Headed to O.G. after church for lunch with friends. We came in during a lull (12:15) so there was no wait. Prompt service. Delicious food. Good conversation. A triple win! I enjoyed a grilled chicken margherita. The chicken was moist and flavorful served with a light sauce and beautiful, bright green steamed broccoli.

The service was great. The bartender was really helpful. I had the tour of Italy and it was awesome with Zuppa Tuscana amazing. The Salmon great but the broccoli a little hard. But no worries everything else made experience super good.

My mother and I went to Olive Garden today and had their soup and salad. Everything about the visit was pleasant. We had one of the best servers we’ve ever had, Lizy. She was very attentive and responsive. We will be back.

We came in for date night last night after calling ahead to check for a wait. Sam answered the phone, she was also kind and professional. Elli the greeter smiled and sat us to our table right away. Jeremy was our server he went above and beyond last night. He was also busting out drinks at the bar keeping his composure and smiling. I am so grateful for his hospitality. Barbie the floor manager was super attentive and came to help out when things started getting busier. They all deserve 5 stars ⭐️ for great quality customer service. Went here after a graduation ceremony we had a very large party 20 or so. Service was all over the place my daughter, husband, and I didn't receive our food until after everyone else in our party was nearly done or already done with their food. Several of the orders came out twice not sure if they weren't discussing it with the other waiters or what but at the end they tried charging us for about 6 of the meals they attempted to service to people who already received food. The food was delicious but the experience itself was terrible. We stood their for about a extra 20mins after everyone paided trying to sort out the bill for the extra items they tried giving our table that was refused due to them double ordering on their input and we never actually took possession of any of the extra meals they realized the mistakes and just kept returning them to the kitchen but still tried to bill us for it in the end. The manager did take care of it after disagreeing back and forth and everyone providing the paid receipts for the items they ordered. We left felling like criminals especially since they kept insisting we didn't pay all our ticket before excepting that they double ordered several of the meal on the already paid tickets.

Adriana M. was an exceptional server. She was incredibly attentive to me and the other tables she was serving. She deserves a raise! The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the unlimited salad.

Great food and service. I'd been wanting Olive Garden for a while. When I finally got it, it was well worth it. The greeter was energetic and loved her nails. Justin, our waiter, was awesome and made sure that we were well taken care of. (Cheese ravioli, big parmesan chicken, appetizer sampler plate) Location is in a great spot. The only thing negative was the bad carpet odor when you first walk in the door. Handicap parking available.

I haven't been to The Olive Garden in over a year. I've been traveling outside of the U.S. and none of the locations I hit offered an O.G. location. There has been one addition (at least) to the menu since I've been gone, so I got it. The Chicken tortellini Alfredo, I think it was called. I also got the classic lasagna because I wanted soup AND salad. No complaints about the food, and I really enjoyed the new dish. My server was Aliyah. She's honestly the reason I'm writing the review. The food at the Olive Garden chain is usually pretty consistent, so there's no surprise there. What was surprising was having a server who was pleasant, punctual, and accommodating. I have zero complaints... and I LOVE complaining. I've been to 32 countries within the past year and eaten out in all of them, and I haven't had service this good. My glass stayed full, she asked if i wanted more breadsticks, and just generally did her job very well. She even asked if I wanted her to box up my food. I value these things. So, thanks for making the visit better than the rest, Aliyah. :)

Our mother celebrated her 84th birthday with delicious food in a fun filled atmosphere. Our server Trinidad took the service to a whole new level with humor, compassion and kindness. We will definitely be back and bring friends & family.

