No matter how busy this place gets they keep the lines moving unbelievably fast and they are all very courteous and respectful. We observe Chick-fil-A Thursday every week for a reason, even the pup likes itThey do misspell our names every time but I don't know if that's on purpose to be funny or if there's people working there that can't spell. Admittedly I'm a terrible speller myself so I can't talk.
I always come to Chick-fil-a because of the superb service and gooood food but Jalesa really stuck out today and went above and beyond to make our day! She’s awesome!

My favorite fast food restaurant!!! It's the way they greet you when you walk through their door. The way they do not rush you when you're ordering and they're never ever rude. I've been to many Chick-fil-A's all over the country and they are all the same. Some other burger joints should take a lesson out of their book.
I go through the drive-thru every Friday for my step-dad. We usually get the Spicy Chicken Strip meal, which he loves. The service is amazing as well!
Since this location in HH has opened, we have only had one bad experience which were missing cookies! But that was quickly resolved within 30mins. All other times we've visited were great! We know that as a family, we can rely on this Chick-fil-A to produce quality product with great service! 👍🏽
Food was tasty, CFA always seems like it's on the pricey side for some reason. I suppose all fast food is the same these days The restaurant was clean, workers greeted me upon entering. Service was prompt. I wish that the dining room was a bit larger.
Drive thru employees were very polite and helped with questions we had. They got our order out fast and food was delivered hot. Everything was correct and tasted great!
I love chik fill a but the Harker Heights location is my favorite! Their staff are all so friendly and professional. Ive had some not so great experiences at other locations near by so I now refuse to go to any other location. They always have a line but move customers in and out quickly. My daughter loves rolling her window down and talking to the staff and no matter how busy they are, they always take time to say hello to her. This location has top notch customer service!

I understand the need for the many different lanes, but it does get a little confusing if you're not familiar with the location. The family and I tend to get food here often, but the last 2 times we've gotten stuck behind vehicles after receiving our meal for at least 5 or more minutes. We were able to slide thru the other lane at the other location when the staff noticed about 3 of us waiting to leave. Unfortunately, last time we were also missing a meal, but when I called I was offered a replacement if I visit in the next two weeks. I'm not sure how satisfying that solution is at the time when hungry without my meal, but I'm assuming it's probably the best option available to me considering I didn't want to return that evening. Food is always excellent and it's always refreshing to see so many young adults working enjoying their work environment.
Amazing customer service! Great teamwork. The meal is always together properly, with nothing missing. The employees are always happy and motivated. A very family-friendly place, equipped with a cool playground for the little ones and they are so thoughtful, they provide ABC placemats and sanitizer cloths, great simple amenities that not every restaurant has. This is my favorite fast food place of all time, because of their great values and lovely customer service.

It was Appreciation Day after 6 pm traffic into the plaza and at Chick fil a was crazy. My family was very pleased how fast it took to get our food after placing the order (6 minutes). Thank you so much for being the BEST one in town !

I made a delivery and they forgot my cookies ,no big deal and Erika the manager made it beyond right no only did she bring my cookies but she made sure I was satisfied and she made sure to personally deliver it herself . By far the best CFA to come to in this area. Every person here is extremely friendly and helpful. As a mom of two and one child has needs this is the only CFA that has made me feel safe and welcomed. Mateo is one of the nicest managers I have ever met. Also Mrs. Gabby is such a charm. This CFA is my to go to place now. Thank you for not only the excellent customer service but the quality of food is always on perfect.

Always love coming to this store over any other chick fil A in all of Bell County. People are always friendly no matter how long the lines are, and I don't remember the last time my order was wrong or missing anything. I wish all other establishments operated the same way
I just want to say, the encounter I had today with Jelisa was second to none. She was awesome! I mentioned I was picking up lunch for my grandchildren at school, she asked about them and where they went to school then put in some stickers (they are in elementary school) just for them. This woman is an awesome employee! It's great to see such amazing customer service like that these days, it's getting harder to find in the hospitality world. Every time I come back to visit Killeen I will make sure to visit this establishment, all due to this great interaction.
They have great customer service. Their food is so delicious, I always get a lemonade cause it is so good. I will also continue coming back. I am so glad they are opening another one on West Adams in Temple, TX.

