Imagine ordering shrimp egg foo young, just to only receive 2 shrimp out of 4 patties. This tells me a lot about how much they’re paying attention to the quality of the food. I definitely don’t recommend it after this experience.

Please don't waste your money on this food. Out of all that I ordered from this restaurant, the only halfway decent thing was the beef and broccoli...and even that was salty. I am a real lover of Chinese food and had never eaten at the place before, but the food was wasn't even close to being good. The chicken Lomein wasn't even made with the correct noodles and they were overcooked and mushy. There were only tiny pieces of chicken and no vegetables to be seen. The sesame chicken was bland and the breading was soggy. The friend rice was greasy and poorly made. The pot stickers were grossly overcooked, bland, and had very little filling. Finally, the egg rolls were crunchy at the ends; soggy and tasteless in the middle. Definitely NOT a meal worth the $70 I paid.

I went there to get some food this past Friday I got the orange chicken plate in my food was rented when I called back to tell them they told me to bring the plate back because they sell a lot of orange chicken. That was the exact words and the chicken was not old. I brought back the plate, exactly as pictured, and the woman proceeded to be very rude and tell me. they don’t do refunds, even though it says that nowhere in there or in their website and proceeds to say things like we don’t give out food for samples and if you don’t like it, you just don’t have to come back, but the issue was not that I did not like my food my food was old. It looked good to the eye, but the moment that I bit into it, I could tell that it was old instead of taking accountability. She continue to tell me that the food was not Old And that there was nothing wrong with it. She then went on to say that they’ve been there for several years and that if I don’t like it, I don’t have to come back once again. I’ve eaten here multiple times and I get the same thing every time and I order under the same name I’ve never had this issue, but I will never be back When you walk in the door. It smells and not the typical Chinese restaurant smell and then I go to eat my food and it taste putrid and you tell me that I am lying. I will be reporting to the health board. And I recorded the whole interaction so I have the proof of exactly what I’m saying that she said to me

My how the mighty have fallen. We lived in Killeen when Hunan was THE PLACE to go for Chinese Food. We loved the fresh cook entrees and their Sunday buffets with our family. While in Killeen today, with all the new places, I ordered to-go from our trusted and flavorful Hunan Restuarant. Picking up our 4 entees, just inside front door there was a wall barricade with window and pass thru door blocking the view to what used to be the cozy dining area. That made me a litttle sad. The food was soooo blasé with a little amount of meats. Wasted money.

I ordered from here general tso extra spicy, not only was it bad it tasted burnt and the sauce was like water. Sorely disappointed and saddened by my experience. They did give me utensils though which was great. The white rice was the right amount too. Hope you can get it right some time soon. Did get a refund through uber eats. I do not recommend this place

Went up there ordered some food when I got the food back home. It was the wrong place asked you to remake my whole entire order. They told me to bring it up there once we got up there. They got upset and said they will not be able to refund what I just ordered and thought they was gonna keep my money and then told me I could never order from them again. Do not go to this dining room. Do not eat their food. Do not do anything with these people. They are so rude that their business needs to be shut down

I’m new to the area and had a good first experience here, so I decided to order again. Unfortunately, the second time they got my entire order wrong. I called and was told I’d receive a credit for the same order. When I followed up three weeks later to use it, they refused to honor the full amount. My total for the original order was $26, but they only wanted to credit me for half of the order. I’m not pressed over $11, but apparently they are. I told them to keep the whole credit because I won’t be ordering from them again. Customer service matters, and this experience left a bad taste.

This is my very first time ordering here and i'm giving this place one star overall due to the subpar service and incorrect order fulfillment. Despite specifically requesting orange chicken and fried rice, I received General Tso's chicken instead. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed that both dishes use the same sauce and the only difference is the accompanying vegetables.(which I recorded her saying.) Unfortunately, they refused to correct my order or provide a refund, failing to meet my needs. I'm confident that General Tso and Orange chicken have distinct flavors, and I should be able to tell them apart if I ordered them from any other restaurant. I'm not one to ask for refunds, but I did return the food to demonstrate that a remake would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, I received poor customer service and no food or refund at the end. To make matters worse, the restaurant has a strong smell of dirty fish water due to a poorly maintained fish tank near the entrance. I would never eat here again, even if it were the last option available.

GROSS DO NOT BUY HERE ! This was supposed to be garlic wings this was horrible so was everything else we ordered we called and they told us to come back and get garlic wings which were still not correct everything tasted old even the sauce tasted like it was being stored in an old cupboard we ordered combination fried rice which was burnt and had no shrimp , orange chicken which was cold and clumpy and looked like pork fat and the chicken was clearly something they reheated it was super dry and the wings we’re dark brown the Actual meat was opaque which showed that it was cooked then refried I’ve plead bought from this place but this was my last time. The best thing was the crab Rangoon but that too was refried .

We recently purchased a take out order and when we got home one of the orders the pepper steak one half of it was onions and peppers and a small portion of meat. This is disrespectful to customers. Never again, pass on this one.

We have been eating here since 1990 Things are not the same anymore. Our food was so bad my whole family was disappointed. All the sauses taste burnt. The wings where so dry we had to pull out some Wendy's sauce to make it taste good. Will not be going back. My kids wouldn't even eat it. The $60 I spent was not worth it.