My husband and I had the ABSOLUTE best server - Trinidad!!! She was very attentive and gave honest opinions appetizers we were considering. Also, she let the manager know about my allergies. The manager- Andrew was just as fabulous with plenty of personality. He let me know which items not order because of my allergies and cross-contamination. We stopped coming for over a year but this Olive Garden has really improved it's service and atmosphere and it is very noticeable. We will return

So sad that I didn’t take pictures. I wasn’t expecting my meal to be so yummy! My last experience about 10 years ago in Tyler, Texas was atrocious. I had pasta then, so I got the soup and salad this time; the never ending combo. I was pleasantly surprised! Yay!!! If you have not tried this combo, go for it. I will definitely return. Had dinner tonight with my fiance, mom and aunt, Maddi was our server and did a great job, she made sure we were taken care of and that we had what we needed, when it was needed. Food was great too, and service was fast. We also had several managers come check on us to make sure all was well. Good job tonight yall

We came in late on a Friday after they sent most of the servers most with a large group of 16 teens after a competition. They made us feel welcome and Darrel was our server. He was awesome and kept the kids entertained and laughing. He and the other staff members were patient and understanding. Thank you for making our very long day end well.

our server dekari was a fun ball of fresh energy and laughs from the moment he seated us! it was date night, something we hadn’t had in a long time, and dekari had us smiling from the beginning. (also, as someone who works in sales, he is EXTREMELY good and smooth at upselling drinks 🤣) he was absolutely wonderful, had a great energy around him even as service slowed and there was a longer wait due to a kitchen error, made sure we were never without refills, and probably best server i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I’ve been to this Olive Garden multiple times over the past few years and this one has the best hospitality and servers! The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. Our server Hailee came out as soon as we sat down with breadsticks ready to take our order, she was amazing the whole time. Refills on our drinks every time she came around even though it was an exceptionally busy night! Appetizers and entrees came out at a reasonable time as well. 10/10 experience

We took our mom there for her 79th birthday. The food was great and the service was wonderful. Everyone was happy and helpful they sang for our mom. We stayed for over an hour after we ate just talking and the wait staff didn't get pushy to get us out so someone else could have the table. It was great.

I can in for a Halloween costume party and then with some close friends. The service was over the top and my food was delicious. We first visited the Italian food restaurant Olive Garden back in 2006 when we first came to visit the United States. We were invited to this restaurant by our good friend and we liked this restaurant. And now, many years later, we are here again and have not regretted it. We were served by a very friendly waiter Cody who recommended dishes to us. Cody worked very quickly and before we had time to look around, the food was already on the table! This is our go-to Olive Garden. The entrées are always fantastic. However, the last two visits we have had there the customer service has been lacking. The servers have an attitude as if they don't want to be there or you are "bothering" them. Not friendly at all. We've never had this problem at this location until the last few months. Generally, it's a five-star experience. For an appetizer, I always order the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, crispy fried ziti filled with five melted Italian cheeses served with homemade marinara and alfredo. It's amazing! You cannot stop with just one! They are so good! The salad arrived lightning fast to our table and was delicious as always. On this visit, I ordered the Ravoli Carbonara, cheese ravioli baked in a creamy sauce with bacon, and topped with a blend of Italian cheeses. My entree arrived piping-hot and prepared perfectly. Absolutely delicious! My husband had spaghetti and meatballs, and he enjoyed his meal as well. It arrived piping-hot and prepared to perfection as well. If you are craving some excellent Italian, I highly recommend stopping in for a meal. The food is fantastic, always. As I stated earlier, it's generally a five-star experience. However, the service has not been up to par lately, not terrible, but not good, either, so I cannot rate it five stars at this time.

We really enjoy going to Olive Garden for a little date night. It was busy tonight as expected, with it being the first of the month. We didn't wait too long before we were able to get a seat at the bar. That's always our preference. The bar tender was pretty busy, and instead of having us wait she called for someone else to take our order #teamwork You should definitely try the peach raspberry bellini tea. It was pretty nice! Overall, we had an enjoyable evening!

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years so I decided to treat myself to lunch. I ordered the Apple Sangria drink. I thought it was pricey for the size of glass (small wine glass) I got. I also ordered the classic; with lasagna, chicken parm, and I think alfredo, which was okay, but definitely missed the taste of the food from when I use to go to Olive Garden years ago.

