ll check and make sure I got what I ordered and paid for.

We dined in for supper tonight. Our food was good. But I have to say that the young man that waited on us was very polite, but The whole time he had a straw sticking out of his mouth. In my head I was like does the manager not see this?

Was really craving cinnamon buns so decided to drop in and grab a box of cinnamon rolls. It was ok but it was definitely either over cooked or the warmer was too hot because you can even tell by the color they’re too dark. The outside was crunchy. I’ve always loved Cinnabon so we were disappointed.

Morning staff vs evening staff ... Husband ordered sandwiches, soup and pizza for dinner and I have to say the food was fantastic!! Hands down best tomato basil soup Ive ever had. Pizza was GREAT, sandwich was filling... The family really enjoyed. Husband ordered from the same restaurant 2 days later for lunch 11am and we had a completely polarizing experience... Soups were gross (taste was bad, chunks of cheese throughout) , salad were below standard (thick brown avocado chunks) and the wraps were substituted for sandwiches (without our knowledge, request, nor consistent)... Honestly food was gross. Don't think we will have a taste for this restaurant any time soon.

I have been going to this location for year. It seems it got worse every time so then I stopped going for a while and decided tonight I'm gonna go. BIG MISTAKE !!! First of all I ask for pickle spears before pulling off no they are out. Ok take my food home sandwiches feelings a little slim. Look at my sandwich and there is literally 4 slices of ham. The other side of my sandwich had no meat on one end. Asked for no onion and add pickles. Nope there's onion and no pickles .Then I call no answer no way to submit a survey just a waste of 22 dollars. Should stuck with my leftovers. SMH

I came through the drive-thru before 9:00. Online. It states that the drive-thru is open until 10:00. I was in the Drive-Thru waiting to order for 5 minutes. I then went to open the door to go inside to place an order. The door was locked and this was at 8:55. I had to knock on the window to get someone to the drive-thru window to simply say that they closed early. Despite the posted hours. I would not visit this location because the manager on duty was rude and pretended that they did not close early despite the posted hours.

I normally order my lunch from here using DoorDash; furthermore, I’ve been previously happy with this locations service. However, today 10/21/2025, I asked my wife to grab lunch for us both to eat together in person. I sent her to schlotskys with a $100 bill to pay for two meals. They told my wife it was $30 and some change, but gave her no receipt and only gave her $60 in change! She told me what had transpired so I called the location, requested the give us the rest of OUR money, and my wife had to go pick it back up. The manager rudely gave her the money and slammed the window on my wife, as she was trying to say “thank you.” This location now has lost not one, but two loyal customers. I would highly advise people to turn away from places that are ran like this. It is a scammy practice to withhold correct change, receipts, and then to be rude when called out for your malpractice. I pray and hope, that more people do not fall for this. I hope the workers aren’t influenced by such actions. You could have gave us our correct change and continued making more money off of us; but now, we’ll go to your competitors.

I was at the copperas cove location and the red hair lady that I found out was the manager of the store in Harker Heights blocked the drive tru so I could not exit, I honked my horn and to no avail, I had to back up and go around. I ended up stopping at the Dollar General down the street from the store and she followed me has me out and flipping me off wouldn’t trust her with anything of mine especially my food.