I eat here basically every other day for lunch between 2-4 and I never have had an issue with my order in the drive thru. Everyone is so nice and service is always speedy. I don't have to wait very long at all, even when it is very busy.
I love visiting this location way better than Temple. My review today has to do with their delivery. I usually have food delivered to work on Friday's. No matter how many of us order or how many trips they need to make the food is always great and the staff friendly. Thanks Chick fil a!

This place never disappoints!! Usually when there are a lot of high schoolers working at an establishment, chaos (wrong orders and poor customer service) is sure to be in abundance. Not at this location. These young workers are patient, provide excellent customer service, and a willingness to get it right the first time. With great leadership, is a great business and a happy customer. Keep up the good job!!

The food is always fresh, the staff is consistently friendly, and my large catering orders are always accurate and on time. A Life-Restoring Experience at Chick-fil-A Harker Heights I just have to share the incredible kindness I experienced today at the Chick-fil-A in Harker Heights. I’m currently pregnant and had the strongest craving for chicken minis the kind of craving that feels like your whole world depends on a tiny box of four little sandwiches. I hadn’t had them in over 10 years, so this was a moment. I ordered through the app about five minutes before breakfast ended, assuming it would hold my order. Unfortunately, it didn’t, and I didn’t find out until I had already driven over. I was given a refund (which I appreciated!), but I was still bummed about not being notified or stopped from ordering and wanted to call and share the app issue or potential fix… except the second the manager Matthew picked up the phone, the pregnancy hormones took over and I instantly turned into a fountain of tears What was supposed to be a quick, helpful suggestion turned into me crying like my entire life was falling apart over a 4 count chicken minis box and this manager handled it with nothing but grace. He so graciously apologized, offered every solution under the sun, and talked to me with such patience and kindness that it only made me cry harder (in a good way). May his pillow never go warm lol I thought that was the end of it, but a few minutes later, I received a call from another manager letting me know that the first manager had shared what happened. He took it upon himself to fix my shambled life and decided to make a fresh batch of chicken minis just for me and deliver them to my job along with a special gift that I will cherish forever! I was honestly speechless. They went light years above and beyond anything I expected and i couldn’t stop crying over the abundance of kindness. I am so deeply grateful for both of these gentlemen and their unbelievable kindness. They took a moment that felt overwhelming and embarrassing and turned it into something I’ll never forget. They didn’t have to go out of their way, but they did and it meant so much to me. Chick-fil-A of Harker Heights, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I pray your management team continues to be blessed, that their hearts stay pure, their bellies never go hungry, and that goodness follows them every day. Picked up a large catering order today and was beyond impressed. I’ll admit, when I pulled up the traffic and tight parking gave me paus but any hesitation disappeared the moment I walked in! The team here goes above and beyond. We order lunch weekly for our dealership, and I’ve seen it all: some places are slow, others are fast but sloppy, and too often I feel like an inconvenience when picking up. Not here! Our order was packed perfectly in canvas totes, organized, and ready right at the promised time. The staff not only greeted me warmly but loaded everything into my vehicle with genuine smiles. I felt truly appreciated, not just like another order. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Hands down the BEST catering experience I’ve had all year.

Today I was reassured that There are truly no days off when working in this establishment. The food is always delicious and the vast majority of the staff is pleasant to deal with. I’m very impressed with the manager, Alexis, and her outstanding customer service and good attitude. My order was unfortunately messed up a couple of times and she was really great about making it right, even offering an Uber eats to my house the second time. I had suggested this, admittedly, in a sarcastic manner and was surprised by her willingness to actually do it. I declined to have her do that in the end and opted to get my stuff later, but was very impressed. It’s not normal to have problems here so I’m just assuming I had some bad luck. Super impressed by Alexis and her team.
Update** Normal chickfila expectations when in person. *** Do NOT get delivery from them! Got a salad (should be served cold and crisp) and a couple hot meals. Recieved the order at the wrong door and didn't even knock or follow delivery instructions AT ALL. Then I go to get the food and the should be cold and crisp salad is HOT and SOGGY! Ive called 3 times and left a voicemail. No one answers or cares to fix the order. NEVER AGAIN! Them high prices for hot soggy salad is outrageous!! Spend $16 just for the salad!!! Fries are also cold and soggy. They've definitely nailed the soggy food triat.

