This Chili's has an amazing manager named Alicia! All these years I've been coming here,she makes sure staff are on point! FRESH FOOD, DAMN GOOD HOUSPATLITY!!! She meets and greats all customers. I've seen her call customers by there name. She is a blessing to you all establishment and to your faithful customers. Thank you so much Alicia for being THE BEST!!!

I went in and ordered the trip meal which included drink, appetizer, and my cheeseburger. Well after 40 minutes and no burger. The manager John came out to explain what happened. He was able to bring it out right away and my waitress gave me some chips and salsa to go. I appreciate the service and the quick action of the staff to fix the issue.

In these unpresidented times it's scary to get out and enjoy yourself. Today a friend and I went to our local Chilis bar. Our waitress was Michelle, I must say that she was awesome. She immediately took our drink orders as well as asked me if I was a rewards member. I'm truly grateful as I was able to get an appetizer at know charge due to my rewards. Michelle was there checking on us before we could ask for anything. One of my pet peeves is to have my drink refilled without waiting or having to ask. Michelle was like let me get you another tea, that truly made me smile. Kudos Michelle for a job we done. Thank you for awesome Customer Service.

We originally started at Olive Garden but after sitting for 15 minutes with no service we left and went to Chili's. I'm so happy we did because we were greeted by the warmest waitstaff we've come across in a while. After being seated, our server came and introduced himself(Henry). Our experience only got better through the evening. Firstly, we didn't arrive until 945p, so we were late diners but he didn't mind. Henry was so interactive, and paid attention to the tables needs. My husband NEVER had to ask for a refill, Henry was super attentive. Jaime came by a few times and engaged in conversation with us. She seems to be a great manager and engaged with her staff and diners. To the owner of Chili's in Killeen- you've got 2 phenomenal players on your team. Henry- thank you for a truly genuine and wonderful dining experience.

This was my first time in a Chili’s in about 3 years. My boyfriend and I came in after work to grab a drink and some food to go. We sat at the bar and Gracie took excellent care of us. We had great conversations together and I haven’t felt so welcomed in a restaurant since this experience. The drinks were perfect along with our food. Because of Henry, this meal stood out to me, and I can honestly say I haven’t had this kind of service in a very long time. I will definitely be back, and I’ll be requesting Henry every time. An atmospheric place where you can take one serving for two and even have some left over to take home. The waitress was very friendly and assisted with the bill. One suggestion I have is to remove the donation options that are initially presented on the tablet when a customer settles their bill, as it can be misleading to patrons.

Went to chillis last night, forgot to leave a review. I haven't been to chillis in quite a while but it was just like I remember it, Thursday night was absolutely packed but the service was quite fast, we didn't have to wait too long for our food which was great! I got the mini burger sliders and they were pretty good, I felt like some of them were missing cheese, but I wasn't too bothered about it, overall would recommend coming if you haven't been before, food is good and relatively inexpensive.

Decent food, everything could have used more salt though. Flavor went from meh to yum once that was fixed. Burgers were best but light batter on original style crispers a nice change from other places. Only real complaint is one of my pet peeves, saying 5-10 min wait at door (3 groups) while half of tables are empty (stated they were short staffed). You should expect more than half full on Friday afternoon, but even so I would rather be seated at a table waiting on a server than crowded around the entry door.

Running Deep

We've always had a good experience at the Killeen Chili's. The food is consistently good and the servers and staff are always friendly. Plus, the menu has a large variety of dishes. For starters, we got the Triple Dipper with Big Mouth Bites, Southwestern Eggrolls, and Fried Mozzarella. At almost $15, it's a pricey appetizer and honestly seems smaller than it used to be. But, it was enough for two people, or maybe three. We like the eggrolls with the avocado-ranch dipping sauce. For our meals, I got the Mix & Match Fajitas with steak and chicken. The protein portion size is about half of the picture on the menu. Enough steak and chicken for two tortillas for each meat. Look at the picture on their website compared to my photo and you can make your own conclusions. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the fajitas, but like all restaurants out there, prices go up and portion size goes down. My wife got the Classic Sirloin with broccoli and regular corn on the cob. The steak was cooked the way she likes it and was very tender. She really likes the corn also, but they do seem to over season the corn on the cob (which is why she won't get the roasted street corn ever again). She got her steak as a pick-three that also included a drink and an appetizer. She got the chips and salsa, because we both really like the salsa. We will go back to Chili's because we like the food and the atmosphere. Our server, Robyn, was awesome. She was friendly and checked up on us routinely. I do recommend this Chili's, just be aware that if you get an appetizer, two entrees, and drinks, you'll probably be up close to $50. They do have a pick three menu with several good options that will make your bill less, which we have done in the past.