Some people say Olive Garden is fast food quality but my experience with the food was different. I tried to call in an order but was put on hold for quite a long time so I decided to drive up there and place the order. The employee helping me was very friendly. I waited at the bar and ordered a beer. There was only 1 person working in the bar who was making drinks, waiting on tables in the bar and serving guests at the bar. He was pretty busy. No complaints, OG's food is always delicious!

I came in earlier this morning with my family. The food was not the best but the service was absolutely fantastic, I would like to mention how amazing Amari was when I entered she held the door for my entire family, had one of the biggest and brightest smiles I’ve ever seen, and was very kind to all of us and seeing how happy she was when she saw how her and my daughter were matching wearing stars it was absolutely adorable. If she’s that happy and good as a host I could just imagine if she was a server!! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had coming here in a while and will be coming back!

Posted pictures from appetizers, drinks, meal, to dessert. Only thing that would make this a 5 star is if it was from scratch. The food comes like the pictures, is hot, textures are right, tastes like you would expect, and always consistent. Servers are polite. You get checked on multiple times. There's a way to also order at the table. If you don't like your food drowned in sauce you should order the sauce on the side. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Parking for curbside pick up. Small separate area to eat at the bar with a few booth options if you don't want to eat in the main dining areas.

Celebrated my birthday here tonight, service was not as good as I had hoped for.. nor was it as good as previous times we've gone. Guess we came on a bad night? I ordered the create your own pasta and soup, which usually is endless and my husband ordered the chicken parm.. I only received 1 bowl of soup and pasta, my husband chicken was hard and burnt.. I never received a refill on my drink and my husband had to ask twice for a refill. They did bring me my dessert on a plate that said Happy Birthday and *whispered* the happy birthday song to me. Overall, it was okay and a little disappointing as it was my birthday.

The Roscato red wine is really refreshing! Everyone was very nice. I had thought the chicken in my meal was grilled and it ended up being breaded and dried, but the flavor was still very good!

It's our 2nd time here since we moved here 2 yrs ago. The food is getting better, our server Sarah was really nice and patient.

Fist off I love eating here. I came for a graduation lunch and my food had hair in it by the time they remade it everybody else was done with their food. Then the waiter we had didn't have any manners. It will be awhile before I return again.

Food was not as good as usual. Overdone breadsticks. Service was pretty slow when we were trying to leave. We paid at table kiosk and then waited 10 minutes and no waitress showed up. Husband enjoyed food. Kids meals were priced well and I like the options.

Went and dined in, we got our normal meals which is endless soup and salad had a good experience till about 30minutes later and continued throughout the night. I haven't sat on a toilet this long since coming back from overseas, this place needs to better with the food.

This is a review for a recent delivery. The shrimp scampi and steak carbonara were both extremely bland and had little to no seasoning, sauce, or flavor. Even the soups that came with the entrées I ordered were lackluster and had very little ingredients compared to the broth/stock. The BEST thing was the spinach artichoke dip, and even that was saltier than neede.d.

This Olive Garden was bustling when we arrived for lunch—two birthday parties, a large family gathering of over ten people, and a full dining room. Despite the chaos, the staff managed to seat us promptly. The atmosphere was lively, and guests appeared to be enjoying themselves. The food was solid for a chain restaurant, and the service was commendable given how busy it was, though the kitchen was understandably a bit backed up. We’ll definitely return—perhaps during a quieter time.

In the last few weeks I have visited twice. The last time I ordered soup and salad to go. I asked that the onions, peppers and croutons be left off and this is the best they could come up with. Normally they would add a few more tomatoes and olives but on this particular day that was not an option I guess. Thank goodness my soup was good.

