I always comes here with my husband for breakfast and then dinner at village pizza. Their bagels are always fresh and good their sandwiches are awesome. My daughter has been there with her friends and they loved the sandwiches. I definitely recommend it for a quick and delicious bite.

Everyone here is always amazing. We always enjoy our breakfast no matter if its a bagel sandwich or pastry. Today we went after my 5 year old had his throat surgery yesterday and they were very accommodating for him and took their softest bread and put butter on it and warmed it for him so he had an easier time eating it. Thank you guys for always being great. We look forward to family game day.

I absolutely love Bite the Bagel! I have been eating at this location as well as the Harker Heights location for years. I don't stop by as often as I used to, but when I'm craving a Lox on an everything bagel, they are my go-to and will continue to be. The customer service is always welcoming! They are fast even when they have a lot of customers, and the restaurant atmosphere is really chill and laid back with all the table games they have available. Great bagel shop! I highly recommend it.

Love this place! The club is bomb. The different cream cheese are hitting. 2x sized biggest slices of cheesecake. Good quick reliable service. The muffins are bussin. Cinnamon rolls are heavenly. They have me in here like 3 times a week!

I will come back 100%. Good place for breakfast. For two people we ordered two bagels: one stuffed and another one with honey pecan cream cheese. So many varieties of bagels and cream cheese 😍. And we returned to this place again. I actually got the same type of bagels as last time. All seasoned bagel with egg, ham and cheese. Another one is galic parmesan with honey pecan.

For some reason the lady with the painted eyebrows bypassed me when I tried to type in my phone number to gain points and tried to push me along. (There was a singular person waiting behind me). I asked her if I could get my points. She asked me for my phone number and never typed it in so I missed out on points on a 36.33$ order. I missed out because she couldn’t type in or allow me to type in 10 numbers… This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming in Got the.. -lox and cream cheese on a garlic bagel -2 bagels with chive spread (garlic and everything bagel) -2 L vanilla lattes Food was great and coffees were good. Customer service was mediocre at best. Everyone else that works there has given great service. I work for a company that uses Toast as well and those points can be a great treat to use when you want to save a little cash. Great food but if I see that lady with the eyebrows at the register again I’m leaving. She’s not great at the customer service part, maybe keep her hidden in the back.

I got a single egg with bacon and added hashbrowns and a vanilla cappuccino. My boyfriend had the hungry man hero. He added some Buffalo sauce to make it a bit more enjoyable. He got a turtle latte. The people are very nice.

I’ve been here a couple times and the food hasn’t disappointed. Good bagels, usually pretty quick and overall the people ringing you up inside are nice. This particular visit really upset me because of how (who I’m assuming is the manager) talked to the other employees. The person in the back making the sandwiches was quite literally yelling at the 3 girls in the front for a simple human mistake (handed out the wrong sandwich I believe) and was talking to them like they’re genuinely stupid. She then said “I know you’re new but…” and I couldn’t believe that. Shout out to one of the girls standing up for her coworkers and not just letting this lady talk down to them. Why would you talk to any of your coworkers like that first not to mention A NEW ONE. And they all look like out of highschool-early 20s while the lady in the back looks a little older than them (which is why I’m thinking manager). Idk the whole thing rubbed me the wrong way. She’s back there after yelling at them complaining about a $20 loss but I’m telling you right now, talking to your coworkers/employees like that is going to be losing soooo much more. Be mean > they quit > you’re understaffed > longer wait times > customers stop coming because of poor service/ lack of service due to poor staffing. Just be better to them, it’s that easy.

This was one of my fav spots but my last couple orders have been a complete fail but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today I ordered a Turkey Sub and to my surprise once my order was delivered, there was no meat in my sandwich. Like how do you forget the main ingredient?No communication and no one reached out. The whole order was a complete mess the muffin was hard. Now I understand everyone has a bad day but this was unacceptable, especially being I paid for my food and I was hungry. A waste of money and time.

Super slow service. Not even busy, but it still took forever. Food might be fine, but the wait time is ridiculous. Slow service really ruins the experience.

Today was my first time ever visiting this bagel shop and I was extremely disappointed. We ordered through the drive thru and the cashier was rude had an attitude not friendly and welcoming at all. The cashier also got my order wrong 😑. I ordered half dozen bagels for my kids the bagels were hard and tasted old and stale. My daughter was upset she even said mom the bagels from Walmart are better. I definitely feel that we did not get a fresh batch of bagels and it really ruined my take on this place. The French toast bagel does not taste like French toast at all whatsoever. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this place.