This was my first time eating at this Chili’s. No serious issues other than when I first arrived there was a woman on the floor by the front desk. Either fell with drinks in her hand or she was drunk. The waitresses hurried and tried to clean it up and the ladies husband or whomever assisted her to get out of the main entrance. Chicken Strips were a little greasy but still good and no other complaints.

I probably would of enjoyed it more if my waitress paid any attention to her table. She was to busy at.the bar flirty with men. I shouldn't have to get up for refills. 2 of us ate. The maccaroni and cheese were not right, and we had to send it back. Another one came, and it was soupy. My daughter said it tasted alright. But when is Mac n Cheese soupy. She also ordered a chicken sandwich. It looked weird, but she said it was good. The server was great. A lot of young couples were there. It looked like a nice place for date night. The chips and salsa were good. I ordered beef for what I thought was queso, but it came out looking like it did, see picture. It was alright, but if it was really good, I would have eaten it all. But oh well. The money I spent my food should have been delicious, but oh well.

Super friendly staff! Amazing environment! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch nachos because I was craving “loaded nachos”. First batch was stale, second batch was more fresh but they just melt shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. When I asked for more melted cheese they just gave us a bowl of shredded cheese. If you want quality “loaded nachos” this place isn’t it. But their Merry Maker Marg was phenomenal!

I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajita with rice and beans. The shrimp was dry, spicy hot, and lacked flavor or seasoning. The chicken was tender and seasoned. It was served SMOKING HOT! The rice and beans lacked seasoning and flavor as well. I also ordered a Trio that consisted of burger sliders, chicken crispies, and cheese sticks. The Trio was good. Additionally, Chili's burgers are worth the money. The size and taste of a feast burger is awesome.

Went here later in the evening and the service was amazing! I’m only giving 2 stars due to the fact that my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. I ordered a burger and he had chicken crispers. We got the chips and trio dip for an appetizer. I believe the food poisoning came from the guacamole. It hit me harder than my boyfriend because my burger had guacamole on it as well. That’s my only complaint about the service, other than that, everything went well.

No one will notify you upon being seated or even upon ordering drinks that you are sitting on the NO HAPPY HOUR side of the resturant. We were seated quickly. Facility is clean. Out waitress was very polite and answered all our questions. This is where the problem starts. 10 minutes after we sit down a family sits next to us. We have already ordered our food. We wait and wait and wait. Then the family that came in after us got there food. I asked the waitress if our food is coming? We get our food and they get mine wrong. They gave me chicken when I ordered brisket. They forgot my wife's bread. The amaretto stone sour sucked bad. The fried pickles had no flavor. Now I know why I don't eat there. Went here to enjoy a girls night and partake in the Wicked margarita and the bartender gives us our margaritas but they were served in regular glasses. When I asked I was told that the other glasses were dirty. Both of our food orders were wrong. I got chicken with my pasta even though I ordered shrimp, my friend got the wrong sauce on her wings. We were never checked on during our meal. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

This was the 1st time my fiance and I came in to eat dinner at this Chillis restaurant. The place is a mess from the floor been wet to the sitting area been dirty. Very disappointing to see it dirty. But we decided to give it a chance. Well the food was good but at room temperature it was not hot at all. Not sure why if the waitress said it was freshly made. The waitress we had was good. She checked on us a few times but we were ready to go. We only took a few bites and took it to go. The cheesecake was delicious and actually cold. We order some Nachos and the Bacon burger to go. It looked like it had came out the microwave. I do not think we will be coming back to visit this Chillis. Maybe lunch is a better time to visit in not sure but, We came in for dinner around 8pm and We spent over $60 only to be dissapointed. I gave it 2 🌟 for the waitress and the cheesecake.

Food was not cooked. Medium Rare steaks which were Mooing Rare. Food was cold upon delivery at table. Mushroom burger barely had any mushrooms on the burger. Our waitress was great but Food didn't meet the environment or the staff friendliness. Really hope the cook in the kitchen steps up and meets the other great parts of the restaurant.

Why is the salsa water??? Why were they out of ribs on a Sunday at 4pm.??? If you know certain items are your best seller be prepared or at least have an explanation. Well needless to said I won't be back. If you can't make salsa that can stay on my tortilla chips, I dare try anything else.