I’m not one to really write reviews however tonight’s service was just above bare minimum. We were a party of 2 and were sat at 7:26pm and didn’t receive our meals until 8:27pm. We watched as 3 other tables of 2-4 were seated in our direct area that ordered and had their food and were paying before our meals even arrived. It wasn’t super busy and we were barely checked on by our server, which never told us her name.

Food was mediocre. Alfredo sauce was flavorless, noodles tough, chicken undercooked. Won't be back.

Do not order to go on the weekend. Problems: 1. The to go specialist will put you on about a 15 minute hold. This happened twice and the hold was so long it rerouted the call to their main line. The call was to double check the pick up time & then to ask to add the tray and warmers since it’s not included…Insane that the hold time was so long, a manager should assist if it is going to be that long. To go specialist did not acknowledge or apologize for the wait time. 2. The pasta station DOES NOT come with trays or warmers, even though it is clearly shown on the catering photo online. This is an extra charge that is not able to be added when you order online to go in advance(which we did since it’s a large order). It used to be included as of last time we catered from Olive Garden in December 2024 but apparently that’s changed and it doesn’t reflect that change on the website by asking you to add the trays or warmers to your order. 3. This add on charge is frustrating and don’t waste your time or money having catering from here on the weekend. There are so many other better options in the area that will have better service & not add on fees. Wish we had not ordered from here.

When we arrived at Olive Garden, the whole staff seemed really worked up, and they weren’t sure where to seat us. I will say that there was a lot of people, but that’s no reason for poor service. They seated us in the very back of the restaurant, and we weren’t helped for 15 minutes until we asked the hostess for someone to help us, which the manager did. It seemed as if they forgot about us since we were in the back. We asked to move tables because one of us was uncomfortable, and the lady was very passive aggressive towards us. It took 30 minutes just to get our bread sticks. The manager took our order and she was not kind at all, our experience didn’t get good until our waiter, Sonny, took our table. He was managing a good amount of tables and a large party, but he was still exceptional. We could tell he was tired and stressed, but he was very respectful, kind, and cheerful. I ordered the steak Alfredo and it was not very good, so I ended up just ordering another chicken gnocchi. I ordered my favorite dessert from here, the chocolate mousse cake, and that made up for the food. They also took care of the two desserts we ordered. Overall, not a great experience, but Sonny definitely deserved to be shouted out for his efforts. Can’t say I will be returning.

But Still $20 Tip on the Bill! Again We Waited For Manager-(She Was Very Nice!!!) She tried to Correct it-I Gave $10 Tip! I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Although I acknowledge that Veterans Day is a busy period, I had paid for my meal and opted for dine-in since my husband received his for free. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, but the issue was promptly resolved. However, after receiving our food, our server failed to check on us for refills on salad or soup. Despite repeated assurances that he would attend to us shortly, he neglected to do so. When I requested a salad and soup to-go, I was met with resistance and told that it was not possible. This response was unacceptable, particularly given the establishment's pricing. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the service and quality I am paying for. Ultimately, we were unable to obtain refills on our drinks until we departed. This experience has led me to question the likelihood of a return visit in the near future. And as I see the reviews after posting I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t care as you see the comments below and no corrections.

Went to have a nice dinner with my family and waitress was extremely rude. She first took our drink order and was extremely rude when we were trying to order appetizers. After she brought out our drinks that was the last time we saw her. Someone else had brought out our food and we didn’t get any refills on our drinks and on the never ending sauce bowl we ordered. I had decided to take my dessert to go and I was finally able to get her attention and called her over and she had rolled her eyes at me and asked another waitress to help me. The original waitress had brought out the to go box’s and the dessert and before handing me the dessert box. She had flipped the box and my cake I had ordered had split in half.

