We decided to celebrate my birthday at this location tonight so glad we did! The food came out hot and delicious. It was our first time trying the seafood boils which were so good! The restaurant was clean and quiet definitely a hidden gem! Our waitress Angeline was super sweet and was always there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back again!

Visited tonight for my birthday. Mae gave us terrific service! Friendly, funny, and on top of drink and biscuit (hot and delicious, btw) refills, and extras like to-go drinks. Her timing was impeccable-- there when we needed her without hovering. A rare talent as a server! The food was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, and also perfectly timed-- the entrees came out just after the apps, right when we wanted them. Even the hostess, whose name I didn't catch, was sweet and friendly and made us feel welcome when we came, and like we'd be missed when we left. I couldn't have hoped for a better evening. I visited Red Lobster today, and I walked out genuinely impressed. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and inviting. That classic smell of buttery seafood hit instantly and set the tone for a great dining experience. I came in to celebrate, and honestly, this turned into one of the best visits I’ve had at a Red Lobster. I ordered a plate with steak, a lobster tail, and mashed potatoes, and every part of the meal delivered. The steak was juicy, perfectly seared, and cooked exactly the way I asked for. The lobster tail was tender, flavorful, and amazing when dipped in the melted butter that comes on the side. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth without being heavy. Everything was served hot and well presented, which made the whole plate even better. But what truly made my visit stand out was the service. My server, Martina, was exceptional. From the very beginning she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She explained the menu clearly, made great recommendations, and checked on us at the right moments without being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that kind of attitude really elevates the entire restaurant experience. She’s definitely the kind of server that makes you want to come back. To finish off the meal, we ordered the brownie and ice cream dessert, and it was amazing rich, warm, and the perfect size for sharing. Overall: excellent food, excellent atmosphere, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get the chance to be served by Martina again. Highly recommend this Red Lobster.

Our server Angeline was the best. She was joyfully polite and attentive and gave great recommendations. The Salmon was perfect. It was thick, well cooked yet still juicy with a crisp top. The biscuits and hush puppies were the perfect comfort food. The shrimp should be renamed the big uns. The Apple Harvest Punch tastes surprisingly like dessert. The Strawberry Cheesecake was decadently thick and delicious. The atmosphere on a Saturday early evening was not crowded and yet populated by people of all ages. The only thing I don't recommend is the crab covered asparagus, unless you love a lot of salt. The crab portion was too salty for my taste buds but might be just right for someone else. Over all we loved our meal and experience there. I recommend it and will return to enjoy it again.

I went to Red Lobster by myself and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The herb-crusted chicken was absolutely delicious — tender, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. It felt like a comfort meal elevated to restaurant quality. Definitely one of my new favorite dishes! What truly made the visit special was Adrian, my server. Dining alone can sometimes feel a little awkward, but Adrian went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He checked in at just the right times, kept my drink full, and even offered great recommendations without being pushy. His timing and attentiveness were perfect — I never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and sincere. Adrian truly made my evening feel special, and I left with a smile on my face. If you visit this Red Lobster, ask for Adrian — he’s fantastic! Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding service — I couldn’t have asked for a better solo dining experience.

We had an amazing server named Elizabeth. She was very personable and provided excellent service. She made our dining experience very pleasant. She made sure our drinks were always full and checked back with us several times to see if there was any thing else we needed. We ordered the Mariner's Boil and it was very good and such a generous portion, we had to ask for to go boxes to take the rest home. The leftovers were enough for another meal. I am here the first time in the US/ Texas and I know the US Red Lobster chain from a Japan vacation. I went crazy when I saw Killeen has a Red Lobster Restaurant! So me and a colleague from work went there for two times. Last time I took the Snow Crab and this time the Maine Lobster steamed! Both were fresh and tasted awesome! We were beyond disappointed when we went the time before. Our son bought us a gift card for Christmas so we felt like we had to try it again. Definitely wasn’t looking forward to it. We came later in the evening and were seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty and clean, but it was very warm and stuffy inside. Our server was Martina and although she was nice and apologetic for the wait for biscuits and food, she was very loud, rude and disrespectful in how she spoke to her male co-worker in front of us. It was distracting and put us off our meal. Although the food looked delicious when it came out, the rice was hard and undercooked, the salmon was dry, the lobster was tough and all of it had a flavor of ash or gas, as if it were cooked over a gas stove but the pan wasn't cleaned well. Due to the way Martina had spoken to her coworker in front of us, my husband and I weren't comfortable letting her know how we really felt about the food. Martina was cleaning the booth right behind my husband and was spraying the table with a bottle labeled SpicNSpan. The smell of the chemicals was sooo strong that all I could smell or taste was that. I couldn't eat any more of my food at that point. I had asked her for a refill of my cranberry iced tea, which she never gave me. When asked about the food, I was courteous but tried to be honest and said I "kind of enjoyed it". Martinas' response was "Well I'm glad y'all could eat a lot", as we had tried to finish as much as we could but still had our sides and 1/3 of our salmon uneaten. The broccoli was delicious!

It's sad to say that our experience was very disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy but it took a while to be seated and even longer just to get our drinks. Our waitress wasn't attentive at all. Our drinks were empty before she even took our order. She didn't ask if we wanted refills and one of our guest didn't receive her drink until after we spoke to the manager. It took 45 minutes to get our food and again one of our guest had to wait for her meal which was the same order as mine. As long as we waited for our food, it was barely warm and very bland. We spoke to the manager, and she was very apologetic and accommodating. Because of her we didn't walk out. Shout Out to an Awesome Manager! Even after we spoke to the manager, we thought we would get better service from our waitress, not at all. She was at other tables but I felt like she intentionally avoided our table. Still no refills, no apologies from her for not checking on our table, not even any pleasantries. So we decided to get a to go box which took another forever to get and left.
