Despite the scantily clad women which bring in a majority of the customers, the food was pretty good. I wish the shepherds pie had more seasoning, but it was very filling. We came during happy hour for the drinks and they were pretty yummy. There’s a plethora of items on the menu ranging from pasta to burgers so there’s a bite for any palate. Just think twice before you bring your children. (Jacob’s super special tips: when the customer is done with their drinks, taking the empty glass really helps to clean up the table and provide a better experience for the diner.)

This place has excellent food. It doesn’t matter what you get, they always blow my expectations away. Service was good, and the atmosphere is definitely here. There’s lots of tvs to watch sports or other things to look at. The drinks were also good, not too expensive and they don’t cheap you out on the alcohol. I recommend this place for a bite to eat or if you’re a fat, lonely, old man. They’ll love you here.

Food was great and service was excellent! Waitress was very attentive and checked on me regularly. Just don't come in early. I tried going an early dinner one day and there were no workers visible, just customer at the bar and the bartender.

The food is really good. We had the Mediterranean kebabs herb chicken and baby bakers. The first night and we had a salad missing from our order. Not a big deal. Tonight we had the southwest chicken egg rolls and the Irish reuben egg rolls with a pub pretzel. We didn't get the sauce for the egg rolls. I left a medium tip as suggested on the site we utilized. I'm disappointed to be honest. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere seems to be a place I'd enjoy if I was out with the boys. Two nights in a row that my order was incorrect. I'll give them one more chance. We did order take out both nights. Maybe they were just busy.

Nice place to watch a game or a fight while grabbing a bite to eat. Service was good. I tried the Monte Cristo and it was just ok, there was a bit of an old grease taste. This visit was a birthday luncheon and the other food looked very tasty. The burgers looked good. May go back to try one. The restroom was clean and had a TV. My 1st time seeing that.

This wasn't the experience that we expected. We stopped by for lunch and figured that it was time to see what was so special about a Tiled Kilt was. The hostess was pleasant and the waitress was busy but effective. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, Fish and Chips and fried pickle chips. It took a little while for the door appear. I would say that the breading on fish was light but mushy on the underside which made the fish tear through the breading. The pickles were a little underseasoned. The pizza was decent but my companions were violently ill the next morning. I really wanted to like this place. Maybe if I sneak back to try the inferno sauce on a burger, I could see some future redemption. But, our first take left us a little dismayed.

The food was not good, at all. I had the spinach artichoke, it was stale and tasted like days-old oil. The clam soup (forgot the name), was super salty, for no reason. The service and drink was great tho, I just wish the food matched. I would add, I went in on a "snow-day".

The food here is not good. My wings were terrible. They came with carrots and celery that were probably recycled from a previous customer (I wish i was joking). The fries were hardly seasoned, and soggy. Lastly, the beer I got was flat and kind of warm. Our server attempted to start a conversation just before handing us the bill. Its not surprising for this type of establishment, so a 2 star review shouldnt be surprising either.

2 back to back horrible experiences. 1st time the server spent forever talking to her friends. Took over 40 minutes for our first drinks to arrive. Another 20 to take our dinner order. Food was wrong and cold. Second attempt the kitchen messed up 4/5 orders. I ordered a Cesar salad never got any dressing asked 6 times. Was given wrong salad, Italian dressing twice, balsamic and when I said to just cancel the salad at that point she still tried to charge me for it. A medium steak came out like jerky, every side order was wrong. Boneless wings tasted like the oil had not been changed in days. Super burnt. Server kept offering to check us out despite not having received meals yet.

Terrible service from start to finish. Our drinks sat empty for 30 minutes at a time, and no one bothered to check on us. We were constantly left waiting for long stretches with no explanation or apology. When you’re paying to eat out, basic attentiveness shouldn’t be this hard. The lack of service completely ruined the experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding our recent visit to Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, which was very disappointing due to both service and food quality issues. When we requested to-go boxes, the waitress handed them to my girlfriend. My girlfriend politely said, “Thank you for the boxes,” but the waitress responded by making a rude facial expression and walking away. Additionally, other waitresses made weird and unprofessional comments and replies directed toward us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. On top of that, the wait time for our food was extremely long, and when my meal finally arrived, it was dry and poorly prepared. This is not the level of service or quality I would expect from your restaurant. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope that management takes this matter seriously and addresses these concerns so that future guests are treated with basic respect and receive quality food in a timely manner. 20 minutes sitting at the bar and the only person to even greet me was the hostess when I walked in, and then eventually the manager. Not one of the bartenders even made an effort to ask if I wanted a drink, or food (even though the manager, nice gentleman, handed me a food menu when he took my drink order after I sat there for 10 minutes). The only interaction I got was a half hearted empty interaction of "thanks for coming in honey" when I paid my bill. The bartender didn't even make any effort when she dropped off the check, which i had to ask the manager for because the three ladies working the bar were utterly useless. Now I'm sure someone will say "maybe they were busy". I've worked the bar, I've been in food services, I get that but when I guest sits at your table you have 60 seconds to make an effort. Even a simple greeting, or take a drink order. The bar is your area, take care of your guests and not just your regulars. I didn't even get eye contact. One of the bartenders was more concerned about her phone over helping customers, watched her leave to get a new bottle of alcohol, face glued to her screen. This was a showcase of how not to work a bar. The food is good, so the kitchen staff deserves credit, but the bar staff (working 10/24 from 9pm) should be fired.
