Jack in the Box

This is my go-to evening eat spot. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even when super busy, a little shorthanded, or working the dreaded graveyard shift. Whether ordering via the app or onsite, I receive a piping hot order that is always correct, timely, and delicious. On my most recent visit, I came to pick up my order that had been placed in the app; somehow the order was assigned to some random JITB in Dallas, though it was intended for this location. Ray and his team were patient, helpful, and able to get it sorted out for me. Within just a few minutes, I was able to drive away with yet another delicious meal in hand--all thanks to the stellar service provided by Ray and his awesome crew working the drive thru that day. It is experiences like this that make JITB not only my favorite fast food option, but make this location my favorite JITB in all of Central Texas. Keep up the great work, and thank you for truly giving me a reason to smile while I bite down on some primo late night fare!

Based on my last 3 visits, the food was HOT, the employees were welcoming, and the dining area was clean and comfy.

A 24 hour fast food establishment nearby calls my name when I want something tasty 😋 and quick.

I'm a little late getting breakfast, but thankfully Jack in the Box serves breakfast ALL DAY! ❤️ I got 2 sausage croissants for 8.58. I've been craving this place recently but haven't visited in years, let's hope the food lives up to the expectation! The sandwiches look deceptively small once I opened the carton, hopefully they taste good!

As surprising as it was Jack in the box makes better fish sandwich than McDonald's fish filet. It is the only fast food fish sandwich that I can say that about. Every other fast food fish sandwich is far inferior to McDonald's and now all are second place to Jack in the box. One of the most common reasons is the amount of breading far exceeds the actual amount of fish in the Patty. but Jack in the box gets that right. Like McDonald's their fish patty is mostly fish with a thin layer of breading. That's the way it should be. It's too bad that it's only a seasonal thing, and the season is almost over. Their tiny tacos and tacos are as good as they've ever been and their fries provided they're fresh are also excellent. Hot fries unfortunately are not typical in Jack in the box. It's the only food they seem to prepare in advance often far in advance judging by how cold the fries can be. The only negative is the price of their drinks. Like most fast food they are way overpriced and significantly add to the cost of a meal. That's why I avoid them. Their drinks are so expensive that I bet they would sell far more and make up for reducing the price if they ever decided to do what McDonald's does and make drinks reasonably priced.

So, this location is right next to IHOP and besides the Uber or Lyft drivers mixing the two locations I like it; It's nice, it's warm, it's quiet, good atmosphere & clean maybe I haven't been to "Jack In The Box" in a while but I like it can't complain the food is good the employees handle your issues if you have any and they good vibes. 👌🤤

I have never had bad food at Jack in the Box. I wasn't a fan of using the kiosk so the cashier was gracious and waited on me. We were in after lunch so the smell of cleaning supplies was VERY strong.

Everything was fresh cool staff clean restaurant and the classic tacos had a crunch👍🏿

Made an online order. we put certain condiments on the order. Why can't it just be read and put in the bag. laziness is all that seems to be normal now. Paitent as the next understanding individual, but why should I have to check my bag to ensure the order being correct?

I visited my sister at this Jack in the Box location and I was surprised how clean it was. Very quick service and the workers were knowledgeable and polite. The only gripe I had was the prices, but other than that — this establishment is well-kept!

Ordered thru the drive thru 38 minutes two cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window, no apology given. Fries was cold, cup was given dripping. I asked to be change.

We waited for a while .. I think they were under staff but it felt like they were most worried about the people in the drive thru first then the people in the restaurant

My went jack in box order food and she said that the taco's didn't taste good so please be careful and check it order to make sure is all there and taste good

I aged 5 years waiting in the drive thru line. Actually my corpse is STILL waiting. They REALLY need to invest in the chik filet method of managing traffic. Saw 2 cars give up and leave while reading War and Peace from my car. Update: got food finally. Kid's custom order was correct. Mine was not even close. Not their fault but the horrible local bleach tasting water permeated the Fanta. I tossed it. All this to save time by not driving to Wendy's. Bad idea.

I ordered drive through and when I got home which is a few minutes away not only was my food not cooked but everything was cold! The drive through person sounded upset but I brushed it off. But if I’m paying almost 40 I expect my food fresh and cooked. Not a great experience since I tried calling location no answer after I called customer service number same thing happened no answer.

So I was there the night before around 7pm and after waiting forever in line I finally had my order taken and $18 dollars later, I get home and see my order is missing “boneless wings” and my curly fries. I call several times and am always connected to a voicemail. What restaurant doesn’t have a working phone? You can’t even leave a voicemail which I feel is unacceptable and not time efficient. I come in the next day after work and wasn’t even greeted. They don’t say welcome or hi, so I said hi to the worker and there’s rap music playing in the background from the kitchen area. I guess she goes to a manager and the gentleman playing his music ( a cook) started smiling and dancing with his headphones on. They replace my meal with a 6 pc and curly fries and I leave. The experience was very unprofessional and definitely needs to be addressed.

They always get the order wrong. I'm sick of that. They always have attitudes there unless it's Management.

Spent over $30 to only get stale fries. Burger was caked with mustard and egg rolls were burnt. May 28th around 4pm. Drive thru needs power washed. It looks disgusting! 👌

Drive thru was rude. I asked if she could throw out a cup for me to make room for coffee. She said "I can't do that sir!"

Horrible service... slow moving staff who were to busy horseplaying then focusing on customers. Was told by other customers that this store is always this bad. Could mot tell if a manager was even around.

I have been shorted over ten dollars of my order on multiple occasions. I often order extra food, and so this time I ate my food with the family. When I called about the missing food I was told I would need to bring all the other food BACK to the store to be refunded.

I know Boba isn’t your specialty but this shit is like eating small pebbles in a milk shake. Boba is supposed to be soft… I gotta chew each sip for 5 min 😭

I got a Door Dash order here. The customer wanted a drink, and some chicken tenders. It was late at night..the drive thru line was long. Once I got to the window, the drink wasn’t even made yet. The lady taking orders sounded drunk. She was not working alone. The dude working with her was basically doing her job. Took me almost an hour to get this order completed. I would have been better going to HEB and buying everything to make the order myself. Terrible.

We was supposed to get are food at 12:40 they gave are food to the wrong door Dasher. This is the second time this place haves done this there will not be a third. Will never order from Jack in the Box again. Now we have to wait longer to eat. They don't even deserve a one star. Finally got are food. But was missing are two orders of curly fries. How sad.

We did an Uber eats order and it took 4 different drivers before one was willing to sit in the drive through line. He was in line for over 20 minutes. An hour an half later we got out food and it was cold, missing condiments and apparently we are supposed to eat the eggs and pancakes with our hands. Absolute garbage.

I came here a week ago & was charged $2.70 for a small cup. Why the hell is this place charging that much for a damn small drink, when I’ve been to other places that charge less for large & XL drinks. Bring the damn prices down or I’ll never be coming here again.