Will never eat here again. Food wasnt all that great. And for the amount we paid for food the less you get. Soup and salad only 2 breadsicks per person that's all you get. I dont recommend eating here. Decided to eat here after over 5 yrs and wow. Not pleased for sure. Food wasnt all that great

I don’t know how I’m feeling about this location… Apparently the GM is being strict with how the tables purchase and consume their food. My 13 yr old daughter - isn’t allowed to order off the kids meal because she’s not 12. Girls are known to eat less (for the most part), mine doesn’t eat much.. she likes to eat the food on the kids menu.. BUT OG GM says she needs to order off the adult menu. Extra food leftover and more money spent. Sounds about right. Next.. if you order soup and your spouse orders salad.. you can’t eat the salad at all. This is the only location we have been to that enforced those rules. Definitely not impressed with this GM.

We came by at 12:50 to get in the waiting list. They told us it was going to take about 1hr and 35min and it was understandable since it was a party of 9 on a Sunday. We proceeded with the wait. We went to the bar we got some drinks while waiting now 1 hr and 50 min went by we are getting desperate. People continue been called and we continue waiting. 2hrs later now the family is upset, I got up to find out what happened. they told us to give them 5 more minutes. 10 min went by and still waiting. Now after 2 hrs and 20 min later they called us because the restaurant got empty. Literally they called every else except the big party. When we started ordering food, not everything that is in the menu was available. The tour of Italy, something that is the main dish of Olive Garden was not available including other dishes. Spoke to manager and they said that they will do something for us. We order the food, literally we waited another 40min for our food to get in the table. By that time we are not hungry anymore and we are upset. We don’t even want the food. Very disappointed with this place. They have no control and no communication with the customer. I get it been busy but they could’ve explain and communication to customer can definitely go long way. Like I explained to them, we could split the group if that would’ve speed the process. Definitely not a place that I can recommend. And not a place that I would return in the future. After every was set and done it took us 3 hours. The manager did came by and expressed himself about it and it was very helpful and apologizing for the situation. But unfortunately It put a bad taste in our mouths.

I’m so sad to leave this review hurts my feelings because I truly enjoy Olive Garden but there’s never enough sauce I don’t understand that so many noodles not enough sauce. Also the CDC just said it’s a throwaway onion and they are still advertising it. Not so sure that they care about our health sorry Olive Garden you definitely lost this one!

We have ate at Olive Garden in 7 states (we travel full time) and I have NEVER had an experience as bad as we did tonight. It started with old bread sticks and a salad with no dressing or the normal veggies like tomatoes and olives. I had to remind him to put cheese on it. When he brought the drinks he forgot 2 of them (there was only 3 of us), so we had to remind him for those too. When our food finally came the steak plate was so full of grease the pasta side was a unedible mush of oily pasta, they didn't even add the broccoli side. The drinks that were forgotten at the beginning of the meal were not delivered untill the meal was over. The bathrooms were disgusting, make and female.... I only have pictures of the female restroom because my husband didn't take them of the men's room. 3 stalls in the woman's bathroom, 1 out of order and the other 2 were gross as heck with splatter on the seats and waste left in toilets. My husband who has the patience of a saint was so disappointed with the lack of service, food and drity bathrooms didn't leave a tip... only the second time in the 12 years I've know him not to leave a tip. We will nit be returning o this location, we rather travel to Temple or into the big city.

This was by far the worst visit we have had. We were served dirty silverware with spaghetti sauce from someone else's meal still on it. Then the waitress gave me the "look" when I told her and asked for clean utensils, as if I was trying to pull something..SMDH. That made me nauseous eating after that, and I was highly irritated. After that service went downhill, I had to wait 20-30 min for refills on anything, and yes others were not waiting that long. I dont like to make a scene so I just let the kids finish and left. Dont come here, its dirty.

The female manager at this olive garden working on 1/24/26 likes to accuse delivery drivers of stealing food and beverage items without any solid proof. The to go specialist working on this same date is also a liar who says she handed the delivery driver a food or beverage item when she actually did not. Review the security camera footage and confirm this to go specialist never handed a drink to the delivery driver. She is a liar. Olive garden in Killeen texas is ok with having liars/dishonest people working for them and representing the franchise.

