By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! From the second, I walked in the doors. I was greeted warmly by staff and had an exceptional customer experience the entirety of my stay. I wasn’t sure what to get and was recommended a wonderful matcha latte with Brown sugar syrup, and oat milk (which is delicious). I am so impressed, and hope the staff can receive some sort of recognition for this!

I rarely leave reviews places, but the staff here is always so consistently polite and personable. I don't get Starbucks very often, but it's always a pleasant experience when I come by this one- more so than the average Starbucks. Wonderful job at customer service, and thank you staff for always being so kind. 😊 Feel like they deserve a shout out!

They are so sweet! So I originally wanted something they didn’t have so the girl who took my order was very sweet and helped me pick something else out. They then made us an extra drink with a heart on it for the inconvenience!! Y’all made our day today!

Expect to wait a really really long time for a coffee. Even if you order ahead, give it 30 minutes before showing up. It’s like this every time.

Wait for my order to be taken, was told someone will be with me. A girl that was stocking took my order (attitude) haven't been in Starbucks in a year and I was reminded why. She didn't ask what size I wanted she ordered me Vt I didn't want a drink that big but it was to early so I left with what I was given. 🦋✨️

I asked for a specific drink, and I paid extra for caramel just for them to only put caramel on the top and not actually limed around my drink so I sent my drink back and asked for them to correct it and they gave me a drink back very sloppily made like I was inconveniencing them.

I just went for a coffee and they gave it to me wrong, without whipped cream. I ordered two pump syrup and it literally tastes like milk with no coffee and no flavor.

Does the barista need to be retrained on how to make coffee? I ordered a dark roast black, and I basically received hot water with some dark coloring. The dark roast I received was so watered down, it was ridiculous and wasted my time. I decided to go to a different Starbucks and ordered the same thing… I still got the same result! Seriously, does the barista need to be retrained on how to make coffee?! The coffee in both locations might as well call themselves brave rifles coffee! Not a happy customer!

I use to be a regular here. But it has been going down hill in customer service and quality. We ordered a coffee with cream legit fill up to the brim when trying to take a sip it spill so much on my husband. Spoke with jasmine the “manager” and literally not sincere told her what happened. “Oh so sorry that happened to you”. Wasn’t looking for a handout or a refund but the tone was unnecessary. Never going there again.

If I could have the choice of giving NO stars, I would. Poor customer service. The manager didn’t even try helping and sounded super incompetent to be in a managers position. Will NEVER order from this Starbucks again. Can’t even get the drink I wanted and the drank yall gave me wasn’t even the FULL VENTI! Poor poor POOR service.

Bought a hot chocolate and a hot white mocha last night. Both drinks in the pictures were 1/4 empty. We didn’t drink them, and we didn’t open them until we got home. The staff were friendly, but I don’t get why they had to give us cups that weren’t full.

By far one of my least favorite Starbucks which sucks because it is in the most convenient locations in Killeen! I always order a Caramel Machiato and every time the ratios are off, I’m just getting milk and syrup. So we started ordering them upside down hoping that would alleviate the issue but turns out they’re just stingy with the espresso all around. My husband refused to accept the drink because it wasn’t made right and the manager was extremely rude even though she stated she knew it was made wrong and said there was nothing else she could do. Last time I checked Starbucks has a promise that if it isn’t the way you like it they will make you a new one.