We were at this Chili’s location on May 22, 2025. What was meant to be a joyful evening celebrating my twins’ academic achievements turned into a frustrating and upsetting ordeal. We chose Chili’s for our celebration because it’s typically a place we enjoy and trust. We were seated promptly and our server was friendly. Appetizers arrived in a reasonable time despite the busy atmosphere, and everything seemed to be going well. Once we ordered our entrees, the experience took a turn for the worse. After waiting about 30 minutes, our server apologized for the delay, stating our food would be out shortly. Unfortunately, we watched several other tables many of whom had been seated after us receive their meals while we continued to wait. When our server passed by again, she told us the food was being plated, but we still saw no sign of it. Eventually, we asked to speak to the manager, Tristan. We calmly explained our frustration and requested to pay for what we had already received, as we no longer wished to wait for our entrees. Rather than offering an apology or showing concern for our experience, Tristan appeared dismissive and made repeated attempts to leave the conversation. He only offered a free dessert, which felt like a token gesture rather than a sincere attempt to make things right. At that point, we didn’t want anything free, we simply wanted to feel heard and respected. The situation worsened when we left and Tristan looked at us with what appeared to be disdain. When my husband returned to request a copy of our receipt, he was again met with attitude as Tristan aggressively input our information to print it out. What was meant to be a happy celebration for our children ended in disappointment. My family left sad, hungry, and disheartened not just because of the delay, but because of how poorly the situation was handled. We have always enjoyed Chili’s, but this experience has made us question returning. I am not writing this to demand compensation, but to bring attention to the lack of basic hospitality and accountability we encountered. I really hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other families don’t have to go through a similar experience.

never have i ever received something so skimpy from chilis and i paid $15 for this when i could have went to any small business and got 2x as much.. yall need to do better! because if i had seen this before i got home i would have gave it right back

I go to chilis frequently so to have this much of a bad experience gets me so mad I paid so much for my husband's dinner and mines comes out like this yes I called amd no one answered so that's why I'm leaving this review.. we both ordered a medium WELL amd it's far from it.. the chips seemed to be refried ugh everything was just a disappointment.. you lost one loyal customer chilis... This is the worst Chili’s I ever visited. When you first walk in the floors are extremely dirty that the staff have to tell you to watch your steps. Everything about the inside of this location SCREAMS filthy! I would have posted more pictures but I think the fork speaks loud and clear. Stay away from this place. Don’t waste your time and money! The food is straight garbage. You can clearly see that the upper management don’t care about the cleanliness of the restaurant.

My family and I ordered delivery for my birthday and the portions weren’t as expected the food looks like it was just tossed around and placed in the plate. The delivery took longer than what it said it would have taken. I also called to see what was going on with my order and the line was hung up on me after saying no one answered the phone. The food doesn’t taste seasoned and overall is not as what the reviews said.

Order a steak meal to-go asked for it to be cooked medium and it was way over cooked no pink at all. Also ordered a chicken sandwich and it literally had a chicken tender on it. I was able to use the top half of the bun to make my sandwich. Poor service poor attention to detail on the food prep.

I was like i needed to get an out of the. I called and asked to speak to a manager to explain what happened. She seemed concerned and understanding and offered to email me some gift cards behalf of my awful experience. She said it would take 24 to 48 hours. Now it’s been 4 days I still have received anything. I think she just told me that just to get me off the phone. But the way my purchase came out to be about $42. But Anyways, I hope Chili’s make this right because I could’ve yell roach a lot of enough for people to hear in the restaurant. But I didn’t. So, on September 30th around 9:35 p.m., I was returning to pick up the rest of my takeout order from the counter. As I was standing there, a large cockroach fell on me and hit me in the shoulder. Initially, I thought it was a cricket because I couldn’t identify it. However, when I looked down, I realized it was a giant cockroach. I apologized to the girl at the counter and expressed my need to leave. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager to explain the incident. She seemed concerned and understanding and offered to email me some gift cards as a gesture of goodwill for my unpleasant experience. She mentioned that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the gift cards to arrive. Now, four days have passed, and I still haven’t received the gift cards. I suspect that she simply told me that to get me off the phone. Despite this, I believe that Chili’s should rectify this situation. If I had yelled at the cockroach, it would have been loud enough for other customers to hear in the restaurant. However, I refrained from doing so.

Me and my boyfriend when to eat here around 2:30 pm on Saturday . It was absolutely horrible the moment we walked in. I don't know if it was because we are black or if it was because there were more than 1 host... 4 people standing up playing around. 1 guy had dreads , light skin and a bad attitude, the others were three white women. Which one of them came to seat us. Instead of doing that she actually walked straight to the back of the building We had to seat ourselves. 4 mins later the guy with dreads came and told us we can't seat ourselves. To come back to the front. We when back to the front and I ask him why his coworker came to seat us but. Actually walked to the back of the restaurant. His answer was she was going to the restroom.. which the lady never when to.the bathroom. Also, he had a very nasty attitude... We ordered salads which was good but this morning I woke up throwing up all my food. Please keep your money don't go here...

Very disappointed with our meal. The chicken quesadillas lacked flavor and seemed like the tortilla soaked up grease. The chicken crispers were not crispy. We expected the usual fluffy texture that Chili’s usually prepares them with. What we got was chicken tenders from any fast food chain, plus they were dry. If we had been eating at the restaurant, they would have been sent back.