If I could give Olive Garden 0 stars I WOULD!!! **BEWARE** I am absolutely repulsed by the presence of a long hair in one of the salads from our dinner order tonight, Monday, October 23, 2023. This is utterly unhygienic and intolerable, as it has completely spoiled our family dinner for the night. We were forced to hastily prepare an alternative dinner due to this revolting incident, and the inconvenience it has caused is inexcusable. This experience has left us entirely dissatisfied, and it is truly disheartening to witness such a lapse in hygiene from a restaurant of this caliber. This location is NOT CLEAN AT ALL! Completely unsanitary on all levels! Imagine eating your food and stumbling upon someone’s long dirty hair strands in your food. GROSS! Do not spend your money here! Go somewhere else!

The restaurant was packed, we decided to sit at the bar,( seats are very comfortable by the way) bartender was very prompt, he did really good attending us, but the food was horrible, I ordered the chicken and shrimp Carbonera and let me tell you worst desicion ever. The food looked nothing like the picture right in the fron page. In the menu, the chicken looks breaded with a nice charted brown color and the shrimp looks like it was sauteed in a pan, Nice and brown well seasoned. But what we actually got was a chicken that looked soggy, it almost looked like canned Dog food and the shrimp looked like it was boiled. It was absolutely no flavor to it. It was disgusting.

The managers are horrible to their wait staff. Several times I've seen them yell at wait staff in front of customers. I don't like to spend money in places where the employees aren't respected. There's a way to talk to your employees especially if you want to be respected as a manager.

8/21 Called back when 1/3 of our meals was messed up. I held on forever for the manager and was told she’s with a customer. Someone took a detailed message and said Mgr would call me back w/in 30 mins and that was over a week ago! Still no call awful experience when one of our kids didn’t get their order that night! I’m so angry and won’t be back! Horrible experience could’ve been solved easy with a return call! I wish I could give zero stars!!

Both had the special, it was horrible. The pasta was overcooked and it was watery. The server didn't refill our glasses, she came back 1 time. It was the worst visit ever.

We had driven to Killeen yesterday and wanted to stop by for dinner. When we saw Olive Garden we were very excited as we love this place. The front desk was very nice and seated us immediately and then it was crickets. No waiter, no service. The lady who seated us (I think her name is Rita) walked by and was really upset that we weren’t still helped and told us she’d get our drink orders and our waiter for us. After around 15 mins another lady comes and asks us what drinks we’d like and Rita says she already took the order and then our waitress (Marybell) shows up around 30 minutes late. She says how busy she’s been and how she had to run everywhere else. We give our orders to her and then she disappears and then for sometime she seems okay. We give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was busy and she is tired. She brings our soup and salad and breadsticks for us. And then after about half hour later brings us our main course. I had ordered five cheese ziti al forno and my husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. As our order arrives.. my husband’s portion looks like the lighter portion because we had ordered the normal dinner sizes. Our waitress had disappeared for like 10 minutes now and we were looking for her and she came and my husband asked her why his portion looks smaller. She coolly says “it’s the kitchens fault. They are greedy” and I am like stunned. How could you let that slide away and admit it to your customers? I mean isn’t that wrong. Atleast try to fix it right? Nope just blame the kitchen for being greedy. He mentions it to her two times that his portion looks smaller than usual and each time she says it’s the kitchen and they cheat customers by making smaller portion sizes. I tell my husband maybe I’d get him a dessert as he wasn’t full enough and after that she disappears for around half hour again. And then I am like where is she. The other waitress Rita who seated us asks us twice if we are doing good and I think she goes and asks her to come check on us. She suddenly shows up and asks us “would you like chocolate mints” like she wants us out of there. She wants us gone. Not even bothering to ask if we’d like dessert. I hated the service here. Rita was nice. The other waitresses and waiters seemed nice but she was not at all nice. Not friendly. Constantly complaining and btiching about how busy she is and how horrible the kitchen is. How can you screw over your own colleagues that way that too with customers.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. We got there 1 and half hours before they closed. Waited 1 hour for the bread sticks. The appetizer came out fast though. It was well past closing time when we finally got the food. Took 1 hour for half of the people to get drinks. The worst experience of my life if you have the waitress Christina and there is dudes around don’t be shocked if she and the other waitresses spend the whole duration of your time there just catering to the dudes. She kept bringing the guys food but took hours for us. Left her $0 worst waitress there.