Service was a bit slow during a rush. I went inside the restaurant to pick up my mobile order. I stood in the designated pick up spot for several minutes without being addressed by staff members. The staff member assumed I was waiting to pickup someone else's order without confirming if mine was the order that was on the counter sitting.
Drive through to pick up dinner for my kids. Generally I come away from Chick-fil-A wowed by incredibly friendly service, not today. Workers all standing around talking to each other, felt as though I was a bother to them. It was McDonald's level service, the food was great as usual.

Food is always good but they are lacking on giving out the correct condiments and plastic ware! It’s frustrating when you order mac and cheese on the go and they give you nothing to eat with. When we order on the app we are never given the correct condiments.
Food was okay but very carb filled. The place was filled with the worst in conservative families and their unruly and overly pampered kids. One of the staff members came to the table ignorantly spouting off how every woe he has is the liberals fault and how "smart" trump is. I could not get out of there fast enough so that I didn't have to play polite. Felt the same as being cornered by a molester...
Over the past year I typically order large fries to receive potentially half full. Have had many mixups not receiving the correct items. Ordered a large Mac n cheese and received a half full thing of fries. They work fast even when traffic is backed up, but the past 4 visits my orders have contained the wrong items. Will continue going there, but really hope the orders get more accurate.
Paid close to $18 for the 30 nuggets but in my opinion it should have been like 10 PC instead. Most of the "nuggets" were either like big crumbs that possibly fell off of other nuggets, and the ones that were there were so much smaller than usual, like the size of a nickle or over cooked. Was maybe worth $5.00 if I'm being generous.. First time coming to this location, I won't be back.
Maybe someone should teach the dry head lady up front doing DoorDash orders some manners. She was rude as heck talking about customers could wait while the orders piled up in front of her instead of accepting help from the young man with the curly hair who came to help her.
Spicy chicken is inconsistent but that is true for all CFAs. Drive thru is slow and unorganized. They are usually nice and professional. Today they did the chicken biscuits all day (well, only 4pc’s and only until 8pm come to find out...). While at the window waiting for my order I heard employees talking/yelling “y’all ever make mini biscuits? Well, they’re annoying”. I placed a $30 dollar with two orders of these mini biscuits...and i come to this CFA twice a week on my way home from work. So sorry my order is a problem for you. So sorry that it’s annoying to put little pieces of chicken on a little biscuit. I got home and they really slacked on this, I mean look at the picture. Just... how?! It almost takes effort to screw this up. I’m pretty disappointed. I can’t say much else about this location but this kind of shows the true colors as far as their employees go.

Paid for extra egg definitely didn't get it. I hand it back and they legit acted like they put more in the bowl and didn't. I just drove off bc clearly they weren't going to give me what I had actually paid for. When it costs 8 dollars for a meal for breakfast I'd like what I paid extra for. She also didn't give me the receipt for my breakfast. Overall I get better service and what I pay for in Killeen.
I cant stand how they take orders at the car when you go through drive through, i know they try to get as many cars through the line in an hour but that's how you make your customers feel rushed. i can never take my time and really see what i would like to enjoy for lunch because theres always a workers face right in my window. food it good but the grilled chicken always has a taste to it.. (unsure about the flavor and liking it)
Went during a busy time in the second lane, person placing order keep yawning while and calling my girlfriend a sir. Very unprofessional and felt disrespected, we just placed our order and left. I will never return to another CHICK FIL A, that's was my first and last experience going to one. I do not recommend, at least this location
Chick-fil-A used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Last night, our order was wrong, and we noticed how small the chicken breasts were for the sandwiches. All we needed was pickles to correct our order. When I went up to the counter to ask for some, an employee put it into the computer. I waited a couple of minutes, and she told me that she would bring them to me. I waited over 10 minutes for pickles, and she never came. She continued to fill doordash orders, so I brought our food up to the counter to ask for it to be corrected. Another employee (Black Shirt) asked "What's wrong?" when I was waiting at the counter. I explained and he asked me to take my tray back over to my area and throw the food away. We won't be back. Disappointed member
I’m starting to think this chic fil a doesn’t like me. Every time I order they forget my sauce I ask for and I always forget to check because I’m in a hurry for work. Then I have to force myself to eat a dry sandwich. They put chic fil a sauce in the bag, but I don’t like it. Why are they so stingy with the honey and Polynesian sauce 😩 anyway, I’m tired of this happening so maybe a review will fix it! For how expensive they are, they could try harder 😭
first off, i had to wait over 15 mins, had people behind me getting their orders before me and then on top of that got my order cold, with 2 room temp cookies and a “sorry for waiting so long” next i look at my sandwich. no pickles and one small piece of lettuce already soaked. i asked for no tomatoes and got no tomatoes so that’s nice, but i didn’t ask for no pickles🤨 and yes, i am a little upset about that because im broke and chose to spend my money on this food, when i could have gone to the grocery and prolly get way more. i understand it was late when i got my order, however why was everyone able to get their order before mine and i got two chicken sandwiches and fries. and two drinks. another thing the sweet tea tasted more like sweat tea.the fries were warm for a little bit but got cold quicker than normal. so was my order just sitting there or what? why was my food so cold especially if i had to wait so long. highly disappointed
Good food, but always limited seating due to employees taking up all the booths in the quiet area. Plus, after a six month renovation, you would think they would have provided overhead cover for the occasional rainy day in Texas. It’s bad enough having to dodge speeding cars in the parking lot, due to ridiculous design layout, but you also have to dodge rain on your way into the restaurant.