Went Tuesday night to eat dinner and our server was great until I’m assuming a friend came in and sat in her section. She was too worried about talking to her friend than doing her job. She had gotten sat two other tables that were waiting around 20 minutes probably more just to get acknowledged they were there. We were out of drinks the whole time we were eating and then she comes by and apologizes. There goes your tip hunny and management just let it happen.

My job ordered us lunch. My order was a triple dipper. I thought the order was placed wrong so I called immediately, togo specialist got a manager, so once placed on hold, I just hung up. I have worked in restaurants for over 20 years. I have done everything. Server, bartender restaurant manager. It was 130 when I called. It's lunch rush so I decided to call back after. I know how it is. I called back and spoke with M.O.D. JAMIE. I was trying to explain my order. She placed me on hold to go to the "big computer" . She got me off hold and then I started trying explain the order. She cut me off a few times while I was explaining. My order should of been nashville hot mozz honey Chipotle chicken crispers and sw eggrolls. My whole order was drenched in honey Chipotle. She started reading the order to me fast. She stated we didn't ask for Nashville hot. She said that's how the order was placed and there isn't anything she could do about it. We picked our order up when it was ready. Food was cold. I asked what she could do about the food being cold she responded everything is freshly made. I agree but how long was my food in the window? Brisket quesadillas were dry as the desert. she kept cutting me off. I thank her and responded ok i see how you do business. I went up to the restaurant on break to speak with manager. Power was out.... doors are open workers all over the place. I asked for Jamie. I introduced my self and told Jamie she has no customer service skills. I really only wanted the Nashville hot. I showed her my plate- even my eggrolls were drenched in honey chipolte.Jamie straight showed no concern at all. Regardless she is supposed to listen to customer complaints, even if cust is wrong. She treated me as if she got her money and didnt care what I had to say. I wasn't going to go on Google, Until I spoke face to face with Jamie and picked up the vibe again she didn't care. Her customer service skills cease to exist. I told her I will go on Google and BLAST HER she made sure to yell out the open door what her name is. I WILL NEVER GIVE CHILI'S ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MY MONEY. 10 OUT OF 10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I DONT WANT A FREE MEAL OR ANYTHING. COACH YA GIRL JAMIE ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Meat was ok, beans, were ok. The potatoes... How do you boil potatoes, and add them into the tray wet? Make them loaded, now the cheese is watered down. I didn't know you could mess this up, but here we are. And keep in mind, the potatoes were still crunchy. Only 2 stars because the other portions weren't great, but better than this mess.

My family and I have been coming here for over 4yrs. We have been loyal customers to this restaurant. But, after about 3 mths of not going, we decided to go for dinner last night. Big mistake. We have wasted our $ big time. It was a huge disappointment. We ordered a trio sampler, the crispers were very oily. The egg rolls which are my favorite had a different texture and avocado sauce was chunky. The sliders were iced cold, dry and burnt. Manager came and only made new sliders which were then added as extra to the check and once I spoke to her she deleted. My children had Mac and cheese and it was pale in color and watery. The other one had sliders and didn’t eat them either. Ordered crispers meal to go and it could be eaten either due to high portions of oil and the flavor was not what we asked for. Finally, my husband and I ordered fajita trio for the both of us. Spice was added to it to a high amount. I threw up in the restaurant. My son got up at 4am full of throw up, my husband has had diarrea nonstop, the baby is not feeling well today and our other daughter couldn’t consume it either. $120 wrongly used. We won’t be going there any more. Looks like entire staff has changed. We used to really enjoy this place…. But last night we had the most horrific experience.

TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! Again the situation below happened to me today! I ordered the Santa Fe Salad subbing the chicken for the black bean patty.. the waitress informed me and argued with me for a minute that it would be an additional a la carte charge but I told her I wanted to sub it, not add it as I have been doing since like 2009? Anyways, she finally went in the back and a manager apparently showed her what buttons to push! I also now have a video from an anonymous employee, who doesn’t work at this location in Killeen, that I can show uninformed wait staff how to sub the black bean patty all on their own! Original Review: So I have been coming to Chili’s and ordering to go food online from them for years & am thankful they have a black bean patty since I am vegetarian. Today, my work ordered to go lunch online as we do 1-2 Saturdays a month. I usually get the Santa Fe salad with no protein then call the store to sub the black bean patty as the protein as I have done for years. When I went to pick up the food I was told I had to pay extra for the black bean patty, I told the girl I have been ordering that salad with the black bean patty as a sub for protein in store and online, calling in to have it subbed since it isn’t an option online, and had never been charged extra before. She didn’t really care and paid me pay the extra charge, so I will no longer be dining at this Chili’s and will always recommend we get something else on Saturdays at work.