Olive Garden is my once a month craving and this time was so disappointing! The waitress was not great. We got our soups and salads before our drinks and it took so long for our food! we called for a manager, He was exceptional! He got my drinks and food within 5 minutes. This is a great restaurant, but you guys need to do better as far as timing and service with the waitresses! The food at this specific location also is unacceptable, I remember a lot larger portions, and this time around it was significantly smaller! Also, while eating the chicken Alfredo, I noticed to be an uncomfortable/ unsettling texture with the noodles or Alfredo sauce, almost an irritating film in my mouth! I also had A take-home meal and was told the exact same thing that we experienced. Exact words were “it’s not the same like I remember”. I just want to enjoy the old school Olive Garden that I used to know and love.

Ordered the chicken tortelinni at the Killeen Tx restaurant. The Alfredo sauce was horrible, had better microwave meal at home. I would not recommend this dish for pickup or delivery.

Just an awful experience. I took my family out to give my wife a great birthday meal at her favorite restaurant and the waiter and manager ruined it. They never brought my meal out while my family got to eat. All I ordered was a steak with broccoli and they kept saying I needed to wait. Eventually the waiter said the steak is ready, but they have been waiting the 15 minutes for the broccoli. I asked for the steak so I can eat, but he never brought it to me. By the time my family ate their food, I told them to cancel my order. The waiter needs to be taught that was unacceptable how he treated me and family. All the manager did was take my meal off the bill, which I never got. They were supposed to sing Happy Birthday to my wife and they didn’t. They just gave my wife the desert to go basically making us leave. The manager was not sincere in her apology. She should have made it right for my family and I. On Halloween 2025, we went into the restaurant and we were the only people waiting for a table. They said the wait was going to be over an hour and 30 minutes. I was pointing out all the available tables because the restaurant was not even half capacity.

Dined in for 2. Had cocktails and ordered our appetizer at the bar while we waited. Didn't have to wait long. Seated around 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. Brought out the appetizer to our table without plates. Got that fixed. Brought out the wrong soup, took it anyway. Waited 45 min. for our entrees. Before I could take a bite, waitress drops a glass and pieces fly onto our table and hit my wife. Not sure if any got into our food, but didn't want to risk eating glass. Didn't feel like waiting another 45 min. for entrees so we decided to leave. Thanks for not charging us for the entrees your staff ruined. I don't recommend this location. Plenty of places to spend over an hour at and actually get fed.

We went to the Olive Garden in Killeen, Texas, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We waited 20 minutes before our waiter even showed up. He only came over after I hit the call server button on the tabletop kiosk. When he finally arrived, we ordered our drinks and food right away since we’d been sitting there forever. This guy didn't even know what came with our orders, like the soup or salad that came with the meal. It didn’t matter — our food took another 20–25 minutes to come out. The waiter barely spoke to us, never checked if the food was okay, never asked if we needed anything else, and didn’t seem to care that he’d forgotten our drinks completely. He was completely unattentive and unprofessional the entire time. We had to tell him what was missing because he had no idea. It honestly felt like we were being ignored. For a place that’s supposed to be known for “hospitality,” this was hands-down the worst service I’ve ever had at any Olive Garden. If management cares at all about customer experience, they seriously need to retrain their staff — or at least make sure someone is paying attention.