I went this morning 6/26/23 and ordered a chicken sandwich with a granola parfait and fruit cup. I was told it would be a wait for the chicken, and I agreed. 15 minutes later staff come out without any food and inform me that there was a wait on the parfait and the fruit cup due to not being “prepped” yet. I asked for a full refund and cancel the order and persisted on only giving me a refund for the parfait and fruit cup and charged me for the sandwich. Will not be going back to Chik-Fil-A anytime soon.
I’m livid. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service until today. First I repeatedly told my order taker not grilled. Not grilled. What did I get ? Grilled. I circle back around and wait, finally get the attention of a drive thru young man, tell him my issue. Order was wrong etc. he walks away and says he’ll have it fixed. I wait 25 min before I finally ask again and yell across the lanes to the window. I hear him say “Omg I forgot to put it in” he’s talking to the manger at the window. A nice young lady walks over and asks again what the issue is. She apologies and goes to correct it. 10-15 min pass and she comes back with my order apologies again and was super sweet. But the young man never apologized or came back with my order, the young lady had the courage to. The manager didn’t apologize or at least throw in free fries or anything for 35-40 min ridiculous experience. The only one who handled this issue so kindly was the young lady at the drive thru. The rest…I’m so disappointed.
I went to chickfilia today and they gave me the wrong order, I know I forgot to check the order I was in a rush, when I got home realized they gave me chicken nuggets instead of my #7 meal. This is second time happened to me. Still love Chick-Fil-A just be careful when you hand the order to your customers. Have a nice day!!!
Did a mobile order they messed it up, i ordered 3 kids milkshakes and 2 regular milkshakes got all of them small, the lady explained that is the new policy but did not seem to understand that we paid more for the 2 shakes, we asked for a refund of the 2 shakes since the pictures in the app didn't match what we recieved, the lady nonchalantly just said if you want a refund bring it back, after we tipped the delivery driver 4 dollars to take a 2 min drive and paid the delivery fee. This is not the first time im treated poorly in this site but will be the last time.
I went to the drive thru, and was flagged to go to the other side, since they normally have 2 sides. As soon as I went over nobody acknowledged me and one of the workers came up to me and asked me if I needed help, and I explained to him that I was told to come on the other side and he told me I had to go back on the road and pull back in to the drive thru side that I originally was going to before I was flagged yo go to the other side. I just left because I had 2 hungry kids under 6 yrs old in the back cranky. I've never had an issue with this location until today.
Slowly but surely, the quality is dropping just like everywhere else. Fries were not cooked all the way and instead of receiving grilled chicken in my salad as ordered, I received crispy.
Ordered a catering order. Arrived at my destination to hand out the food only to find out that they didn’t provide the paper plates, utensils and napkins I asked for with the order. I called and spoke to someone expressing my concerns on the matter and that I was 20 minutes out. He told me to come back and get them. I asked for compensation. I am 20 minutes out it is 23° outside/lightly snowing and the error was on your end not mine, but hey this is the type of customer service that chick-fil-a gives!!!! They in simple words could care less.
I typically don’t have issues with any of the employees EXCEPT for one. I’m not sure what his name is but he is EXTREMELY rude every time I go there. Today, he got upset because I drove past the point where they take orders. Well, no one was standing there so I moved up. He was very sarcastic and ignorant. So when I returned the same energy, he got even more upset and told me that they’d take my order at the window, and walked away. Well, they don’t take orders at the window. So I was advised to go back around in line (which I didn’t want to do so I drove off). Overall, he should be fired or just quit if he hates his job that much. AND he’s always messing up my order. Simple things like a 3-count strips meal seems like rocket science to him. I hate when he takes me order. I’ve worked in fast food and I didn’t treat people like that.
