Sharonda was my server, she was very kind and sweet off the bat, she gave me really good energy and I liked her as my server. I do not have to wait for a table at all, just walked right in and got seated. The food came fast and hot, it was really delicious and enjoyable. The atmosphere here is welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my time eating here.

I come here often as I get off late night. The staff and management (Teesha) are always pleasant, food cooked to perfection, and my usual waitress, Tiara, is the best you could ask for. Stop in for a late night visit and you should not be disappointed!!

The Lady's That Work Here Are One In A Million. Brittany And Shannon Definitely Know How To Shower Love On People Whatever Time Of Day It Is. Myself, Hubby And Baby Girl We're there Around 1am For A Late Dinner. And We were treated With utmost respect and kindness. Our food was ready super quick, extremely delicious and the quality and quantity was just perfect. Customer Service Is Just Awesome, definitely going back for more. Thank You 🙏

05/19/2024 Breakfast. I had the breakfast sampler, and my wife had the rise-and-shine breakfast. Both were a solid average, everyday experience. But that would equate to a very good (or a 4 star) review since the staff is usually very friendly and cheery. This place was clean and the staff were pretty good, so giving 3 stars seems insufficient. There is no doubt that the quality of the food is the worst aspect of the meal, and yet my wife's multigrain toast was outstanding. She enjoyed it more than the rest of her meal! I had some and agreed. I guess the meal was "better than we expected," defying the predisposition that IHOP has mediocre food. A pleasant surprise for us today. Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. A special place. Very Good: Better than expected. Avg: An everyday experience. Just OK. Fair: Below par. Dirty, smelly & or flies.

Today this Thursday and last week Thursday we came in. The manager Maryann i believe is her name, the Red head, has the nastiest attitude towards customers and her staff. She gives you nasty facial expressions and tones when talking to you. It’s very RUDE! Multiple staff members talk about how they are treated and it’s not right. No person in management should treat customers and stuff as such. But other than that the waiters and waitresses are amazing. The food is okay. Coffee is great. Sharonda is amazing and deserves a raise.

I and 7 others decided to have a late breakfast. Seated immediately but once we made it to the seats it started to go down hill. Had a dirty coffee cup with "I don't know what but it was really noticable" then we received the wrong drinks. The cold brew tastes like it had old milk in it. Then as we needed items the waiter was off to the side looking into the deep blue with nobody around and told me to wait. Then he continued to look off. I was really confused. We received the food and it was good as it gets at IHOP..it was not bad but not the 5 star meal. Left after tip was about 145.00. not to mention they gave us plastic forks because they had no silverware. We all honestly thought the waiter was on drugs because he was lost as heck just staring off into nothingness. He still got a 20.00 tip felt bad for the guy.

I would never typically review a chain like this as the product / service is typically constant but this visit was hard to ignore. Took 5 minutes to get seated, which is forgivable but no one even greeted us in those 5 mins. Then another 5-10 minutes before anyone came to ask our drink order. We put in our food order at the same time. Another 10 minutes before glasses of water came back. Another 20 minutes before the food came. We didn’t even wait on the receipt to come to the table. We walked to the front so someone would take our money so we could leave - and no where near fast enough.

Service was horrible. Employees were all rude and angry. Except for one that wasn't even our Server. We will be sure to request her . From now on brie bc she was always smiling and helpful and went above and beyond. This location is in need of more people like her to work here. Otherwise we never going to come back to this location. The restroom was disgusting and the manager with the glasses was very rude and unprofessional when I had been charged for something that I didn't ask for.

Management is terrible in Killeen location, not listening to a customer when is asking to remake one order because they didn't make it right, is really bad. Just saying that is that the way we cook it. Take it o leave it. Service was good because at least our server understood the situation and apologized about it.

our server dee dee was nice but provided poor service. she dropped off our pot of coffee but forgot the mugs and since she forgot to take our order, forgot about us for almost 20 minutes. we asked for spoons but got forks/knives instead and there was no sense of urgency. we were finished with our meals before she came by to check on us. not attentive at all.
