Wonderful option for a meal in Killeen! The customer service was great as well. The ultimate nacho plate was scrumptious!

Due to dietary restrictions, I am severely limited in restaurant options. My diet can not have gluten, sugar, white rice, corn syrup, or pork. Really cuts down the options. We tried McAllister's because of the gluten-free bread option. We had the McAllister Club on gluten-free bread, and it was delicious. We paired the sandwich with cucumbers and tomatoes, which came with Italian dressing. Everything about the dining experience was top-notch! Unfortunately for me, the gluten-free bread and the Italian dressing both contained sugar, which aggravated my neuropathy and set my feet on fire. Even though we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the experience, we will not be able to return. I hope you will take our place and give them a chance to give you excellent food and service. If you install the app and register for rewards, you will get a free iced tea.

The Savannah salad was everything! My food was fresh. The service was excellent. The entire place was spotless! The kids meals are a great addition, too. I will be back!

We ordered dinner here and Kim was our cashier and Louis the manager. Both of them went above and beyond on our order to make sure we were happy and satisfied before leaving. Kim was very polite, courteous, patient, and kind when taking the order. She repeated it back to us, and we failed to realize that the sandwich didn't get entered as a king size. So when we looked at it before leaving, the manager Louis was putting pickup orders out and immediately asked us if something was wrong with our order. We said yes but not to the fault of anybody working here. We asked if we could get a king size and pay the difference since we didn't realize when she repeated the order that it was regular size and only charged for that size. Louis promptly asked the kitchen to take care of the rest of the order before continuing with the next customers order. While we waited a very short wait, Kim offered us refills on our wonderful tasting peach tea and strawberry tea. We accepted. Then Louis comes out with the rest of our order. He said all was good and to have a great night refusing any extra charge. So we paid that forward to Kim for her friendly service and contagious smile and happy personality. Louis also does a great job in the store, keeping everything on track and running smooth while maintaining a clean and upbeat positive atmosphere. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you, Kim and Louis, for this wonderful, kind experience that is rare these days, unfortunately.

The spud max had really tough skin, it was hard to cut with a knife and really difficult to eat. There was not near enough sour cream served with it. The skin at Jason's deli is much more crisp and has a better flavor.

So we did a favors delivery through this restaurant. Every time we've ever been to McAlister's they deliver and it is sublime. The ultimate experience. First up, The Ruben: it was sensational as always ; second, The Italian - absolutely delicious. The Mac and Cheese was good (I just added a little bit of pepper because I like it, and I'm a Texan). Third, The Chicken Tortilla Soup: did the trick when my husband had covid and satisfied the stomach. Fourth: The Regular Meat Chili- Something has shifted in the chili. It didn't taste the way it did about a year ago maybe longer. The texture was different too. It reminded me of an over seasoned Hormel chili brand (I personally think that they should do a blend of the vegetarian with the meat chili to balance out the flavors). Other than that, it was still a really good experience when you're sick and prefer to enjoy a great sandwich with comfort food.

They really need to fix their online ordering system. I ordered something that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:30. I got there at 11:25 waited until 12 o’clock and my order still wasn’t ready. I watched tons of people come in order their food sit down have their food brought to them eat and leave while my one sandwich and soup wasn’t ready. I asked multiple employees and all I kept getting was it’s coming, sir.

3 employee sitting in the dining area and 11 tables need to be bussed and cleaned. We were literally the only patrons and the food still took forever. Remodel all you want but this place is poorly managed.

I wasn't impressed with the food. Ordered a grill chicken salad in which the meat looked like processed sandwich meat with grill marks instead of cut chunks of meat. If i could rate them zero stars i would . Have been a regular for quite some time , there has been a couple of instances where there has been hair in my food ! And i try not to complain due to being understanding that things do happen ! This instance i picked up food for my wife for lunch and dropped her food off ! She sent me a picture of hair being in her food ! I called and spoke to one of the ladies at the register which she was super nice and understanding ! Also showed her proof as well ! Well the manager insisted i go back and get the food as if i didn’t state that i dropped it off to my wife for lunch . brought the food back just for her to tell me the food was almost gone . Of course no one is casually looking for hair in their food when they eating! No one in the kitchen is wearing hair nets or nothing. so if you are eating here, check all your items for hair ! Even the baked goods ! Had a hair in my brookie as well !