Update: They sent me the wrong burrito on my current delivery, this time I called about it, and the guy that answered was extremely kind about it and offered to replace it. Thanks dude. The absolute worst Chick-Fil-A for mobile / delivery orders. Every time I order from here for delivery, they either forget something from my order, or forget about my order entirely and it ends up getting here 30 - 40 minutes past the initial delivery estimate. They intentionally removed half of the menu from online ordering, even though you can easily go to the drive-thru immediately after not being able to purchase online to get the items. They have literally made me do this before. I ended up having to go there because they messed up my delivery order initially, and they wouldn't offer to deliver the fixed order. When I call to get an update, or ask a question, the woman answering the phone is always rude and has a horrible attitude as if I'm bothering her to get an update on the order. I never experience issues like this when going through the drive-thru. Sometimes you need to order for delivery, and the fact they are rude to you because you kindly ask for an update is insane. I won't be ordering from this location again, and suggest that other people looking to place mobile orders do so from the Killeen location rather than the Heights location.
Not a very helpful crew here. I’ve been in person a couple of times and i’ve had delivery- everyone is rude, no matter what. Not the kinda Chick-Fil-A service you’d expect, do better
This location is just terrible and does not live up to the Chick Fil A name. It’s by far the worst one I’ve been to and am so disappointed such this is the one closest to my home. The employees almost always have an attitude, seem lazy, unfriendly, annoyed and ALWAYS get something of the order wrong. Rarely do you get someone who is just a decent person. No one is exceeding in the customer service department per the typical CFA standard. Employees working the drive thru can’t manage the cars properly. I was nearly crashed into because they wanted to merge the lanes during the dinner rush (no reason for it!) The food is sub par. The spicy chicken is always too spicy to even eat. The chicken has made my family sick here numerous times. The fries seem like the whole bag of salt was dumped on them. I try this location every few months and always regret it because I’m out the money and need to find another meal. I’ll learn soon enough to stop bothering to come here at all.
Do yourself a favor and drive to Killeen or temple. You’ll get met with friendlier people and get better rewards on your chick fil a app. I drove all the way home to discover that my nuggets were not in the bag. I drove back to get them. Upon explaining that I was missing food, I was asked if I wanted a promo nugget or a refund. Not an apology for having to drive back for missing food. (Please note, a promo is not an item I PAID for). I told the team member I wanted my nuggets. He then asked me where the rest of my order was. NEVER in the YEARS I have been a CFA customer have I been questioned about where the rest of the order. I explained to the team that the rest of the food was at home with my family and I was greeted with a sigh of frustration and disbelief. Then the team member said "I guess it's fine this time. I'll just promo the nuggets for you anyway". When I called the store to complain, I was told this was always the store policy to have the whole order but it's only sometimes enforced. I don't appreciate the implication that I was lying. Nor do I appreciate the lack of CFA's normal over and above customer service that I get at other stores: which always includes an apology and usually an extra menu item for time and gas wasted for a mistake their team made. It's not the food mistake that's the problem, it is how it was handled afterwards. I won't be back to the Harker heights store or any other store owned by this owner Brad Beeman. Add to note: I’m a signature status with CFA. And this is the first time I’m leaving a complaint about any of them.
I went through the drive-thru to buy a meal at this Chick-fil-A, and afterward, I went inside because my son started crying—he really wanted to play in the kids’ area. Even though it was very clear from my drink and the Chick-fil-A bag that the food was from there, some of the employees began staring at me like I wasn’t supposed to be inside. One of them even stood in front of me, looked at my food, and asked if everything was okay. I felt uncomfortable and judged, which is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. A little more kindness and trust would have made all the difference.
The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Honestly, I don't think the owner cares one way or the other how his staff treats customers; otherwise, he would have a fast, and friendly staff like all other franchises. As long as the money is rolling in, he can't possibly care how rude, unfriendly, and inattentive the employees are. They don't greet you, or acknowledge you, and make you wait forever; unless you are of a different race.
Getting stuck in your drive-thru for eternity is terrible, especially when you were unable to prepare my order. The least you could have done for wasting so much of my time was offer me a meal when your ovens are working again.
Placed an order and when I got home the order was wrong. I called the store and because it was too far for me to go back that night I was told they would make it right. So I go to place another order and was told sorry will not honor our word. What a great Christian organization. Don't stand behind your word. I guess you lost another customer. All I wanted was the one sandwich that they messed up. I am paying for everything else in the order. Guess the guy on the phone showed me.
My family will NEVER eat at Chick-fil-A ever again. They call themselves a Christian organization, but when it requires a sacrifice, they fail miserably. My uncle (87 years old) was walking out of the Harker Heights, TX restaurant and fell because of two things: 1) the mat was not secured, and 2) the SMALL area to exit the restaurant ALSO had a table. My uncle was exiting and trying to get through that small room and the doors were so strong and the mat was not secured so my uncle FELL and hit his head on a TABLE that was in that tiny room! He is on blood thinners, so he was rushed to the ER. Incredibly (but not surprisingly) Chick-fil-A’s insurance company, Sedgwick, claimed that the restaurant has no duty to pay for anything since “through their investigation, they were not negligent.” Well, how convenient! YOUR insurance company found no negligence? Well that must be great to know that YOUR insurance company will never find any negligence on YOUR part! You should have seen how hard they were scrambling in the restaurant after it happened. They looked like scared animals trying to figure how to deal with an elderly man that FELL because of their MAT and the TINY area and the TABLE that has no business in that tiny room. Their insurance adjust said, "Well we've never had any falls at that restaurant." We replied, "How many falls have you had at other restaurants?" She said she was unable to say. Ummm YEAH because you don't WANT TO ADMIT that you've had falls at other restaurants! NO PLACE FOR THE ELDERLY, DISABLED, OR WHEELCHAIR-BOUND PEOPLE AT CHICK-FIL-A!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY EAT AT Chick-fil-A! My uncle is a Christian and is appalled at this level of deceit and villainous lack of responsibility. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN!
Store closed before 10:00pm. Please update your store closing time to reflect the proper closing time.
I am unsure on how to rate this issue I had at the Harker heights location. This will end up in a death or severe injury. Why do you have to cross past the drive through vehicles to get inside the building? I drove around the entire building. I went in with 2 kids and a handicap mother at the same time an elderly couple was coming out the building. There is no one to stop the vehicles, there is no stop sign for the vehicles. There is no exact cross path to get inside. No complains on the food or the customer service but the structure of the building and parking. This is an accident waiting to happen!
Today is Dec 11th. My wife ordered through DoorDash 30min ago. Food was delivered 5min ago. There were 14 sauces that were supposed to be inside the bag, per my wife's order & the receipt on the front of the bag. There were ZERO sauces in the bag once delivered. Quality control is an issue...because how do you forget to add 14 sauces that are indicated as being in the bag.
I am not sure what is going on here, but this location is getting worse and worse. This was the Pattie that came on my chicken biscuit and this was the amount of food that came in my husband’s bowl. The sausage wasn’t even a whole sausage. You gave us half the food so we want half of our money back. I will be going straight to that corporate site cause there is no way this is how y'all are doing business. Please show your employees how to make a decent 1/2 sweetie 1/2 unsweet tea it’s not that hard to do.
Not sure what’s going on here but this is becoming their new normal based on my experience and apparently others recent experiences too. What exactly are customers paying for when upgrading to large because this location is stealing from customers by just filling it to a medium size level. Fraudulent and misleading.
My bread on my sandwich was cold so I asked him to remake it. He brought it out to me insured to me. Everything was fresh so lo and behold, I go to eat my sandwich and the bread is still cold. The bread the bread is called. the meat is hot Now whenever I go to the one in Killeen, my bread is hot. My sandwich is hot. Everything is fresh. Everything is good now there wasn’t very many customers in their restaurant but this is Chick-fil-A. I paid $40 for two meals and an extra sandwich I would expect for my food to be good so needless to say I go ahead and wrap up my food and go somewhere else to eat while on my way out I use the restroom and a Employee in there. Who is looking at his phone and walks out without washing his hands or anything not happy with this place will not go back. You guys wasted money rebuilding it because it still sucks.
